等候多时的我和爸爸高兴地拿出了“万花筒”，我兴冲冲地拿了焰火和打火机，准备实施我除夕之夜的第一个计划——放焰火。我们放的第一炮是“一啸冲天”，随着一声巨响，天空顿时如同白昼，好壮观哦!紧接着是“天女散花”，所谓天女散花，顾名思义，那一定是非常漂亮的场面。你看，果真不出所料，仙女们在天空中把一篮子花毫不怜惜地撒向人间，那些花在空中飘飘悠悠，美丽极了!刹时，空中成了五彩缤纷的世界。我高兴得手舞足蹈。随后，我们又放了 “降落伞”、“七仙女”、“百花奔放”……

天空顿时成了大花园，每一朵礼花绽放时，我们都会发出惊喜的欢呼声，我围着五彩的焰火又蹦又跳，高兴的心情也像焰火一样热烈而多彩!

The lunar new year is a great occasion to the chinese people. it lasts about the first four days of the year,during which people do not work except for the workers on duty. students do not go to school,and shops are closed.

several days before the new year,people begin to prepare. farmers kill pigs,sheep,cocks and hens. city dwellers buy meat fish and vegetables. houses are cleaned; coupletsare posted on the doors. colourful lanterns are hung at the gate.

On the eve of the new year,each family has its members gatherd together and eats a family reunion dinner. after the meal they watch tv until the clock strickes twelve. then every family sets off long strings of small firecrackers and other fire works to welcome the new year. on the first day of the new year,almost everyone is dressed in his or her best. when people meet on the way,they say to each other “happy new year”. friends and relatives pay new year calls and gives presents to each other. children indulge themselves in games.

There are many festivals in China. Among them, I like the Spring Festival most. Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family gathering. Before the festival, people come home no matter where they are. Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve.

And then families sit together and share their lives or planes. Some will play games or hang out to have some fun. On the New Year’s Day, people get up early and say good words to anyone they meet. Children can get lucky money from relatives.

In the following days, we will visit relative’s home and bring New Year’s wishes to them. In short, it’s a time for family gathering and all of us enjoy it.

Some people say that reading is not good. Reading is a kind of burden, reading is locked in a tight without ventilation cages, reading as if to accept the devil training, you were dead, reading is very painful, it is the people on the lethal poison. This is just the illiterate, but I think the benefits of reading. 在我不懂事之时，我见书如见鬼，可随着时间的流逝，我长大了，我知道什么是真正的享受，我学会了享受读书的乐趣。

读书破万卷，下笔如有神。读书不仅可以享受乐趣，而且对你有很大的帮助。书读多了，写起文章来，也会如行云流水一般，说起话来也文彬彬的，不是很好吗?
