教学活动实施后，要针对教学过程及效果进行评价与反思活动，这对于教师的成长是非常重要的，对于提高教师的教学设计能力也是非常必要的。教学效果的评价，最关键的是要看每一位学生在知识与技能、过程与方法和情感态度价值观等方面是否都有提高和进步。同时，教师要在教学设计方案中将教学实施的详细情况进行记录整理，特别是学生的各种活动和各种观点，并且对教学设计的各个环节进行反思：教学目标的设计是否合理，是否在学生的最近发展区内;教学内容和教学情景的设计是否真正做到了基于学生的经验，具有基础性、现实性、现代性;学习任何和学习活动的设计是否具有驱动性，吸引学生参与，是否探查了学生已有的相异知识，了解了学生想要探究的问题;学习活动组织和管理形式的设计是否有效;教与学的材料的设计是否充分、适合等。
