看着聪明的陈陈，我回顾了他这几天的课堂表示，一到课间就有老师反映他的情况，接下来就是批评，就是低头认罪。可以想象课堂上也少不了批评。语数外、体音美、甚至连一周只有一节课的老师也一眼盯住了他。如此多的老师，每人一句就是八九句，他的耳朵还不听出茧来，再说每次批评又何止一句呢？批评多了，也就麻木了。想到这里，我决定在课内外专找优点褒扬他。

语文课上，我特意请他发言给他鼓励，给予肯定，请他当小老师领读。可是以往的学习尽头怎么也找不回来了。课间，我故意请他帮我做督导岗，担任作业检查小组长，肯定他的效果。但是，效果甚微。事情过后，他依然是那样懒懒散散，一脸茫然。

看着他，我觉得状况的背后一定另有原因。于是，我找到他的家长，我们经历了一次彻底的长谈。从他们的口中，我了解到，小朋友一直喜欢玩电脑，为了控制他，家里的电脑搬到舅舅家去了。后来，小朋友每周一次在钢琴老师那里学琴的时候，老师根据表示可以奖励他玩30分钟电脑。从此，学钢琴便是他最感兴趣的事。但是，近期钢琴老师突然不让他玩电脑了，小朋友很沮丧。所以对什么都不感兴趣。才引来了课堂中不和谐的一幕幕。

从家长的交谈中，我觉得造成问题的主要原因是：目前小朋友没有了希望，一周紧张的学习无论表示好与坏，结果都一样。最想做的事不能做，不愿做的事必需件件认真做，太压抑了！没有了盼头，没有了寄托和情感的目标，失去了精神的支撑，所以他的行为便失去了方向。可以想象一个对于生活、学习失去希望的小朋友，他的精神是多么的脆弱。倘若在此时老师、家长只是一味地批评、责怪，或许不久小朋友真的会精神解体，后果不可思议。

教育学家曾经说过：“尽可能深入了解每个小朋友的精神世界，是教师的首条金科玉律。”确实，通过陈陈的事例，我深深感到走进小朋友的精神世界是多么重要。精神是行为的支撑。假如我们每一位教师多从精神上关心小朋友，教化小朋友，那么对小朋友行为上的过错，我们也会多一份理解，对小朋友的过失行为我们也可以找准标本兼治的对策。
