for myself, then I wouldn’t be so tired. I did as he told me, indeed, every time

when I finished the small goal, I was happy, in the end, I finished the running.

I learn the lesson that we need to set up the best goal, it means we can make

the small goals, which are so easy for us to realize. Then every time we finish

the small goal, we will close to our final destination.

“现在生活好了。该享受享受了，还要艰苦奋斗干什么呢?”有一些同学在说这句话的时候，显得非常轻松，似乎也是真理，但是自从我看了洪战辉的故事后就改变了这种想法。

洪战辉出生在一个贫穷的家庭，他的爸爸精神病突发，把他的亲妹妹摔死了，而妈妈也在这时候离家出走了。当天，爸爸又捡来了一个被人遗弃的小女孩，家里的负担像一座大山一样压在了洪战辉那稚嫩的肩上。1997年洪战辉考上了重点中学，又要花一大笔钱，他趁着暑假去打工。洪战辉以他不畏艰难、勇于奋斗的事迹，走上了“2005年感动中国人物“的领奖台上。

每当我看到这里，感动的泪水就情不自禁地从眼眶中流下来。洪战辉十三岁的时候，不仅只是照顾弟弟妹妹，而且还要照顾有精神病的爸爸。我也是一个十三岁的小男孩，奶奶出门的时候千叮咛万嘱咐叫我照顾妹妹，可是我把奶奶的话当成了耳边风，左耳进，右耳出，我只顾做别的事情而让妹妹自己哭。现在回想起来真是惭愧。洪战辉从不乱花一分钱，总是能省则省，早上只吃一顿免费早餐，中午甚至连饭也不吃，晚上只喝一点稀饭。

而我却大手大脚地花钱，有时给我几十元钱，一天不到就花光了。洪战辉在家里、在学校总是自食其力，就连周末时候也赶回家种8亩田地，而我呢?在家里是衣来伸手，饭来张口，也不帮忙做一点家务事，遇到不好吃的饭菜就不吃，改吃零食;在学校的时候，不好吃的饭只吃一口就倒掉了。我跟洪战辉相比，简直是天壤之别。

我常常问自己，如果我家也像洪战辉一样，我还会乱花钱吗?如果我家也像洪战辉一样，我还会挑食吗?如果我家也像洪战辉一样我还会衣来伸手，饭来张口吗?我一定要改掉以前的坏毛病，学洪战辉做一个艰苦奋斗的人。

I had a good time last weekend. On Sunday morning, I stayed at home and did my homework. The homework wasnt difficult. After that, I played volleyball with my friends. It was tired, but very exciting. In the afternoon, I cooked dinner for my parents. It was a little difficult, I think. After dinner, I went to swim in the river. I can swim very well. I had a relaxing weekend.
