Kaifeng, one of the ancient capitals, also boasts the following buildings worthy of a visit: Iron Pagoda (Tie Ta) of the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127), Dragon Pavilion (Long Ting) - site of imperial palace of the Song and Jin dynasties - and the 1400-year-old Xiangguo Temple which is one of the most famous Buddhist temples in China. Also on view in Kaifeng are ruins of the Shang Dynasty, an important part of human cultural and historic heritage. The Shang Dynasty Ruins, also known as the Yin Ruins, are famous because of the unique style of the large palace and its grand mausoleums, in which emperors of the Shang Dynasty are buried. The bronze vessels of the Shang Dynasty, which were both finely decorated and popularly used by the citizens of the Shang Dynasty, are well-known at home and abroad.

记得大一刚入学时，面对那么一张张陌生而亲切的面孔，我是那样的羞涩却倍感温暖。大学新生，是那样懵懂青涩，对一切都好奇不已。初见代理班主任，诧异不已地暗道：“这么年轻，好像才比我大那么两三岁，就当大学老师啦，真了不得！不知道他们教的是哪门课程？”后来得知，原来他们和我们一样都是学生，只不过是两年之后的我罢了。教的是大学入门课程，教我们要注意哪些问题，如何让自己的大学生活过得更充实更丰富，亦师亦友地陪着我们一路过来。

大学第一节课，很让人期待。很认真的预习了，一节课下来发现大学老师讲课竟是那样随意辽阔，不再需要盯着书本看，也用不着手忙脚乱的抄笔记。老师所讲的知识远超过课本的印刷体字。大学老师大多很有个性，讲课就像在聊天却又胜似聊天，又仿佛是在表演一般生动引人。但也不免会遇到几位很古典的老师，讲课犹如催眠。尽管如此，我也还是会规规矩矩到位，大一大抵都是这般循规蹈矩。

大一课很少，自由支配的时间多得总让人空虚得很。为了打发时间，整个宿舍集体出动，将桂林市的大街小巷摸个遍。六人一行，顾不得路人灼热的目光，肆意谈笑，好不痛快。每逢节假日，便穿梭于各个大小公园，到最后听到公园两字都会怕。大学第一次期考是最让人紧张的，老师上课随意惯了，从不按书出牌，只好找上一届的师兄师姐取经。资料不管有没有用，照样一叠一叠地复印，人手一份。尽管前辈们都已告知考试易过，战战兢兢地背熟了还是止不住的惶恐。最后结果证明了大学考试确实无需太过紧张。就这样，大一结束了。

大二有了大一的基础后踏实多了，也圆滑多了。在迎接新生时，望着那一张张与当初的自己同样青涩而满怀期待的面孔，心里满是欣慰与怜惜。想当年，我也是这么过来的。如今作为老生的我，在耐心地为他们引路，热心地帮他们整理行李想，细心地为他们讲解注意事项。闲聊中时不时插一两句“当初我也是这样过来的”“没关系，慢慢就会习惯了”“有需要的话可以到宿舍找我”。大一时不绝于耳的话语如今也从我口中发出。相信一年之后他们也会这样脱口而出。

偶尔偷一下懒，无聊的课程总会逃那么一两节。大二是最忙碌的，课程多，社团活动也多，各种等级考试也很多，常常忙得晕头转向的。一个星期本还有那么两天可以小憩，不是奉献给了党就是被计算机二级培训课程占据了。连续不断的培训课程，一坐就是一天，想不晕都难啊！天天都在忙，到底在忙些什么自己也说不清楚。普通话二甲、英语四级、六级、计算机一级、二级等等各种证书握在手里，才知道大二其实也不是瞎忙。大二也就这么走过来了。

