2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

过了几分钟,我和奶奶到达了目的地，祭祖正式开始了。奶奶让我先去把曾祖父的灵位两旁点上蜡烛，奶奶说了，我去点可以表达我对曾祖父的尊敬。然后，奶奶把鲜花放在曾祖父灵位前，我和奶奶在灵位前磕头，然后再说几句保佑我们全家的话.之后,奶奶还把一些瞑币在灵位前给烧了。然后，我们再在灵位前磕了几个头还用手把周围的垃圾捡掉，并再去祭拜一下，再在坟头插上三根点燃的香。这次祭祖就算是大功告成了!

郭明义参军之前，只是初中学历。在部队时，他抓住“缝隙时间”学习英语。来到矿山工作后，他每天晚上都骑自行车往返20多公里，到市内的夜校学习。

1992年，国家“七五”重点建设项目——齐大山矿扩建工程进入开工准备阶段，郭明义又考入英语强化班进修一年。1993年工程开工后，他担任了33台、每台价值1000多万元、载重量154吨生产汽车——电动轮现场组装的英文翻译。

美国犹格里德公司澳大利亚售后技术服务部中国区总管，两次劝说郭明义到他所在的公司工作，并承诺给予比他当时收入高6至7倍的工资，可老郭不为所动，说：“我上党校、夜校、进修，都是企业支付的学费，还发给我补贴。我对企业有感情，我要回报企业，对企业的发展有信心。”

虽然电动轮的进口备件质量检验不归郭明义负责，但每次对着备件做翻译时，他都认真检查，先后发现了5台电动轮有质量问题。公司与外方据理力争，最终获得10万美元的赔偿。
