我认为这种现象已经非常常见了，因此问题解决起来是会有很大的困难的，但我有个想法和建议。

第一、需要加强一下心理教育，让青年们真正的意识到保护环境的重要性。

第二、可以制定一条规矩，凡有随地扔垃圾的，可以选择直接拘留或者停职一天来打扫卫生。

安安小河一片翠绿、生机，清澈的河水中生活着几条小鱼，岸边的小树和小草绿油油的，小燕子披着金灿灿的阳光飞来飞去，可爱极了！ 可是有一天，一大群人突然来到这里，在这儿建起了化工厂……从此安安小河不再美丽。

一天，小燕子和小伙伴一起从北方飞回安安小河。可它怎么也找不到小河；找不到小鱼；找不到小草。小燕子抹着眼泪说：“我，我再也找不回原来那个安安小河了！”

“小燕子，小燕子！”小草在喊到。“小草，你怎么变成这样了？”小燕子惊奇地说。“都是人类惹的祸！”小草哭泣着说。

太阳也只探出半个脑袋：“自从化工厂建起来了，我每天都生活在废气中，没有一点儿新鲜的空气，唉……”

我的家乡在温州文成一个美丽的乡村，村口有一条清澈见底的小河。没等你走近小河，远远就能听到河水哗啦啦的声音，河上有一座小桥，桥下一群群鸭子在水中嬉戏，不时把头扎到水中觅食。

每年暑假，我总会和爸爸妈妈一起回到家乡，和村里的小伙伴一起去河里玩耍，我们在小河里抓小鱼，找小虾，摸螺蛳……玩累了，我们就上岸扔石头，看谁扔得远，比谁溅起的水花高。河边总会集满很多的妇女，她们一边洗衣服，一边聊天，捣衣声和欢笑声组成了一首优美的乐曲。
