很久以前，年是一头吃人的怪兽，每当过年时，年就会来村里吃人，人们斗不过年，只好到山上避难。一天，村里来了位老人，老人用红色和爆竹赶跑了年。于是，人们每逢过年就放爆竹 。在以前烟花爆竹随便放，可现在空气环境越来越差，现在可不能随便放了，要放也只能到乡下放了。