转眼已是大三的我，回望过去的一幕幕恍如昨日那样清晰深刻。仿佛只是弹指一瞬，却不知不觉地过了两年。又是一批新生入学，操场上、校道上，到处都是迷彩服在移动。大片大片的，在炽热的阳光下是那样耀眼鲜活。一阵高过一阵的集训声在诺大的校园里飘荡着。望着他们被汗水尽头的衣衫，晒黑得发光的脸蛋，突然间很是羡慕，但更多的是遗憾。大学就那么一次的军训都错过了，实在可惜。舍友却一脸不屑：“有什么好可惜的，没事找那罪受干啥！”我只能苦笑，望望那片迷彩心想：“真的是在受罪吗？”

大三已是老油条了，对什么事也都提不起当初的新鲜感和勇气了。想起舍友的那句话：“我想早恋，却发现自己已经老了！”看着每天擦肩而过的青涩面孔，突然觉得自己真的已经老了。再没有大一时的冲动易怒了，心经过两年的沉淀也已安稳了不少。如今课程少了，听课也不如以前那样上心了。又感觉到自己尚无什么技艺在身就与舍友一同去参加兴趣班学埙，每天下了课就在宿舍里练上半个小时。也怪难为舍友们那么淡定，每日都要忍受那么一段时间的噪音干扰。

大三最多的就是感慨，感慨时光已逝，感慨之前的无知。大一是在闲暇中度过的，大二是在忙碌中度过的，大三则是在感慨中度过的。青葱岁月就这样无声无息的流逝了。我的大学生活如今已过了四分之三，剩下的四分之一，我会好好珍惜，珍惜着人生中最美好的时光。

帮助谁都不会永远会记住你的好呢?虽然是萍水相逢，但我给予他们帮助，我就会感到无比的快乐，这便是善良得到的快乐。我不需要她们永远都记住我的好，只要我能享受这帮助她人，得到心灵深处的舒适就好。帮助别人就是帮助我们自己，让那一份温暖藏在心底。这源自我心灵深处的善良，永远不会因什么而抹去，我要将善良的种子，洒在更土的泥土上，让善良到处生根发芽。——后记

绿色看起来没有红色那么妖艳;不像蓝色那么忧郁;比起上金色的闪亮。但是，却给人一种亲却，温暖的感觉，更容易接近。

绿色代表着生命，代表这生机。人们常常把小草赋予这一种顽强的生命力，寄予着一种拼搏精神。著名漫画家丰子恺画的一幅《生机》一幅小草从破墙缝里钻出来。这幅画淋漓尽致的表达了小草顽强不屈的生长能力。而那小草，不正是绿色么?

绿色亦是象征着环保。我对环保的理解就是保护环境，解决环境中的一些问题。现在，城市发达了，一代又一代的高科技产品接二连三的问世，让人们的生活更加方便，更加有乐趣。但是，这也随之带来了环境的污染。工业污染、化学污染、空气污染、森林面积的减少、土壤遭到破坏……一个又一个大难题摆在我们面前，更是给我们的地球老妈增添无数负担。最近日本核电站泄漏而造成的核污染，对人的伤害无比巨大，对环境的污染更是惊天动地。所以我们要保护环境，虽然我们没有能力解决核污染，但环保重要的也是从身边做起。

绿色的世界，绿色的生活，是每个人都向往。但是，一个个可怕的事实摆在了眼前，泄漏的核辐射、全球的变暖……这些事实无一不像一根根锋利的银针，深深扎在每个人的心中。“灰色”的世界正在蔓延，而有的人却还没觉醒，地球老妈是带着纯净的蓝色和温暖的绿色出生的，难道，毁灭时却要变成灰蒙蒙的尘埃么?事实证明：我们需要绿色。

小草生命顽强，而人的生命力更加可以创造奇迹。我相信，我们只要让绿色常驻在我们的生活里，那些什么“玛雅预言”、“地球毁灭”，都统统见鬼去吧。

在这个阴雨濛濛的秋季，我又上学了。不过这回是离开那个曾经承载过我的快乐和忧伤的高中，搭上去西安的列车－－然后上大学。

我的学校在南郊，远离市区，这多少让我有点失落。记得报名那天，天空很适时地下着毛毛雨，跟大家的心情真是绝配。我突然间想到了退学，然后回家补习……因为很难过，学校太偏僻了，感觉很伤感。不过只是想想，开开玩笑罢了，走到这一步就无法回头了。

