刚开始学的时候，练的都是单调的曲子，而且拉出来的声音好难听，我觉得很没意思，真想放弃算了。这时爸爸买了一张二胡独奏的光盘，我听到了一首非常好听的曲子，叫《二泉映月》。这个曲子我听了一遍又一遍，真是百听不厌啊！最后我决定，一定要坚持学二胡，直到能把《二泉映月》拉好，拉得像光盘里的演奏家那样动听迷人。学二胡给我带来了很多乐趣，使我的生活变得更加丰富多彩。

每天做完作业，我就开始拉二胡，就是反复拉同一个曲子，也感到其乐无穷，因为每学会一个曲子，就会感到很有成就。每次上课，都能学到新的知识，新的指法和弓法，感觉到自己每星期都在进步，心里很快乐。学了二胡之后，我就有机会加入学校的乐团，穿上演出服录像，参加区里比赛，在校门口表演，在社区晚会上表演。

我要把二胡作为自己的特长，每天坚持不懈地练习，以后说不定还能成为演奏家呢。我觉得二胡使我的生活变得丰富多彩了，也更有乐趣了。

Let me tell you about it. First I have a great eating habit. I eat

vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like

junk food very much I try to eat it once a week because it is bad for my health.

And I also eat less meat. Then I hold on to playing sports every day. I jog 2

kilometers and jump 2 hours. Next I go to bed early and get up early. I keep

sleeping for about 8 hours. Having a great eating habits and doing exercise can

help me get good grades.

As you can see having a healthy life is important for everyone. Let’s have

a healthy life style and lead a happy life.

我们每个人在生活中都有自己的喜怒哀乐，可有的事是喜是悲要看你从哪个角度去想了。开心的度过一天是过了，悲伤的度过一天也是过了，为何不开心的乐观的去面对现实呢?人们要学会知足常乐。我这里有一个很好的例子： Each of us has our own joy and sorrow in life. 后来，为了试探两个双胞胎姐妹的反应，妈妈在她们生日的时候送了不同的礼物——在姐姐的房间里放了各种新奇的、五光十色的电子游戏机，而在妹妹的房间里则放了一小袋鱼食。晚上，妈妈走进大女儿的房间，发现她正坐在玩具堆中哭泣。

“今天是你的生日，你为什么哭呢?”妈妈问道。

“我有这么多新玩具，这可不是什么好事。因为，我还得读懂那么多使用说明书才能够玩。另外，这些玩具要不停的换电池，多麻烦!而且，再新再好的玩具最后都要坏掉，这怎么能不让我伤心呢?”

妈妈又走进二女儿的房间时，却发现她正抱着鱼食高兴得手舞足蹈。

“咦?你高兴什么呀?”

“妈妈，你送给我鱼食，咱们家一定是要养小金鱼了吧，我能不高兴吗?”

看了这个故事大家应该都觉得姐姐的观点非常不对，因为她只看到了枝条上的刺和玩具的麻烦，感觉很糟糕，却没有像妹妹一样看到了美丽的花和未来的可爱小金鱼。这就是做人悲观和乐观的不同。

大家一定要像故事中的妹妹一样生活才会美好!

温暖·万卷书

小时候读书，最喜欢的便是《窗边的小豆豆》。初次看是什么时候依然不记得了，只知道看过一本后便吵着要看小豆豆的书，买来了黑柳彻子的一整套书籍，全部读完一遍，当时只觉得那真切是一个温暖而有趣的人，后来再想，幼时的小豆豆，那个扎着辫子蹦蹦跳跳的小姑娘，是何其幸运，遇见了温暖她一生的家庭和师长。

小林校长是那样喜欢孩子，他陪小豆豆说了几个小时的话，带全校孩子做各种各样的游戏，温暖亲切地鼓励每一个人。至今我仍然难以忘记书中描绘的每一个画面——

小林校长坐在那里许多孩子围绕在他身边。有的趴在他的背上，有的坐在他的腿上，有的拉着他的手。每一张小脸都发出明亮的光芒，叽叽喳喳的讲个不停，小林校长咧着嘴笑，露出几颗脱落的牙齿她笑的灿烂，回答着各种孩子气的问题。若如要做画，我想描绘一个夕阳下逆着光的背影——许多小孩子趴在他身上笑嘻嘻的小脸上明亮的光芒。而被围绕在中间的那个背影，被夕阳染成橘红色，那样炽热明亮的光芒，能够温暖多少孩子的一生。

人生·万里路

我曾在书本中独处那么多温暖，也曾亲身感受过人间的暖意。

两年前的夏天，我独自跟着旅游团去了英国——第一次去往时差七小时的国度。旅行的路上我遇见了许许多多的人，构建了一段温暖的时光。

初到英国，行程开始的兴奋与人生地不熟的惶恐不安交织伴随着，我们忐忑不安地来到住宿的家，但这份忐忑很快就被女主人的热情打消了，它给了我们一人一个拥抱，随后便说要带我们去买东西。

她先给我们买了吃的随后去市场挑花装点后院，回来时已是黄昏，三个人坐在女主人的帐篷小车里，被一盆盆鲜花绿植保围。那花朵要凑近我的笔尖，香气淡淡，环绕在身边。我抬头看向湛蓝的天空，天边渲染出一层金橘色伴随着洁白划过的航迹云。

此后在英国的每一日，渐渐熟悉，也过得依法欢快起来，早上走路去学校安静的街道与白云蓝天，有趣的老师们，下午在市中心逛着街边一溜的糖果店。门口飘出甜腻温暖的香气，出来时仿佛全身浸透甜蜜的糖浆。在英国的日子里，浏览了众多景色，最忘不了的，却仍是糖果与初到时天边的航迹云。

