1、要多与老师交流，积极听取老师的意见与建议，多请老师作指导工作，以在老师的指导下将工作做的更好，将学院的信息得到更好的传达。

2、加强与文艺部及其他部门之间的联系。对于不懂的问题要多多向各部门请教。与各个部门之间经常交流，了解各个部门的工作于活动，方便及时做好工作的提前准备。

3、加强与同学们的交流。需要了解同学们对活动的看法和建议，做好活动前反应与活动后的反馈，了解同学们的活动需求，根据同学们的反应开展适应大部分同学的活动，提高活动的质量。

三、活动开展

新的一学期，我院主要的几个活动如下：

这天风和日丽，万里无云，是个走亲戚的好日子。我接下来要讲的故事，也是发生在这天春节里走亲戚的。

那天，我们一家四口去姥姥家串门。我们刚下车，一位陌生阿姨走过来，似乎是要迎接我们。我们见此急忙下了车。本以为她是我不熟悉的亲戚，会先给我压岁钱，没想到她一开口就是：“妮，考试考得咋样啊?”“挺好哒!”我强颜欢笑道。实际我的内心却是这样的：这个问题差不多年年都问，年年都问!听得我耳朵都聋了!“妮，给你个钱!”那位陌生阿姨又补充道，同时手里还拿着一张五十元钱。你以为我会直接接下这五十元钱?不，戏要做全!我先是伸出胳膊，冲着那位陌生阿姨拼命摇手，还不忘说：“使不得!使不得!”但，我打开上衣口袋的动作早已出卖了我。而她也一直谦让：“拿着吧，拿着吧。”动作也跟语言一致。经过我们三百个回合之后，最后这压岁钱最终还是落到了我的手中，不过这五十元钱看着有些眼熟，好像在哪见过，在哪呢?等等!这不是去年妈妈替我保管好的红包嘛?

紧接着，那位陌生阿姨说：“你小时候我还抱过你呢!你该叫我什么呀?”啥?她在我小时候抱过我?为什么陌生人也可以抱我?莫非我认识这位阿姨?我当时是一头雾水，有说不尽的问题要问。我答不上来，于是我看着她，她也看着我，空气就这样静止三秒后，妈妈见此不妙，于是插嘴道：“啊!这是你从未见过的二姨!这是你们第一次见面!妮，快叫二姨!”啥?她原来难道某在小时候抱过我?她原来是我亲戚?“二，二姨……”我支支吾吾地叫道，那场面，别提有多尴尬了!“诶……”就这样，尴尬的场面又持续了几秒……

独在异乡为异客，每逢佳节倍思亲。我明明从未见过这位亲戚，却又为何感觉跟她如此熟悉?