第一次离开家，也是第一次住宿舍。这种想家的痛苦相信很多同学都能理解，也应该经历过吧。我记得来学校的第二天晚上我哭得像个小孩子，只是因为想家……

第三天我们就开始军训，１４天的军训生活让我学会了很多。

军训，最难忘的是连长的歌唱得很好听，还有就是晚上十几个营的娃娃坐在一起拉歌。大家就像是一家人！这首先教会了我和同学和睦相处。因为太认真，不会学别人偷懒，所以我的脚在训练时候磨破了，腿也拉伤了。其实我不在意这点小痛，虽然我是女生……我明白，长大的过程是痛苦的。就像蚕化茧，茧化蝶一样痛苦。这又教会了我坚强和诚实。

记得军训前一天晚上首长安排的任务：每人写一份军训决心书！我就说其实我挺害怕的，因为有听哥哥姐姐们说过军训很苦。不过我不会当逃兵的，我会好好配合连长，认真学习每个动作。我决心挑战自己！结果我真的做到了，虽然最后因为个子低被刷掉了，但我还是被评上了优秀个人。我很骄傲！不仅是因为这个奖，更是因为我学会了勇敢面对，而不是以前那样只是逃避。

我相信，任何人只要拥有一颗健康向上的心，再加上勤奋努力就离成功不远了。我曾经被郭敬明的文字深深吸引着，甚至整理了很多他的经典语录，整天揣在兜里背诵。最可笑的是我曾经还刻意模仿小四，直到我的文字里有了深深的忧伤！而且很多时候我会无故就感觉到伤感，和很多朋友走着走着突然就沉默了，装沉思者……现在回忆起来感觉真的挺可笑哦。其实我们每个人都有属于自己的生活，不应该那样轻易就被一个人影响。拥有一颗积极向上的心很重要，尤其是在高三！

现在我心如止水，不知道是不是麻木了？或许只是因为刚刚军训完，太累了吧！朋友说的话让我心里暖暖的－－你的选择，我的支持；既选之，则乐之！

今天军训汇报完毕，明天开始正式开课。我要好好学习专业课，然后进军学生会，混个官当当。再就是参加社交，学习我的最爱－－－街舞！用我的认真和热忱完成我的大学生活，书写一张多彩的扉页！

希望学弟学妹们加油，尤其是高三的朋友们，不要喊累。要知道你在休息的同时有人在看书！早日考上自己理想的大学！

有一次，学校要举行演讲比赛，班主任决定先在班上举行一次预赛。我各方面都不错，就是从来没有上台演讲过。稿子写好了，我读了一遍又一遍，也试着演讲了好几次。 Once, the school wants to hold a speech contest, and the head teacher decided to hold a preliminaries in the class first.I have good in all aspects, but I have never gone to the stage.The manuscript was written, I read it over and over again, and tried to speak several times.

终于等到了班会课。老师宣布开始，班长便大大方方地走上讲台，他声音洪亮，口齿清楚，演讲起来极富感情。演讲完毕，教室里爆发出经久不息的掌声。接着，又有几名同学上台演讲。

我开始不安起来，我能像他们一样顺利地讲下来吗?演讲不好让同学们笑话怎么办?我不敢再往下想了，手心开始出汗，那份稿子越攥越紧。等我右边的那个同学演讲完毕，班会课已经过去半个钟头了。老师在一旁鼓励大家：“还有没有?不用怕，大胆地走上来，鼓起勇气!”我感到自己的心“怦怦”直跳。想上去，又怕演讲不好被人笑话，多没面子啊;不上去，就会失去一次难得的机会，机不可失呀!老师的话又在耳边响起：“鼓起勇气来，不用怕!”是啊，即使失败，又算得了什么?去试一试，又怎知自己一定会失败呢?

