1、信头(heading)

信头是指发信人的姓名(单位名称)、地址和日期，一般写在信纸的右上角。一般公函或商业信函的信纸上都印有单位或公司的名称、地址、电话号码等，因此就只需在信头下面的右边写上写信日期就可以了。

英文地址的写法与中文完全不同，地址的名称按从小到大的顺序：第一行写门牌号码和街名;第二行写县、市、省、州、邮编、国名;然后再写日期。标点符号一般在每一行的末尾都不用，但在每一行的之间，该用的还要用，例如在写日期的时候。

其中日期的写法，如1997年7月30日，英文为：july 30，1997(最为普遍);july 30th，1997;30th july，1997等。1997不可写成97。

2、信内地址(inside address)

其中在一般的社交信中，信内收信人的地址通常省略，但是在公务信函中不能。将收信人的姓名、地址等写在信头日期下方的左角上，要求与对信头的要求一样，不必再写日期。例如：

是写信人对收信人的称呼用语。位置在信内地址下方一、二行的地方，从该行的顶格写起，在称呼后面一般用逗号(英国式)，也可以用冒号(美国式)。

(1)写给亲人、亲戚和关系密切的朋友时，用dear或my dear再加上表示亲属关系的称呼或直称其名(这里指名字，不是姓氏)。例如：my dear father，dear tom等。

(2)写给公务上的信函用dear madam，dear sir或gentleman(gentlemen)。注意：dear纯属公务上往来的客气形式。gentlemen总是以复数形式出现，前不加dear，是dear sir的复数形式。

(3)写给收信人的信，也可用头衔、职位、职称、学位等再加姓氏或姓氏和名字。例如：dear prof. tim scales, dear dr.john smith。

4、正文(body of the letter)

位置在下面称呼语隔一行，是信的核心部分。因此要求正文层次分明、简单易懂。和中文信不同的是，正文中一般不用hello!(你好!)

正文有缩进式和齐头式两种。每段书信第一行的第一个字母稍微向右缩进些，通常以五个字母为宜，每段第二行从左面顶格写起，这就是缩进式。

但美国人写信各段落往往不用缩进式，用齐头式，即每一行都从左面顶格写起。商务信件大都采用齐头式的写法。

5、结束语(complimentary close)

在正文下面的一、二行处，从信纸的中间偏右处开始，第一个词开头要大写，句末用逗号。不同的对象，结束语的写法也不同。

(1)写给家人、亲戚，用your loving grandfather，lovingly yours，lovingly等;

(2)写给熟人、朋友，用yours cordially，yours affectionately等;

(3)写业务信函用truely yours(yours truely)，faithfully yours(yours faithfully)等;

(4)对上级、长辈用yours obediently(obediently yours)，yours respectfully(respectfully yours)等。

6、签名(signature)

低于结束语一至二行，从信纸中间偏右的地方开始，在结束语的正下方，在签完名字的下面还要有用打字机打出的名字，以便识别。职务、职称可打在名字的下面。当然，写给亲朋好友的信，就不必再打了。

7、附言(postscript)

如果一封信写完了，突然又想起遗漏的事情，这时用p.s.表示，再写上遗漏的话即可，要长话短说。通常在信末签名下面几行的左方，应于正文齐头。

注意：在正式的信函中，应避免使用附言。

8、附件(enclosure)

如果信件里面有附件，可在信纸的左下角，注上encl：或enc：，例如：encl：2 photos(内附两张照片)。如果福建附件不止一项，应写成encl：或encs。

我们有时可看到在称呼与正文之间有re：或subject：(事由)字样。一般在信纸的中间，也可与“称呼”对齐。还应在底下加横线，以引起读信人的注意，使收信人便于在读信之前就可了解信中的主要内容。事由一般在公务信函中使用，也可以省略。

As we know, many people favor the idea that the University life is free and comfortable, but I’d like to say it’s not true. As a matter of fact, my life in university is so busy that I wonder if my energy is enough. As to my University life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library and the others.

