父母是我们人生的导师，我们孝敬父母的同时，也应懂得去与父母交流，假若我们不善于去与父母交流，父母会总把我们当作小孩儿去对待，不放心让我们做一些与众不同的事。如果我们经常性的与父母交流自己的生活体会，学习经验，同时也听听父母工作、生活中的烦恼，发表我们对一些事的看法，我们将会在这种交谈中增长见识，扩充经验，父母也会看到我们的成熟，理解我们的想法，也愈加温暖了。

温情六月，感恩父亲，不知道昨天的父亲节您是怎样陪伴爸爸度过的呢?不管是在家中陪父母吃顿饭，还是相伴出游或是简单地握握他的手，相信爸爸们都已经笑容满面，舒心快乐，因为他感受的到你心底深处以及眼睛里流露出来的爱。

今年的父亲节，东岭社区迎来了长安银行宝鸡福利支行开展的“进社区，进商圈”产品推介及父亲节感恩父爱大型活动，让辖区居民过了一个独特而欢心的父亲节。现场的歌声欢乐动听，亲子互动热闹非凡，让爸爸与孩子体验了一把团结协作的快乐，现场抢答活动更是欢笑不断，“你知道爸爸的生日是哪一天吗?”，”你知道爸爸爱吃什么、喜欢什么吗?”，大家大声喊着“我知道，我知道……”积极抢答各个问题，现场一阵阵乐呵呵的笑声。

这次活动，让辖区居民度过了一个欢乐舒心的父亲节，教给孩子胸怀一颗感恩的心，学会孝顺父母，理解父母;也使孩子和家长在互动游戏中，增进感情，促进家庭美好和睦。

今天是父亲节，早就想给父亲写篇文章的，可是总是不知道怎么写，现在就这个节日的机会就写下一段。（也许父亲永远不会看到）

我的父亲一直以来对我都非常严厉，虽然从没有打骂过我，可是我不知道怎么的就是怕他，家里的其他小辈也都怕他，只要他一来，谁都不敢大声说话。

但父亲其实很爱说笑的，只是他在家族中有一定地位，说话算数，李家的事务都是他来管的，所以他很有威严，说话人人都听，小的们都不敢跟他说笑。

父亲是他们那个时代村里三个高中生之一，其他两个现在都在外面做大官，只有他因为家里穷没出去，所以父亲对我的要求很严格，他说：“他错过的，不想我再错过。”父亲爱好很全面，体育音乐都行，字也写的很漂亮，从小他就这样那样的教我，想让我长大了好有出息。但这点我没有做到，什么都没学好，爱音乐却五音不全，爱体育却身体条件太差，学也没上好，只考了个中专。现在虽然自学大专过了，又自学大本，也为了自己的目标职业经理人努力，但还是感觉晚了，没有完成父亲的心愿，真是惨馈！

这几年家里发生了好多事，父亲也操心的老了许多，可是他每天还是都在为了这个家日夜的操劳着，而我却一直没有出息，为这个家，为二老人做的只是一点点的力量，我想让我的父亲母亲过的好一点，不让他们再为了我而忙碌，我只有一天天的不断努力，充实自己，好早一天从父亲肩上卸下那沉重的担子，让我来扛！

父亲其实很苦的，没有一件相样的衣服，一双好一点的鞋子，一点多余的钱都舍不得花。我给他买，他总是说：这个还能穿，要新的干嘛？有钱多给你妈多加几件好衣服，要不就多买几本书看，多学点东西。

去年盖房子，家里条件不是太好，为了少花点工钱，父亲没日没夜的干，有时连衣服不脱累的就睡了。因为我腰疼，他总是不要我干，多少事都是我不在家时做的，只是一个人（母亲有病干不了，我要上班）。房子盖好了，父亲也累瘦了一圈！

那天父亲很晚出门回来，坐在我身边抽烟，边抽边对我说：“健，以后你要对你妈好一点，她有病，要多关心多照顾。你妈一生受过很多累，可是没过过几天享福的日子就生病了，你要好好对你妈。我身体还好，又有那么多爱好，就是一个也能过的很好，不用你操心，你就放心的工作吧，为将来多做点打算。”

我听完哭了，只是没让父亲看到，把泪落在了心里。

我都长这么大了，不但没为父母做点什么，还让父亲为我担心，我好没用，真的好没用，真后悔那时没好好上学，辜负了父母对我的期望！

因为我的工作这几年不是很顺利，单位总改革，工资也没个准，给家里补贴的钱也不太充裕，父亲依旧整日劳顿，每天早出晚归，为了这个家负出他的最后一点力。

这就是我的父亲，我爱他，更敬他。我会加一百二十个油努力，为了早日让他们两位老人过上好生活奋斗！

01 我的父亲

One of my earliest memories of Dad is that he would often leave the house at dawn to go jogging.

我对父亲最早的一些记忆之一是他以前常在黎明时离家去慢跑.

He was a traditional Chinese father,which means that he didnt show his affection for his kids easily.

他是一个传统的中国父亲，这意味着他不轻易对儿女表露他的情感.

And he and I didnt talk much.

而且我和他并不常交谈.

Some time ago, he made me go jogging with him.

前一阵子，他叫我和他去慢跑

I hated it be-cause I didnt know what to say to him.

我讨厌和他慢跑，因为我不知道要和他说什么.

Needless to say, I did not enjoy exercising with Dad.

不用说，我不喜欢和爸爸一起运动。

However, as time went by, he and I began to talk while jogging.

然而，随着时间推移，我和他开始在慢跑时交谈。

Later, he even began to tell me jokes!

后来，他甚至开始讲笑话给我听!

It was a side of him that I had never seen before.

这是我以前从未见过的一面。

Im gald that he made me go jogging with him because our relationship has greatly improved as a result.
