And Catherine, daughter of the house, found in him the perfect companion: wild, rude, and as proud and cruel as she. But although Catherine loves him, even recognizes him as her soulmate, she cannot lower herself to marry so far below her social station. She instead marries another, and in so doing sets in motion an obsession that will destroy them all.

Wuthering Heights is a bit difficult to "get into;" the opening chapters are so dark in their portrait of the end result of this obsessive love that they are somewhat off-putting. But they feed into the flow of the work in a remarkable way, setting the stage for one of the most remarkable structures in all of literature, a story that circles upon itself in a series of repetitions as it plays out across two generations. Catherine and Heathcliff are equally remarkable, both vicious and cruel, and yet never able to shed their impossible love no matter how brutally one may wound the other.

As the novel coils further into alcoholism, seduction, and one of the most elaborately imagined plans of revenge it gathers into a ghostly tone: Heathcliff, driven to madness by a woman who is not there but who seems reflected in every part of his world--dragging her corpse from the grave, hearing her calling to him from the moors, escalating his brutality not for the sake of brutality but so that her memory will never fade, so that she may never leave his mind until death itself. 我就讲讲三国鼎立中的“火烧赤壁”吧。曹操的前锋部队在长江南岸遇到了孙刘联军。曹操的士兵由于水土不服，很多人都生了病。双方交锋后，颇通水性的孙刘联军打败了曹操。曹操被打败后，派了两位奸细前去诈降，然后便呆在军营里静候消息。几天后，曹操的探子来报说，有人送了投降信来，还是东吴的黄盖。曹操大喜，让黄盖三天之后乘船到北岸来。

后来黄盖率领十艘大船，装满干柴和枯草，在上面浇了油，盖了麻布，驶向了北岸的乌林。在距离曹操的军营不远时，黄盖让各艘船的人点火，冲向了曹操的军营。当时的曹营被攻成成一片火海，曹操的士兵被烧的死的死，逃的逃。曹操只好带着亲信逃走了。

这场战役，败在了曹操轻信了黄盖的苦肉计，又因士兵是北方人，不识水性，在陆地上他们是精锐之师，但遇到了水，他们的就成了乌合之众了。加上曹操又太轻敌，总把自己想得太强大，才会掉以轻心，最终使这场战役失败。

这个故事告诉我们，强者不一定就会胜利，弱者也不一定会失败。天时、地利、人合加上智慧也能以少胜多。三国演义是我国四大名著之一，是一部军事历史小说，我反复看了好几遍，是一部非常好看的书。

课堂是学生获得语言知识，提高语言技能和培养语言交际能力的主要场所，因而使得教师的语言成为课堂教学的工具，又是学生学习的内容。而我们作为英语老师，感知身上压力更大。因为英语对我们来说比较是非母语，怎样才能在课堂中更准确，更流利，更自信地表达自己的想法呢?这一直是我们需要改进提高的部分——教师课堂用语。这本书的出现，真的是能使我们在短期能迅速提高，有据可依的范本。

那往往哪些因素在影响着我们教师的语言呢?首先由于教师采用的教学方法不同，每位老师的教育背景和教育理念不同，采用的教学方式也各异，因而呈现出的教学用语也不一样。其次，教师的性格，教师的情感也起到一定影响。再则，学生英语程度的高低，也会影响教师课堂用语所花时间的长短。

“程门立雪”更是印象深刻，因为看了《恰同学少年》的缘故，看到了借鉴前人“袁门立雨”，在外人看来是可笑的，为什么一定要一动不动呢？特别是“程门立雪”，杨时和游酢，因为老师睡着了就一直站在门口，下雪也不进去，这种行为其实可以称为“愚昧”，其实我个人认为这种做法半对半错，毕竟是初次登门拜访，该有的礼数还是要有的，而且古代的思想和我们不一样，因此评论的话还是少说为妙，他们的老师也都被这精神感动了。

“害群之马”这个成语见的多，它的典故却是才了解，原来治理国家和放马的道理相似，只是除掉那些对马群有害的坏马罢了。朝廷上，只是将危害江山社稷的奸臣扫除而已。这个以小见大的道理，就那么简单。

