充实的暑假生活。平时上学的时候，学习压力很大，我没有时间去做一些自己喜欢做的事情。暑假以后，我有大量的时间去发展我的兴趣和爱好。

有时候早起的小鸟也过来凑热闹，暑假里我有计划的完成老师安排的每一项作业，并合理的安排我的娱乐时间，这样的生活让我感到无比的喜悦和欢乐。

这就是我的暑假生活。

人们总是抱怨时间是有限的,他们想要有更多的时间做更多的事情,但时间阻碍了他们。实际上,我曾经觉得我的时间很少而其他人有很多时间去做他们想做的事情。我开始思量自己,我知道我总是把时间浪费在玩电脑游戏,所以我决定不玩电脑游戏。

暑假的一天，妈妈对我说：“你不是一直想学做菜吗?我今天就教你做西红柿蛋汤。”我听了后很开心，挽起袖子就开始学了。

妈妈让我从冰箱里拿出2个西红柿，把它洗干净。然后示范怎么用刀把它切成一片片的，我右手拿着刀，左手拿着西红柿，还没下刀，我就感觉有点怕，生怕切到自己的手，妈妈对我说：“不用担心，慢慢来，切下去时刀离手稍远一些，是不会切到手的。”我听了后就不害怕了，不一会儿，我就切完了，妈妈说虽然切得有点宽，但不会影响汤的味道。

我又从冰箱里拿出2枚鸡蛋，把它放在碗里用筷子搅匀。接着我把灶打燃，往锅子里放少许油，等油热了，就把西红柿倒进锅里，这时油溅到了我的手臂上，痛得我大叫了一声，妈妈说因为西红柿中有水份，所以会把油溅出来一点，下次小心一点就好了。我在锅里放了2勺盐，继续翻炒西红柿，直到炒出汁，就把事先准备好的一碗清水倒入锅中，等水开了以后，就把搅匀的蛋液均匀地倒在锅里，等水再次沸腾、蛋液也变色后，就可以关火出锅了。把它盛到碗里以后，再洒点葱花，这样色香味俱全的西红柿蛋汤就做好了!

爸爸妈妈喝了我做的西红柿蛋汤后，都对我赞不绝口：“第一次能做出这样的味道，非常的不错!”听完他们夸奖，我心里美滋滋的!

Let me tell you a little about my lifestyle.

I often eat fruit and vegetables. Apples and oranges are my favorites. I love junk food, too, and I eat it three or four times a week. I sleep less than seven hours ever day. I often feel sleepy. I brush my teeth once a day. I run in the morning, and play ping-pong after school. In my free time, I enjoy surfing the Internet. On weekends, I often go to the movies with my friends.

I think I’m kind of unhealthy. I shouldn’t eat too much junk food. I’ll try to have a balanced diet and sleep more. I should brush my teeth twice a day. I hope I can have a better lifestyle.

今天晚上，妈妈带我和妹妹到超市买东西，要回家的时候，我竟然和妈妈走丢了，真是糟糕。

当时我在最前面走，妹妹跟在我后面，我们俩走着走着，我回头一看，咦?老妈哪儿去了?我心慌了，赶快拉着妹妹的手原路返回 ，我想，“老妈很喜欢看衣服，可能还在原来的地方看衣服。”我拉着妹妹到我们看衣服的地方找了半天，连人影都没找到，这下我的心思可全乱了套。心想，“找不到妈妈可怎么办呀?”我又想，“妈妈是不是在电梯那儿等我呢?”于是，我拉着妹妹到了电梯口，却不见妈妈人，我又拉着妹妹到看衣服的地方仔细找，可就是找不到，这时，我看到一个售货员阿姨，便有了主意。

我走上前去，壮着胆子说：“阿姨，我和我妈妈走丢了，能用你的手机给我妈妈打一个电话吗?”说完后，我的心怦怦直跳，生怕阿姨不同意。阿姨说：“你到电梯口，有个收银台，你让那个人在广播上喊一下。”说完我就拉着妹妹去了，到了收银台，我就对阿姨说：“阿姨，能帮我广播一下吗?”······我的话还没说完，那位阿姨就不耐烦地打断我说：“广播什么呀?”我说：“我跟我妈妈走丢了。”阿姨说：“我这儿不广播。”那声音真是吓人，我只好又去跟那位售货员阿姨说：“阿姨，她说不广播。”阿姨没办法，只好拿了手机，我给她说了妈妈的手机号码，电话通了，电话那端传来妈妈熟悉的声音，妈妈说她在门口等我呢。我谢过了阿姨，拉着妹妹跑下了楼找到了妈妈。

通过这件事，我明白了以后和大人走丢后千万不要惊慌，要镇定，要先到原来的地方看看父母在不在，要是不在就可以到停车的地方等一等，要是实在等不及了，就请保安叔叔或者售货员阿姨来帮忙，记住千万不要跟陌生人一块儿走，也不能自己回家，这样很危险。