那可都是一段温暖时光的象征。

我想，温暖是总会寻觅到的。惟愿读更多的书，行更多的路，留下一段段时光的回忆，从中品味那人间小小的温暖。

迈向成长的道路上，会经历许许多多的挫折。生活中的点点滴滴都蕴含了真理，俗话说的好：遇到了挫折要勇敢的站起来，可是，有时因心灵的承受能力没有那么好，就容易失去毅力，伤心难过。那么，我们更要去挑战它。 On the road to growing, it will experience a lot of frustration.Every bit of life contains truth. 老师拿着厚厚的一叠试卷走进教室，这时大家心里已胸有成竹知道要发试卷了。顿时，教室没有已往的那么安静，微风一吹，呼呼呼.....大家打了个寒战。老师承重的脚步走到讲台，说：“这次考试成绩出来了，考得......”“什么”一位同学好奇的问。“还好”老师回答道，老师的一句还好使全班同学心里的那块石头掉了下来，可是我依然紧张。班上又恢复了正常的纪律。

老师首先打开试卷，其次掉起喉咙准备念名字“

时间如飞逝的箭，“忘尘，89分”“什么!那么少”我惊讶的说道，接起试卷仔细认真的看错题，看过后有后悔的感觉，这种感觉真不好受。试卷发完后老师开始讲评，我的心情特别昏暗，想让时间停止在这一秒中。

终于熬到了放学，同学安慰我下次一定要考好来，可是，我的心情还是依然没有恢复平静，为什么那么努力，却总是考不到高分，总是在中等上，是我比别人笨，还是我没有这个命呢......这句话反复在我的心中徘徊着。

到家后，我放下书包。按照正常的习惯我本是做作业的，可是，当天我却厌烦了做作业，这是因为成绩给我带了阻碍吗?我想是。打开电视机放松放松心情，躺在沙发上，根本不打算看，但是，忽然听到”某地大学生以乐观的心情考进了重点大学“这则新闻引起了我的注意，”不是你笨，而是你的学习方法和态度之一出现了问题，世界上没有天才，只有普通人，俗话说天才=99%汗水+1%灵感。相信自己，不要因小小的挫折而被打败“那位大学生语重心长的说，我听了这句话豁然开朗，真是山穷水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村。

可能是我的学习方法欠缺，应该再去钻研。小小的失误可以当做是一次考验，一次提醒，每一次失败就等于为成功铺一层垫，生活告诉我了我要乐观的面对事物，要以冷静的心态去解决问题。你说呢?

Being in the college can be regarded as the best time of the life for the young. The campus life is enjoyable, precious, and alsocolorful.

This is a time for a student to his or her ideas about life in general. Attending classes provide him or her precious knowledge, adding to his or her knowledge base. 漫长而炎热的暑假，最开心的莫过于爸爸提议去龙马漂流，我们几个孩子听了，一个个像打了兴奋剂一样。

我们一行九人驱车来到漂流的目的地----深甽龙宫村，再由景区专用车把我们送至马岙村，大约步行500米的木栈道，便到了漂流的出发点。

工作人员让我们穿上救生衣，戴上安全帽。姑父、哥哥和我三人坐一条皮艇。刚开始，由于经验不足，又过于兴奋，皮艇没划几下就搁浅了。我们用桨抵住石头，想借力使艇离开搁浅处。可是，此招试了试，不灵!姑父喊：“一、二、三”，让我们一起用力。艇依然纹丝不动。没办法，姑父只能下去推。我们的艇总算可以前进了!这时，四周早已不见其它的艇了。

我们奋力直追，终于看见前方的妹妹们。我们正得意时，忽然听见妈妈再说：“前面是激流，抓紧两边的绳子!”我们还没反应过来，一阵激流打过来，只听“啊”的一声，哥哥就从前头掉了下去。姑父立刻直起身，裤脚湿了。我们的裤子全湿了。我们的艇里也灌满了水。

姑父告诉我们：“艇有浮力，在漂流之前工作人员会把艇事先充满气，它就会浮在水面上，坐在艇里还是挺安全的。我们只要抓紧艇两侧的绳子，它是不会翻的。”一颗悬着的心终于放下了。

就这样，时而急，时而缓，我们漂到了一个很平静的地方。我们开始打起了水仗。小孩子用水枪射，爸爸用桨来攻击，姑父更是厉害，把自己的安全帽拿下来，用帽子来泼其他人。大家一个个都成了落汤鸡，但脸上洋溢着灿烂的笑容。

水仗打累了，我们就静静地坐在艇上，看着山中植被茂盛，峰峦叠嶂，河中石头光洁如肤，河水清澈见底，听着松涛阵阵，鸟鸣啾啾，呼吸着清新的空气，尽情享受天然氧吧。

大约过了一个多小时，我们到达了终点。上岸后我们赶紧去冲了个热水澡。龙马漂流真是个休闲放松的好去处啊!

Everyone has their own habit. I have some living habits. I will take off my

shoes and put on the slippers when I arrive home. And I get used to drink some

soup before having dinner. What’s more, I have to keep my room light on until I

fall asleep. If I am forced to change anything about this, I will be very

uncomfortable. For example, if I don’t wear slipper at home, I will be very

uncomfortable. If I can’t drink soup before dinner, I can’t eat anything. And I

can’t fall asleep if the light is off. This is my living habit. Maybe I will

change it one day, but now I can’t receive any change about them.
