期中考试已经结束了，这次考试是对于不少刚刚接触英语的初一新生而言是一次重要的考试，是全面衡量学生这段时间学习情况的一次考试。下面我主要从以下几个方面来分析：

一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

此次英语考试的听力部分，内容为与日常教学相关的材料，与所学教材难度相当，较为简单。朗读速度适中，对平日教学的听力训练有着良好的导向作用。但在第一节中还是有部分学生容易犯书写不规范的错误，也有些学生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l”混淆，因而造成较多失分。这学期对学生在听力方面的练习不是很多，除了在课堂上少量练习外，平时课下学生几乎得不到练习。

单项选择，突出了课本和平常练习中较基础的知识，学生训练较多，此部分得分较好。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。很容易漏掉be动词。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

Not much is known about the earliest London Bridge although it’s location is thought to be near the present one. 我的缺点。主要是作事不麻利，自觉性不高，对自己的事不上心。上六年级的时候，学校就在我家对面。我却常常是七点半起床，要做半个多小时的准备才能出门，还经常迟到。因此同学们叫我“迟到大王”。现在，最起码六点多就要起床，才能有足够的时候吃饭、坐车等。这对我是个挑战。不过，我一定要借这个机会，改掉我不麻利的坏习惯。另外，自觉性不高，上课不免做些小动作、讲话。前几天大家都参加了军训，站着要一动也不动。我感到通过这次军训，我的自觉性有所提高。我也希望在以后的学习中改掉这个毛病。对自己的事不上心。我在当数学课代表时，有好几次本子忘发，作业没收齐，挨过老师不少责备。我也希望改掉它。我有决心改掉我的缺点和坏习惯。

我的优点：我和很多同学一样，也找不出我的优点。我和父母讨论之后得出：较有上进心，较乐观。五年级时我的成绩不算好，六年级时，我知道了努力学习的重要性，经过努力后，我在班上的成绩就比较好了。遇到难题不会作就想“没事的，说不定突然想起来了呢?错了也没关系，吸取经验嘛。”至于我更多的优点，就靠大家的发掘了!

我的兴趣爱好。我比较喜欢游泳，踢足球，也对军事感兴趣。如果谁和我“志同道合”，就可以找我交个朋友。

对未来初中生活的期望。我希望能在这三年里快乐地度过，能和同学们结下深厚的友谊，能从老师那里学到更多的知识和道理。

学习目标：能考上重点高中;在班上成绩应理想;能够超过小学时的同学。
