with pressure? This is the most important.

雾霾，是现在人们经常提起的一种天气，那么，大家知道它的主要成份吗？现在我就来讲一讲雾霾。

雾霾的主要成分是60%是水蒸气，其余40%全是酸、碱、盐、酚、病原微生物等有害物质，比例通常比大气水滴高出几十倍，对人体健康形成危害。起雾时气压低，污染物与空气中的水分相结合，将不易扩散与沉降，有害物质易滞留在某处，导致某个区域聚集浓度较高，组成雾核的颗粒又很容易被人体吸入，当人体呼吸的时候，这些物质刺激人体某些敏感部位后，会引起咽喉炎、气管炎、结膜炎和一些过敏性疾病，中医称之为“疠疫之气”，对于老年体弱者还可能危及生命。大家想一想，平时我们走在大街上时，那些清洁工，哪些不是爷爷奶奶？他们长期起早贪黑天天得吸多少雾霾中的微生物呀！

现在，河南省多地出现了雾霾天气，目前已经有15个市县发布雾霾天气黄色橙色预警。其中在10号当天郑州市城区空气质量信息发布系上，9个监测点8个都闪烁着红色，污染级别达到了6级，属于严重的污染，质量指数均超340，而在郑州中医学院监测点数值更是高达515，首次出现爆表情况，而这里最主要的污染物就是pm2.5。大家知道吗，从1月到现在，郑州空气只有2次是合格，其余全为轻度污染和严重污染。虽然太阳露出了笑脸，但空气呢，还是好不到哪去。从1月到现在，最高能见度500米，最低20米。

在北京，雾霾天气比我们郑州还严重！与雾气同时出现的，则是严重的灰霾与空气污染。1月29日15时，北京市各空气质量监测站点的颜色呈现出一片代表着六级严重污染的褐红色，其中奥体中心空气质量指数453、农展馆430、东四环北路449，其余站点大多突破400。pm2。5毫无悬念地成为首要污染物。此外，以往很少显山露水祸害京城空气的二氧化氮这次也出来作祟。市环保局监测显示，在pm2。5、pm10超标的同时，多个地区的二氧化氮也出现超标。与我们郑州一样，这使许多交通道路封闭，飞机航班取消。

在整个河南省，1月份省会空气质量只有三个良最低为60，最高为405。而且经省气象局的消息，1月28日至29日，我省出现范围较大的一次雾霾天气过程，根据卫星遥感监测图像显示：29日9时至13时，全省雾区面积8。12万平方公里，而国土面积16。7万平方公里，65%以上的高速公路受到影响。

面对雾霾，大家要打开雾灯，小心慢行。不坐超载客车，不坐超速客车。大胆举报超速超载疲劳驾驶客车。减少开车出行，积极多多种树！增添一点点绿色，加一点新鲜空气，让雾霾远离我们的生活。

我是一只敬职敬业的啄木鸟。我继承了祖先们那爱岗敬业的优秀传统，每天到尽心尽力地保护着这片森林，堪称真正的“森林小卫士”。哈，我就先不“王婆卖瓜——自卖自夸”了，俺巡逻去也……

这茂盛而又美丽的树林真让人感到十分的舒适而又惬意。瞧吧，这葱葱郁郁的树林，每棵树都是身强力壮，绿色的身躯伸展着，接受着太阳那温暖的手的抚摸。空气是如此的清新，微风轻抚树的头顶，就如慈母抚摸着孩子一样。风吹过以后，空气中有多了一种味道——植物独有的芳香。呵，这一切不都是我们啄木鸟家族多年维护的结果吗？只是，这样的森林越来越少了。

“滋滋滋……”哎，又是一名伐木者。难道他们就不知道乱砍滥伐树木是不对的吗？难道他们就不知道要保护植被，绿化造林吗？难道他们就不知道“十年树木”的道理吗？你种一棵树可能要几年甚至几十年，而砍掉一棵树最多也只要半个小时就可以了。

“哈哈，我历尽千辛万苦，终于找到了一片我梦寐以求的好林子，这一棵棵树，啧啧，多粗壮啊！卖了一定能值个四五百块钱！现在想找棵粗壮的树都得煞费苦心，现在有这么一大片，哈哈哈哈，我要发财了！”一个木头脸自言自语道。

看到他将要砍了我精心呵护的树林，我忍不住上前去啄他：“谁允许你砍这些树了？你这木头脸，脑袋里一定有了不少虫吧！我啄！”木头脸吃了痛，急得说：“你这只破鸟，敢妨碍我砍树，我不就图点儿钱吗？滚一边儿去，别让爷跟你急，你再啄我，爷就把你用电锯锯成两半！”木头脸一边骂骂咧咧，一边继续砍树。

我望着那颗将要倒下的树木，悲痛欲绝地说：“人类们，请醒悟吧，你们别再破坏生态环境了，你们如果继续破坏环境，就会将绿洲变成沙漠，将让你们的居住地接受灾难的洗礼，将地球变成荒无人烟的荒漠！”

Nowadays, the world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. Each day thousands of tons of gases come out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. Smoke from factories pollutes the air of industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside. Recently,haze weather has become a usual phenomenon here in large part of China. People are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous air. Some people think it is impossible to solve the problem,however,from my opinion,if we find out the reason and take effective measures the environment can be better.