“揠苗助长”“棒棒底下出孝子”也逐渐开始成为家长们去教育孩子的方式方法，后竟有根深蒂固的趋势。可他们却忘了，他们并没有傅雷的那种言传身教的品质。光学傅雷一个“打”字，便长期有着“孩子不打不成材”的思想，于是孩子在父母的身边尝到了辱骂、拳头的滋味尝到压力和恐惧下学习的苦头，渐而孩子们开始失去了自信，失去了属于孩子那独有的活泼。傅雷想通了，即使自己的晚年因为的原因备受折磨，但却因为他与儿子成为知心朋友而感到幸福。这……或许就是父亲。

《傅雷家书》给我们了解过去的历史，开启了一扇不大却能看清一切的窗户，很好的为我们保存了那个年代珍贵的记忆，正因为有它的存在，才将中华民族优秀道德清楚明了的阐释出来，它不仅仅是傅雷对孩子的教育，也是我们立生行事的准则。《傅雷家书》除了教人们立身处事，还洋溢着浓浓的亲情，字里行间透露的亲情令人感动。

在现实中又何尝不是这样，我们的父母或许没有傅雷先生那样知识渊博，也没有良好的生活环境，但是他们任用他们全部的精力费尽心血的为我们创造更好的生活环境，只为让我们有个更好的未来，比他们过得更好，这便是所有的父母所期望的。为了我们，他们抛弃了他们所最初所坚持的理想，让自己的一生变得周而复始碌碌无为。

当我们出现忤逆思想，他们在一旁看着却又无能为力。小孩，路还长别绝望他们不是不在乎不关心而是他们不懂得如何去沟通，最爱你的只有他们没有之一。想一想他们也是人也会累，在不开心的时候也会难过，在绝望时也会流泪。别因他们是爸爸妈妈就将他们所有的不坚强都抹杀，别忘了他们在是我们父母的同时，他们也为人子女。

近日读了本《乔布斯传》，虽然一直是APLLE粉，但对乔布斯却知之甚少，读后深为之痴迷，这是一个不可思议的人，一个改变了世界的人，虽然他的人生之旅是如此之短暂，却足以让众多活着的人汗颜……

他拥有并不完美的童年，但他的养父信守承诺，为了能去乔布斯满意的大学甚至不惜搬家换工作，乔布斯是个有着梦想与并执着的人，为了实现自己“活着就是为了改变世界”的梦想，不惜放弃大学学业，即使在他最困难的时候被自己创办的苹果抛弃，也从未放弃过。最终，在那个崇尚创新的社会，他实现了自己的梦想，他与他的团队正是美国以及全人类所追求的“创新精神”的代名词。从某种意义上讲，乔布斯的成功也许是美国的人性自由，个性化教育及创新精神的完美结合。

衷心希望我们中国能够拥有自己的“乔布斯”，能够拥有一批有梦想，有创新精神的企业家队伍，以‘活着就是为了改变世界“的魄力，振我中华之雄风。我想，要想实现这些，需要我们改变的太多了，死板的教育方式，纯净的创业环境，正确的财富观……也许不是一代人的努力，从我做起吧!

放笔之际，耳畔又想起了乔布斯对斯卡利说的那句名言‘你是想卖一辈子糖水，还是想改变世界’。

话说唐僧与徒弟孙悟空、猪八戒、沙僧和白龙马，踏上了漫漫取经之路。其中三打白骨精非常精彩、耐人寻味。白骨精为了吃唐僧肉，变成少女，老媪和老翁，接二连三来欺骗唐僧，而唐僧善与恶不分一再上当，幸亏有孙悟空的金晴火眼识破妖怪及阴谋。唐僧却执迷不悟反而把孙悟空赶走，险些被白骨精吃掉。

每次读这回文章，我都是又开心又生气。开心的是白骨精虽然狡猾，但每次都被孙悟空识破打败；生气的是忠心的孙悟空每次都被唐僧冤枉。但是，我要说：孙悟空，你真棒！因为你不仅武功高强，而且为了除恶可以赴汤蹈火，不怕受冤枉受委屈，即使被唐僧念紧箍咒，也要把妖精消灭，你是坚持自己信念的英雄！
