Chinese New Year (Simplified Chinese: 春节, or 农历新年; Traditional Chinese: 春节, or 农历新年; pinyin: Chūnjié, or Nónglì xīnnián), or the Spring Festival/Lunar New Year is the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays.
