1、信头(heading)

是写信人对收信人的称呼用语。位置在信内地址下方一、二行的地方，从该行的顶格写起，在称呼后面一般用逗号(英国式)，也可以用冒号(美国式)。

(1)写给亲人、亲戚和关系密切的朋友时，用dear或my dear再加上表示亲属关系的称呼或直称其名(这里指名字，不是姓氏)。例如：my dear father，dear tom等。

(2)写给公务上的信函用dear madam，dear sir或gentleman(gentlemen)。注意：dear纯属公务上往来的客气形式。gentlemen总是以复数形式出现，前不加dear，是dear sir的复数形式。

4、正文(body of the letter)

位置在下面称呼语隔一行，是信的核心部分。因此要求正文层次分明、简单易懂。和中文信不同的是，正文中一般不用hello!(你好!)

正文有缩进式和齐头式两种。每段书信第一行的第一个字母稍微向右缩进些，通常以五个字母为宜，每段第二行从左面顶格写起，这就是缩进式。

但美国人写信各段落往往不用缩进式，用齐头式，即每一行都从左面顶格写起。商务信件大都采用齐头式的写法。

5、结束语(complimentary close)

在正文下面的一、二行处，从信纸的中间偏右处开始，第一个词开头要大写，句末用逗号。不同的对象，结束语的写法也不同。

(1)写给家人、亲戚，用your loving grandfather，lovingly yours，lovingly等;

(2)写给熟人、朋友，用yours cordially，yours affectionately等;

(3)写业务信函用truely yours(yours truely)，faithfully yours(yours faithfully)等;

(4)对上级、长辈用yours obediently(obediently yours)，yours respectfully(respectfully yours)等。

6、签名(signature)

低于结束语一至二行，从信纸中间偏右的地方开始，在结束语的正下方，在签完名字的下面还要有用打字机打出的名字，以便识别。职务、职称可打在名字的下面。当然，写给亲朋好友的信，就不必再打了。

7、附言(postscript)

如果一封信写完了，突然又想起遗漏的事情，这时用p.s.表示，再写上遗漏的话即可，要长话短说。通常在信末签名下面几行的左方，应于正文齐头。

注意：在正式的信函中，应避免使用附言。

8、附件(enclosure)

如果信件里面有附件，可在信纸的左下角，注上encl：或enc：，例如：encl：2 photos(内附两张照片)。如果福建附件不止一项，应写成encl：或encs。

长这么大了都不知道帮我干点活，整天就知道坐那电脑前头玩玩玩，你那眼还要不要了!”我听着听着，不禁热泪盈眶，委屈感一袭而来，鼻头也酸到不能呼吸，只有张开嘴来吸气。最后，实在听不下去妈妈的唾骂，我只有甩门而出。走在路上，熟人都问我怎么了，我只是默默无闻的走开，一边走一边想，我不知道怎么跟妈妈说，该怎么解释才能解释清楚，我在妈妈心中就那么底下、那么没用吗?

我也许该和妈妈谈谈，我不能就这样让妈妈误会，我真的是已经做好了才去玩的。我转身回了家。妈妈看见我回来很是诧异，我向妈妈解释，结果的形成，是因为弟弟的贪玩，但是，我也有错，打扫完后，应该保持好的，还不应该对妈妈那么无礼，我也不应该玩太久的游戏，太伤眼，妈妈也是担心我才那样说的。而且，有那位父母不爱儿女的那。我和妈妈通过沟通，成功的化解了我俩的矛盾。

我们要学会在现实中，架起沟通的桥梁，努力化解与父母之间的矛盾，走近父母，亲近父母，与父母携手同行，让矛盾在家庭中烟消云散。

昨天是母亲节。 Yesterday was Mothers Day yesterday.

妈妈在外地工作，我很久才能见到她一次。因为距离的缘故吧，我对我妈妈没什么感情。我见到她从来不会对她表现出什么兴奋的表情，也从不会主动打电话给她，和她说的话也不会太多。

昨天，是母亲节。忽然想到从小到大我还没有在母亲节的时候跟妈妈说些什么，便决定在放学回家后打电话给妈妈，问候一下。但回到家，不知道怎么的，竟然忘得一干二净了。下午去学校见到同学在讨论母亲节，这才想起来。又再次决定要大电话给妈妈。

放学回家，看够了电视后才记起我还没打电话给妈妈。但当时我脑子不知道怎么搞的，居然心想：哎，算了吧。母亲节又没什么大不了。不管了。

其实我是怕跟妈妈说上那些话，我开不了口。

晚上，我在日记的后面写了句：妈妈，母亲节快乐!

今天刚放学回家，就接到爸爸的`电话(爸爸也在外地)。

刚拿起听筒，就听见爸爸用责备的语气对我说：母亲节你怎么不打电话给你妈啊?!你知不知道她等你的电话等了一天?!昨天她看到别人收到自己儿女的礼物不知道有多难过!啊?你是怎么搞的啊?!她不要求你送什么贵重的礼物给她，但你也起码要打个电话问候一下啊!可你却没有!难道你对你妈就没有一点感情吗?!

爸爸一口起说了很多话。那一刻，忽然心里酸酸的，我也不知道为什么。我有种想哭的冲动。但我忍了下来。因为声音有点更咽，我不想说太多话让爸爸知道。只好哦哦地简单回答他。

末了，爸爸说：这次我就先放过你……你以后一定要记得多打电话给你妈啊!!

我沉默了好久，鼻子酸酸的。我对爸爸说：爸……告诉妈，我想她!

没等爸爸回话，我挂掉了电话。泪水在一刹那间，再也控制不住了，一个劲地忘下掉，

这次的母亲节有太多的遗憾，以前的也一样。我是个不善言辞的人，我不会很好地表达自己的感情。但我希望我妈妈知道，我对她的爱……永远不变!

My View on Helping Others in Need

In modern society we are often sorry to see that people are reluctant to help others out, not to mention helping a stranger; offering a helping hand seems to be out of accord with the times。

Then what’s wrong with our society? Some people may say that facing skyrocketing housing prices, expensive medical expenditure

and soaring commodity prices, they have no choice but to struggle to make a living, and thus it would be impossible to spare a hand to help others because it may bring them into trouble. Therefore, standing by indifferently is their only choice。

However, is it necessary to be selfish in order to survive, or in order to ensure that people do not take advantage of you? In my opinion, helping others brings a strong sense of accomplishment. What’s more, the evaluation criteria

for judging one individual’s success should be modified so that offering a helping hand to people in need is encouraged and welcomed in our society all the time。