If we trace the cause for haze weather,the main points are as follows,first,our countrys air quality standards are rather lax and evaluation factors are limited,so you will see that current air appraisal system has defects. Second,some people just go for economic interests instead of turning out products according to relevant law and regulations. They tend to use obsolete equipment in which they are more likely to emit a great deal of wasted air. Third,across our society,the awareness of protecting the environment has not built up so that people havent formed a habit of using green product and saving energy as much as possible. If we dont take action to show respect to the environment, we will have to face an increasingly awful situation.

Therefore, effective measures should be taken and laws passed to conserve the environment. In my opinion, to protect the environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, people should be educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the policy of population into practice, because more people mean more pollution. Finally,laws concerning environmental protection should be put into effect and enforce strictly just as our government has been doing. To sum up,if we work together to take out such measures,our environment will get better and better and haze weather will vanish completely.

Should students make friends on line? Some people say yes. The Internet

helps make many friends. Chatting on line, students can express their feelings

and opinions more freely, and even get help with their foreign language

studies.

Others, however, think students should not. They say making friends on line

is a waste of time, which should be spent more meaningfully on study. Besides,

some students, get cheated on line.

It is my opinion that students should place their study, health and safety

before other, things. As for friendship, we can readily find it in our

classmates and other people around us.

In fact, environmental pollution is a very serious problem the whole world is facing.

it is mainly caused by the waste products released from artificial substances, industrial production and increased consumption of goods. Bedsides, the use of chemical substances in agriculture also causes environmental pollution. 保护我们的环境地球是我们的家园,我们必须照顾好它我们应该使减少污染,如我们所知大家在北美的垃圾进行1000公斤。大多数都是包装大部分垃圾变成土而不是塑料制品,塑料保持多年来它会污染我们的环境,所以我们不应该浪费我们应当做些事情回收利用。

Protect our enviorment The earth is our home,we must take care of it.We shoule make a less pollution as we know everybody in north America makes 1000 kilograms of the garbage everyday. Most of it is packaging Most of garbage turns into soil but not to plastic,plastic keeps for many years it will pollute our environment so we shouldn’t waste thing we should make some things for recycling .

Recently, the problem of environmental pollution is getting more and more serious.

The air pollution, noise pollution and water pollution are found on the newspaper everywhere.

It is obvious that we should do something to protect our earth. Because we have only one home.

We should try our best not to pollute the environment and appeal the people around us make their effort to protect our unique home.

近年来，环境污染问题越来越严重。

空气污染，噪音污染,水污染是在报纸上随处可见。

很明显，我们应该做些什么来保护我们的地球。因为我们只有一个家。

我们要尽量不污染环境，还要呼吁我们周围的人努力来保护我们唯一的家园。

我发现小区门口有许多卖东西的，卖完东西，门口就会有许多瓜子皮、纸屑、垃圾袋。风一吹，飘得到处都是。这样做是不对的。因为这样看起来既不美观，还污染环境。我们应该制定规则，管理他们，让他们把周围的垃圾收拾干净。

我觉得人们应该少开车，多骑自行车或走路。因为开车的多了会造成交通堵塞，还会污染环境。比如我们去学校，要路过一个十字路口。因为没有红绿灯，有些车会逆行、逆行就会造成交通堵塞。走到那儿，要是不戴口罩，就会被呛得直咳嗽。要是大家以后不逆行，少开车，多骑自行车或走路，这样既保护环境，又能锻炼身体。

我还发现最近用塑料袋的人很多。比如去买水果或买菜的时候，买一种东西就会给一个塑料袋。这些塑料袋最后都会被扔进垃圾桶里。我听说塑料袋埋在地下要好多年才会腐烂。如果我们把它们烧了，还会污染环境。我觉得我们应该自己准备一个布口袋来代替塑料袋。

如果我们都有保护环境的想法并去做，我们的城市才会变得更美丽。

走进江寺公园，舞台上“青山绿水，就是金山银山”映入眼帘，世界环境日，我们小记者聚集在一起，为环境保护献出一点小小的力量。舞台上，悦耳动听的歌声飘起来了；公园地面，长长的白色横幅摊开了；领了报纸的小报童纷纷行动起来了。我也领了环保袋，在一个角落里坐了下来，静静地构思起来。袋子一面，我用蓝色画笔写上两个端端正正的空心字——环保；另一面，我画了两棵树，大的是爸爸，小的是我，我们枝叶交错，现在蓝天白云之下，共同守护我们的家园。

等我去交环保袋时，已经有不少小记者都完成了，我仔细看了看大家的图画，发现每个小记者都把自己美好的心愿画上去了——保护环境，从我做起！这一刻，我望望身边的小记者，几乎都是陌生面孔，可我分明觉得，我们的心是相通的，也许我们的力量微不足道，但我们依然努力行动，为我们的地球，我们的家园做一点事！