于是，我在爸爸的帮助下，找到了自己的错点，认真订正和整理。我对试卷上的错题不断地反思，寻找错的原因，在平时的生活中，没天做一篇阅读题，在电脑上查找课外文章，补充自己的知识。到了周六，周日，我把自己锁在屋子里，卧在床上，使自己在书海中畅游。第二次考试之前，我心想：太好了，终于到我大显身手的时候了，我一定要仔细，仔细，再仔细。然后我开始更加认真地复习起课文和老师讲的重点。功夫不负有心人，我又成为了第一名。

失败，在人生中是个未知数，没人会知道它会出现几次，但是我们必须记住：不管它出现了几次，为什么会出现，只要我们拥有恒心，毅力，信心，勇气，与失败对抗的决心和坚持不懈地努力，就能取得成功。”失败是成功之母“这句话并不空虚，不经历风雨，怎能见得彩虹，一个人只有经历失败，才能取得真正的成功。就像这两次考试，如果我没有第一次考试的失败和不断地努力，会有第二次的成功吗?”失败是成功之母“这句话不仅是我的座右铭，而且也是我的好朋友。它已陪我走过了4年的小学生涯，这句话将让我一生受益。

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. i wake up 11 oclock am everyday, after a washing, i have a good lunch with my parents. next i play computer games till the time to have supper. after have dinner. i go on playing till 2 oclock am, and then go to sleep with tired. this is one dull day of my winter vacation.

But i havent bored all the time. sometimes i read the books, sometime i listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. and i also meat some of my good friends during the vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether. and i watched the spring festival party of the cctv in the last seconds of the 2004 year! i think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.

漫长而炎热的暑假，最开心的莫过于爸爸提议去龙马漂流，我们几个孩子听了，一个个像打了兴奋剂一样。

我们一行九人驱车来到漂流的目的地----深甽龙宫村，再由景区专用车把我们送至马岙村，大约步行500米的木栈道，便到了漂流的出发点。

工作人员让我们穿上救生衣，戴上安全帽。姑父、哥哥和我三人坐一条皮艇。刚开始，由于经验不足，又过于兴奋，皮艇没划几下就搁浅了。我们用桨抵住石头，想借力使艇离开搁浅处。可是，此招试了试，不灵!姑父喊：“一、二、三”，让我们一起用力。艇依然纹丝不动。没办法，姑父只能下去推。我们的艇总算可以前进了!这时，四周早已不见其它的艇了。

我们奋力直追，终于看见前方的妹妹们。我们正得意时，忽然听见妈妈再说：“前面是激流，抓紧两边的绳子!”我们还没反应过来，一阵激流打过来，只听“啊”的一声，哥哥就从前头掉了下去。姑父立刻直起身，裤脚湿了。我们的裤子全湿了。我们的艇里也灌满了水。

姑父告诉我们：“艇有浮力，在漂流之前工作人员会把艇事先充满气，它就会浮在水面上，坐在艇里还是挺安全的。我们只要抓紧艇两侧的绳子，它是不会翻的。”一颗悬着的心终于放下了。

就这样，时而急，时而缓，我们漂到了一个很平静的地方。我们开始打起了水仗。小孩子用水枪射，爸爸用桨来攻击，姑父更是厉害，把自己的安全帽拿下来，用帽子来泼其他人。大家一个个都成了落汤鸡，但脸上洋溢着灿烂的笑容。

水仗打累了，我们就静静地坐在艇上，看着山中植被茂盛，峰峦叠嶂，河中石头光洁如肤，河水清澈见底，听着松涛阵阵，鸟鸣啾啾，呼吸着清新的空气，尽情享受天然氧吧。

大约过了一个多小时，我们到达了终点。上岸后我们赶紧去冲了个热水澡。龙马漂流真是个休闲放松的好去处啊!

In winter, all the leaves are withered, but still standing snow green pines and verdant cypresses, no matter how pressure, they wont fall down. Summer flowers, almost withered winter, plum blossoms are still blooming.

The children ran out into the open. Some were making snowmen, some were skiing, and others were skating...... There are many hibernating animals in winter, such as pythons, ants, hedgehogs, bears and frogs. They sleep on a winter and wake up in spring. Its really a long sleep!

There are many natural phenomena in winter, such as cold currents. What is cold current? It is the flow of water from high latitudes to low latitudes.

Although winter is cold, but full of fun, it is a wonderful season!