“鼓起你的勇气来，你会成功的。”这是勇气在对我说话。

我终于站了起来，手里拿着那份已被汗水浸湿的稿子，大步走上讲台。同学们充满期待地望着我。我深深地吸了一口气，让自己平静下来，然后，又鼓足勇气，开始演讲。慢慢地，我不再害怕，心中纯真的感情在言语之中自然地流露。

“哗——”当我演讲结束，台下爆发出一阵热烈的掌声。“真棒!”我的好朋友欧冉对我说。最后，当老师宣布我获胜时，我喜极而泣。我成功了!

“是什么力量是你走上台来，讲得这么好呢?”老师问我。

我回答：“是勇气。”

我知道，在关键时刻，发挥自己的长处不是问题，而快速提升自己最“短”的那块“板”——勇气，才是最重要的。

人生像一片辽阔碧蓝的天空。有时和风细雨，微风拂面，有时风雨交加，暴雨倾盆，有时艳阳高照，风和日丽。 Life is like a vast and blue sky.Sometimes the wind drizzle, the breeze blows, sometimes the wind and rain are overwhelming, the rain is pouring, and sometimes the sun is shining, the wind and the sun are beautiful.

失败是每个人都曾拥有，婴孩学习走路，在一次次摔倒中爬起来。中年人在工作单位偶尔也有失误，在失误中总结经验教训。老年人身体不好，他们会经常锻炼来增强体质。

失败分两种：一种是实质上的失败;另一种精神上的失败。精神上的失败比实质上的失败要可怕。实质上的失败是指事业、学业、情感等。失败了还可以从头再来，在一百次摔倒后也要在一百零一次中站起来。而精神上的失败是指心理素质。只有好的心理素质才能承受失败的打击。心理素质差的人遭受失败打击后，只会一筹莫展，导致事情发展到不可挽回的地步。其实失败也会非是坏事，失败后，你会明白问题的症结所在，“对症下药”这样你就会成功。

不要轻易地说“我失败了，放弃吧!”当你的信念倒下时，你就可能真的走向了失败，如果你仍然坚定地告诉自己：“我还行，我还能坚持住。”那么你就会惊讶的发现事情远非你所想象的那样糟糕。你有足够的力量战胜面前的艰难，完全可以冲破眼前的困境。海明威说得好：“没有谁能够真正地打败你，除非你自己先倒下!”

有的人失败以后找出自己失败的原因，然后调整好心态，继续努力拼搏。但有的人却丧失信心，萎靡不振，那真的是无药可救了。要记住：帆落了，你还有桨。即使落下的是你你唯一的那张帆，你也不要向风哀求;果实落了，你还有种子。即使落下的是你全部的收成，你也不要向岁月祈祷;今天落下了，还有明天，一个希望落下了，还有更多的希望去拼搏......

世界上没有人生来就是天才，也没有人就是高人一等。既然如此，那么又有谁能在的路上一帆风顺呢?挫折、伤痛、悔恨、泪水，一切都是在所难免的。跌倒了就爬起来，我相信我们一定能够勇敢地面对失败。拥有成功的每一天。

生活如一杯苦涩的咖啡。但咖啡虽苦，却能充实精神。生活需要争取，难买会覆盖满额汗水会与许多曲折，但只有那样，才方可品尝到生活中的那一份包裹甘甜的苦吧！

经历告诉我：生活要像风儿一样洒脱，像雷一样闪耀光芒，像雨衣一样细腻温柔，像雪一样沉着冷静。河水迈着强健有力的步伐，高唱着豪迈激荡的歌声，欢快的涌向大海。生活也无不是应该这样，像河水：面对荆棘临危不惧，不望而生畏。像咖啡：面对苦涩努力争取，不轻易言弃。现实告诉我：生活就应该:不畏惧，不服输不认输。有梦想，有追求，有行动。不随遇而安，要像一只风帆，努力寻找驶向大海的方向。因为这是一个有理想，有追求，有抱负的人不可缺少的。
