In collective sports like basketball, volleyball, or football, we will learn the importance of cooperation. However, as the saying goes, "there are two sides to everything", and sports is without exception. We may hurt other players or ourselves if we are not careful enough when participating in sports activities. Whats more, excessive or severe training can do harm to our health.

My participation in sports tells me that sports can make us healthy both physically and psychologically. It is also a good way for people to know each other and can promote friendship between people. So long as we are carefully enough, sports can do us nothing but good.

My dream school day starts at 8:30 a.m. It finishes at 3 p.m. so we would have a lot of time for after-school activities.

My Low-carbon Life

The environmental pollution is worse and worse today. Many trees are cut

down, and water and air are polluted. As a student I try to have a low-carbon

life to save energy and reduce pollution.

Firstly, I often walk to school. It can reduce air pollution. Secondly, I

always turn off the lights and fans when leaving the classroom. Thirdly, I

always make full use of paper and other school things and never waste water.

86分，为何只能考86分，比我高的人比比皆是，关键最重要的一点，我暑假还上过预科班，应当比其他人考得高才是，可事实并非如此。

想想测试的前一天，我并不屑于去复习化学，觉得自己暑假上过预科班，什么都会，再说书上的那点东西了太简单了!不就是那点基础知识吗?觉得自己好象都会了，一切都没有问题，可是一考试，问题就出来了。基本概念不清，一填空就不知道怎么去说了。就这们一分一分被扣没了。那么简单的一道选择题也鬼使神差的错了。

没上过预科班的同学，比我这种上过预科班的同学考的还要好，当时就感觉自己脸上火辣辣的。其实说白了，还是自己太骄傲了，觉得自己好像什么都会，浮浮躁躁，一点儿也不踏实，在不该出错的地方出错，这张卷儿如果自己当时复习一下，好好背一下，完全可以考100分，可我呢?却与满分差了14分。真是太不应该了。

现在细细想来，自己当时真是太自以为是了，俗话说的好，“虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后。”在这件事上已经证实了这句话的正确性。现在，我必须要改掉这个臭毛病，遵循老师说的话，让我们做的事一件也不要落下。回家认真的完成作业，不要觉得自己上过预科班就什么都会，其实还差的远，基础知识是非常重要的，无论在何时，都不能够骄傲。

想想自己花的钱就要比别人花的钱多，你比他们优秀是必须的，无论做什么事，都要一步一步来，不要还没学会走，就开始跑。这样会跌的很惨，踏踏实实的做人，做事。相信在初三，在中考，我会取得一个令人满意的成绩!
