求。简讯要求的连贯具体体现在框架上。简讯就是为了让读者用最短的时间了解主要事实，所以，简讯仍然要具备新闻的六要素：时间、地点、人物、事件的起因、经过、结果。简讯为了简明扼要地表达，往往略去起因。基本模式是“xx月xx日，由xxx(举办方)主办的xxxx(事件)在xxx(地点)举行。”这类似于新闻稿的导语，接着用一句话简要描述下事件的发生情况，如果有特殊意义的，再点明主要的意义即可，大致框架符合人们了解信息的习惯。如这样一则简讯：“11月8日晚，由数学与计算机科学学院就业指导中心主办的院第二届模拟招聘比赛在笃行1-115教室举行。同学们经过锋芒初露、实力作证、压力面试和亲友团投票四个环节的角逐，提高了自身的应聘技能，为今后就业打下基础。”从时间到意义向读者简要介绍了模拟招聘比赛的情况，使读者像流水线一样快速有效地了解事件。而且，重点介绍了举办单位、活动环节等内容，主次分明。

除了结构上的连贯之外，语言同样也要求连贯。这一点在《怎样写校园新闻通稿》一文中已经阐述了，在此就简讯再作一些说明。简讯既然只有一两句话，那么主语必须统一，用一个主语贯穿整个简讯，能使简讯基本框架不乱。其次，词语搭配要准确，语句之间要有逻辑，关联词要用准确等等，都是基本的要求。如上面所举的例子，将事件内容和意义连成一句话的一个好处就是使主语一以贯之，如果是“同学们经过……。本次活动提高了同学们的应聘能力……”读起来就不是那么顺口，也显得前后不够连贯。

第二、简短。

这是简讯的一个最明显的特征，简讯也就突出地表现在一个“简”字上。一般简讯的字数以一百字左右为宜，一到三句话为常见。如果超过了这个限度，读者就感受不到简讯所具有的信息收取的方便，也就占用了篇幅，没能达到简讯这一体式创立的初衷。冗长现象比较经常出现在比赛类的简讯上，因为比赛类的简讯要公布比赛结果，往往比赛结果就要占据很大的篇幅，遇到这种情况就要挑选有代表性意义的获奖结果公布。如比赛结果有一、二、三等奖，还有优秀奖和单项奖，但是读者最关注的无非是一等奖，所以一般重点在简讯中体现一等奖的基本信息，而其他奖项则可用诸如“另评选出二、三等奖及优秀奖若干名”的短语带过，以避免浪费篇幅。

第三、精炼。

简讯要达到简短的要求就必须在语言上下功夫，语言要精炼。精炼包括两个方面的内容，一是“精”，即精辟，用精辟的语言把事实呈现出来往往能够达到传神的效果，使读者感同身受。二是“炼”，也就是要反复锤炼语言，尽量用最短的话传达最多的信息。“精炼”所达到的效果是“一语抵万言”。这对写作者的文字驾驭能力有更高的要求了。如这样一则简讯：“10月27日至11月8日，闽南科技学院团委、学生会举办了“纪念改革开放三十周年”主题板报评比活动。主题板报通过经济、思想、文化等内容，生动形象地展现了我国改革开放30年来的发展历程。最终，08级广告学专业夺得本次评比活动的桂冠。”这则简讯一句话，在修改前，在活动内容方面不够精炼：“板报以‘纪念改革开放三十周年’为主题，同学们纷纷发挥自己的聪明才智，通过对经济、思想、文化等方面，用优美的文字、生动的图片向广大同学展现了我国改革开放三十年来的发展历程。”单单是中间部分就将近一百字，不如修改后的两个分句来的精炼。主题已经在导语中体现了，就没必要重复。在介绍活动情况的时候，修改稿用“生动形象”一词则概括其中的一些多余的、啰嗦的话。

在精炼方面，标点符号有时可以起到很大的作用。用标点符号往往可以代替承上启下的关联的词语或句子。尤其是冒号最为突出，如“决赛共设四个环节：自我介绍、情景主持、才艺展示、最后陈词。”冒号代替的短语是“这四个环节分别是”。

