It was sunny today. I was excited. I got up at a quarter to seven. I made a appointment to meet at nine oclock. After I had my breakfast, I went to the Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. 所谓“巧妇难为无米之炊”，首先得准备好新鲜的食材。我精心挑选了两个又大又红的番茄和三个草鸡蛋，一切准备就绪，开工啦!

首先，我把两个番茄洗干净，切成一小块一小块的，装进一个碗里。再把三个鸡蛋打进另一个碗里，搅匀。之后，往锅里倒上一点金灿灿的油，放1/8勺的盐，再开火，把搅匀的鸡蛋倒进锅里，只听“吱”的一声，鸡蛋立马就膨胀了起来，大约过20秒钟，把鸡蛋翻过去，再等20秒钟，把鸡蛋弄成一小块一小块，装进盘子中。这时，往锅里再倒些油，把番茄倒进锅里，“噼里啪啦!噼里啪啦!”，你听，番茄正愤怒地吼叫着，仿佛在说：“喂，干嘛把我放进锅里呀?烫死我了!”炒好后，把鸡蛋再倒进锅里，放点水，合起来炒炒，美味的番茄炒鸡蛋就出锅啦!

但是好事多磨，在炒菜的过程中，我进行的也不太顺利。有时会搅蛋搅不匀，有时会把油溅到身上，有时还会把菜炒到外面……这让我明白平时爷爷做饭是多么辛苦，而我有时还挑食，说爷爷烧的菜不好吃，所以，我想对爷爷说一声：“对不起!”
