初中化学的课改方向是“从生活走向化学，从化学走向社会”，下面我就化学教学工作，谈一点自已的看法。

一、首先教师要控制住大局，虽然是探究型的开放性化学课，是把主动权还给学生的课，但也应该是井然有

序的课堂教学，而不是一乱糟糟的课，课堂纪律无法控制，学生各搞各的像一个市场，初中学生的自制能力本来就很弱，现在还把很多时间给他看，给他讲，给他做。如果作为一个科任教师，压不住课堂的话，不但上这个课没有什么效果，而且让他们有一种感觉就是上化学课就是可以玩、就是可以说闲话、就是可以开小差、就是可以闹翻天的时间。这就与我们的目标越走越远了。我们的目的只是让他们轻轻松松的学习，调动他们的积极性，让他们学会知识，培养能力，了解社会。

二、其次教师要把提问题的权力还给学生。最传统的授课方式是老师讲足一节课，学生只是在下面被动地接受，之后改变了很多，变成了老师以“提问启发式”上课，学生终于有发言的机会，现在的课程改革则进了一步，让学生自已提出疑问，再想办法解决。有人说过，提出问题有时比解决问题更重要。别人提出来的问题，你不一定有兴趣帮他解决，但自已提出来的问题你肯定会有兴趣、而且会想方设法来解决，人在生活中是这样，在学习知识上也是这样。我觉得化学课上应鼓励他们提问题，各种奇里古怪的大自然问题生活生产中的问题都行，平时上课也是这样，有相关的他们想知道的的问题让他们提出来，而不是我提。当然，相应地，老师一定要多看书，多了解相关的知识，才能使自已立于不败之地，同时使他们被你的知识所折服。

您是我心目中最敬重的好老师，您虽然十分严厉，但是您把一颗心扑在我们身上。您起早贪黑，琢磨着更好的教学方法。您就像蜡烛一样，让我感到前途无限的光明，却燃烧了自己。

树木的成长，离不开阳光雨露，只有他们无私的施舍，才会有生机勃勃。花朵的生活，离不开大地，有了大地提供的营养，才会有花儿的艳丽动人。而我们的生活，离不开老师，有了您的热情帮助，有了您的谆谆教诲，才会有我们的健康成长……老师，太谢谢您了!师恩如鱼得水，这三年来，您苦口婆心的教育我们，您的每一句金石良言，我一直还历历在目，由此让我想起了很多很多。

正因为有您的教育，我们才能有今天的见识，才会有今天这样的才学，正因为您的呵护，我们这些“祖国的花朵”才能健康的成长，正因为您的点滴教诲，才使我们明白做人的道理。您好比大树，我们在您的树荫下茁壮成长。您给了我们像妈妈一样的关怀，让我觉得无比幸福，让我有了学习的兴趣，让我觉得您给了无穷无尽的力量，让我觉得您是我的依靠，让我觉得离不开您了。老师，我们的好成绩离不开您的辛苦教育，我们的好成绩更少不了您的细心培养。我们每前进一步，都离不开您洒下的辛勤汗水。

今年，南京的街边突然出现了许多摆放整齐的自行车，它们全都是橙黄色的新自行车，真是让人眼前一亮。可是，这么多一模一样的新自行车是用来做什么的呢?

带着满肚子的好奇，我和妈妈在一个周末拎着照相机专门上街去看个究竟。

哇，好多地段都有这种自行车!我们走上前去仔细查看，原来，这些自行车不是随便就能骑的。每一辆车都锁在一个锁桩上，每一排自行车的一端还有一个带路线图的公共自行车自动管理系统。既然是公共自行车，应该是给大家用的呀，怎么都锁起来了呢?最终，大告示牌上的说明为我们解答了疑惑——原来，这是政府的便民措施呀!妈妈高兴地说：“以后我们不用买自行车，只要办张租借卡就有车用喽!”

这时，有个叔叔来取车了，我赶紧跑过去咨询。叔叔一边刷卡一边说：“花五十元办张卡就可以骑了，你看，就这样把卡放到锁桩上刷一下，车子就可以取出来了。”一位阿姨补充道：“五十元钱可以一辈子有车骑，常骑车还能锻炼身体呢。”一个中学生哥哥也说这车十分方便，因为他们学校门口和小区楼下都有这种公共自行车，以后再也不用等公交车了，多省时间啊。

我边听边数：环保、低碳、运动、健康、便捷……哈，真是一举多得啊!