第四、突出。

“突出”就是要以最简练的语言将事件的特色报道出来。我认为，事件有没有报道价值还在于它是否有与众不同的地方，与众不同之处往往要作者自己去挖掘。如果一篇新闻稿不能报道出事件的独特性，而是千篇一律的话，读者不会喜欢看，更谈不上价值了。所以，简讯更需要以简练的语言突出特色，报道独特信息，才能更受欢迎。当然，有时一件看起来很平实的事件也会具有新闻价值，这就要看写作者的眼力是否敏锐，角度是否新颖了。比如写时装设计比赛已经是很平常的活动了，但是在采写的过程中，我们要注意他们的不同之处，活动所用的材料可能都是废旧品，体现了一个环保的主题，这就应该重点突出。

My university life has been one of the most colorful parts of my life. I will never forget the day when I first stepped into the university. The green campus not only refer to green environment,but also refer to a new idea about the ways of educating and managing the students,mainly letting them accept the knowledge and build up the

spirit of loving nature and being responsible for the environment,also,letting them take an active part in the actions of protecting the environment and keep the idea of sustainable development in mind.

In order to construct the green campus,we should do from two aspects.First of all,we should make every effort to study hard,aimed at becoming the knowledgeable ones with high qualities as well.Secondly,we should make ourselves more comprehensive,doing from the team-work spirit,the environmental consciousness and so on.Besides,we should be concerned about society,our motherland and the whole world,as well as learning to innovate and actively practice.

The area of desert in the world is growing every year. Many parts of the world which once had large populations and produced plenty of crops, have become deserts. Dunhuang in China, deep in the heart of the Gebi Desert, was once a great city.

Cattle are one cause of the problem. In good years, famers increase the numbers of their cattle. Then one year, the rains fail to come. The farmers do not want to kill any of their cattle, so the cattle eat ail the grass and anything that grows on poorer land. If this continues for several years, the grass never grows again and the land becomes a desert. One suggested answer is for farmers to limit the numbers of their cattle.

Another problem is that good soil is gradually lost. When trees are cut down, there is nothing to hold the soil in place on the hillside. So when if rains, the soil is washed down the hills and into the rivers. Strong winds can also blow away the valuable soil that lies on the top of the fields.

These opinions do make sense when we take the overloaded pressure imposed on college students into consideration. While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence, it is more important to take measures to avoid those occurrences.

Among those solutions, psychological aid is one. If psychological consulting had been resorted to, those tragedies should have happened with less possibility.

Our campus is beautiful and clean.

Especially the view of the school just built soon pool, the water is clear and clean, several small koi fish alive in the water, really cute. 我们的校园又美丽又干净。

特别是学校刚修建不久的景色水池，水又清澈又干净，几条小锦鲤鱼在水里活蹦乱跳的，真可爱。水池小瀑布上面还有一个小型喷水器，一开动水就顺墙面潺潺而流，给人一种非常清新活泼的感觉。水池旁边还用了一些我一时也说不上来的植物装饰，水中还有几朵紫色的小莲花，小鱼儿一会在水上活动，一会又钻到莲花下躲藏人们的眼光。虽然这个水池没什么特别，可是它不但给学校增添春色和动感，而且又是一处好看的景色，我真喜欢这个喷水池。池正中，有许多水生植物。瞧，一条欢蹦乱跳的大鲤鱼翘着尾嗜，挺着胸脯，那一片片鱼鳞，在阳光下忽闪，忽闪，真像一颗晶莹的珍珠哩!水池旁有一个专门管理水池的管理处，以前管理处旁还有一些关于水池的的书买呢，不可惜现在已经搬走了。

?水池旁有一圈专门来装饰水池的鲜花，每天。学生们迎着朝阳到学校，一进大门就能看到这个美丽的这个水池，可见这水池挺受学生们的欢迎，刚建好的时候学生一到学校都会上来参观，即使过了很久，还有学生来参观景色水池。其实他们都是来看那些游动着的生命——鲤鱼的。可是自从鲤鱼死后，就没学生过来看了，其实我也很难过，好端端的小生命一个个就没了。

哦，我想起来了，水池旁边还有两个麒麟头，在它们的嘴里会喷出小水柱，我多么希望快快在水里增加几条有活力的生命啊!这样学校的水池才更有趣，也更给校园增添风光，这样的喷水池也有它无比神奇的色彩哦!
