2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

His family adored him and in a sense he was spoiled by them. At first

glance you would have taken him for a retired army officer-his bearing was

erect, his hair was cut short, he was fussy about his clothes, which were always

neat, clean and conventional. He liked to keep fit, and this was reflected in

his clear, steady blue eyes and healthy suntanned complexion. He hardly ever

watched TV, but enjoyed a good film and an occasional evening at the

theatre.

出生于教育世家的他，印象中每天总是西装笔挺，皮鞋锃亮，追求蚊子落上去会劈叉的效果，重点是他始终坚持"头可断发型不可乱"的信条，头型梳理得齐整有范，啫喱规整得纹丝条理，头上三七分的一道杠至今让我记忆犹新。

更夸张的是他每次去理发都要自己带洗发水，生怕理发店的劣质便宜洗发水损伤了他的秀发，办公桌上总是摆着一个镜子和一把干净的梳子。

近似洁癖症患者的发型控王老师，教学业务精湛，他年轻的时候就拿了一个全国性的数学赛课冠军，他的课堂灵活而不呆板，简约而不简单，关键是他举手投足的气场总能hold住全场，再加上他油亮的发型和犀利的眼神，让我们在课堂的专注力根本就停不下来。

王老师管理班级更是一绝，记得他当时推行网格化管理，我们觉得那些日子简直就是人间地狱，就这样我们"痛苦"地跟了王老师三年，功夫不负有心人，当年高考我们班的本科上线率创造了我们县城的奇迹，王老师也火得一塌糊涂。

离开高中，有年同学聚会，才知道王老师一直默默资助我们班里一名从小就是孤儿的同学，一直到大学毕业。

现在回头想想，王老师真心对我们好，他对我的影响最深远，当浓密乌发变成斑驳白发的一份感叹，当王老师成为王校长的一种荣耀，远在他乡的我深深祝福王老师教师节快乐，身体永远健康!

我们班有人喜欢讲课生动的语文老师，有人喜欢表情严肃的数学老师。而我最喜欢的是和蔼可亲的英语老师——冼老师。

冼老师有一双会说话的眼睛。每当我拿作业上去办公室时，我在门口报告，说：“老师们好。”冼老师就会对着我笑。当我把作业放好给老师，走到办公室门口说：“老师们再见。”冼老师又会再次对我笑。虽然冼老师没有说话，但是我看到老师的眼睛似乎在对我说：“你好呀，进来吧。”“再见。”这温暖的表情，每次都让我心里很舒服。

有一次，冼老师叫我们写第一单元的作文，我想来想去都不知道可以怎样写。我抬起头看了看周围的同学们，他们个个都如有神助，奋笔疾书，而我却什么都没写。

冼老师见到我什么都没有写就走过来，指导我写作业。冼老师给我分析了题目，并理清写作思路，我一下子茅塞顿开，下笔如有神，很快就把作文写完了。我拿着我的作文去给冼老师改。冼老师改完之后对我说：“你以后上课要认真听课，不能开小差，知道吗？看认真听讲后作文写得多棒！”我惭愧地低下了头，说：“知道了，冼老师。”我本以为老师会批评我没有认真听讲，没想到冼老师不但没有骂我，还耐心指导我，我真的很感谢冼老师。

冼老师，您是辛苦的园丁，为我们修枝，剪叶，让我们开放得更美丽。冼老师，请您相信，我一定用好的成绩来报答您！

敬爱的教师：

您好!燕子去了，有再来的时候;柳树枯了，又在绿的时候;桃花谢了，有再开的时候。可是，任教师，我就要与您分别了，什么时候才能在看见您那熟悉的背影，什么时候才能看见您在黑板上给我们传授知识的情景，什么时候才能看见您因为我们不听话而生气的表情呢?

六年的小学生活即将结束，在这六年里，我们与您度过了既难忘又欢乐、既有笑声又有泪水的日子。在您的呵护下，我们从一个个不懂事的小孩子，变成了一个个有知识、有学问、有梦想的青少年了。

当新学期的第一节课，您在给我们上课的时候，您常常将您小时候的事讲给我们听，您说此刻的小孩子命真好，就像捧在手中的掌上明珠，单单是笔就是好几只还不好好学习。您常常把“安全”挂在嘴边，我们明白，这是您对我们的关心。

教师，您一心一意为我们，消耗了青春，您就像辛勤的园丁，哺育着我们这些幼苗。

算起来，自己也上了10几年的学了，和老师打的交道也不算少的。自打到了初三，我和老师的关系就越来越密切了，隔三差五的，我就要去和老师交流下感情，那个点击率啊，真是高啊。每天，必有一次谈心。我不知道为什么，我只知道，老师特别喜欢和我聊天。

第一次月考完了之后，我不小心，在全年级进步了70多名。我并没付出什么努力，该怎么玩还是怎么玩，可能就是老前辈们说的，雨花石偶尔反一下光。所以，我上课要打瞌睡的这个习惯还是没改。有一天，我和同桌闹了矛盾，她就不帮我看着老师了，任由我睡，她也不管了，正好，上课的时候是班主任的课。结果可想而知，我被老师抓住了。老师说：“刘柏森，下课来下办公室。”我站起来点点头，说：“我可以坐下了么？”“你给我站着。”“拜托，老师，昨晚上看历史书来着，没睡好，站着，我睡不着。”全班一阵安静。老师笑了(历史老师)：“什么？昨晚上看历史？嗯，不错，你坐下吧……”忽然反应过来，“你什么意思啊？看历史你就不站了啊？站着，没什么好说的！”下课后，我到了办公室里蹲下。老师回过头，看着成绩表说：“你是不是考得好嘛！看下你成绩嘛！比上次期末……”她拿着尺子从成绩表上划下来，划到我的名字上，愣了一下，清了清嗓子说：“我们先不说这个成绩的问题，我们先说一下你上课睡觉的问题……”我无语。

某天，英语老师上课的时候，写了个句子出来全班狂笑，我也跟着笑。老师问：“这个句子错在哪里？刘柏森，你来说下。”我笑不出来了。别说，我还真没看出来哪是错的，我站起来，盯着那个句子半天说：“不知道。”老师提醒道：“几个动词了都？”我数了数：“好象多了点，3个。”老师说：“这什么句子都不是，是按照主语从句搞出来的，主语从句我都多少年没用过了，我都是二昏二昏的，你们还敢用？”我又笑起来。老师白了我一眼：“还笑，就是你写的！”我一愣，我写的？老师又接着说：“这就是你写的，还高手呢，写的都是什么啊？”我看了看我的作文本，我写的是“。”于是我说：“那个不是我写的。”“反正也是半斤八两。”我再看了看：“没错，格式是正确的。”从此，就没人再把我当成英语高手了。

摸底考试完了之后，我下降了很多，原因我就不说了，班主任大人一看成绩，顿时火冒三丈，把我叫到办公室说：“怎么回事你？是不是想其他去了？手伸出来，我要好好教训你。”说罢，拿起那把教棍，对着我的手一通乱打，然后问：“记住好好学习没有？”“记住了。”“好了，你走吧。”我抬起头，刚要走出去，老师又把我叫住：“回来！”我问：“还有什么事？”老师说：“你还有什么没说的？”我想了想，没想出来，旁边一个蹲在地上的哥们说：“一看就是不怎么进办公室的，你忘了说‘谢谢老师’了。”我一听，赶紧说：“谢谢老师。”老师点点头：“嗯，去吧。”我的那个汗啊……

我现在正在期待究竟在初三下期还会有什么样的事情发生……
