运动。运动是健康的来源，可以加强我们的心肺功能;可以帮助我们防止骨质疏松;可以缓和并控制我们的情绪……每天运动三小时，锻炼自己的身体。跳绳、踢毽、短跑、长跑……每天做一项运动，让自己的身体变得更健康。

帮爸爸妈妈做一些力所能及的事。帮妈妈洗洗碗、扫扫地，在妈妈感到劳累时，给妈妈泡一杯茶，让妈妈休息一会，代替妈妈做会儿。爸爸白天工作累了，回到家，给爸爸捶捶背、捶捶腿……

我最喜欢的书是《查理九世》里面讲了查理和大家的冒险故事。我印象最深刻的是外星来客，里面讲了几个科学研究者为了制造一个轰动世界的大消息假装外星人入侵地球，里面的情节扣人心弦，常常让我手不释卷。读着读着，让我想到了语文书上的第四组课文，现在世界上并不是每个角落都是像咱们祖国一样到处都是太平盛世，有许多地方的孩子都还处在水深火热之中，希望大家能制止战争，让和平之神永驻人间。

一本本的好书也让我懂得了许多道理：《笑猫日记——球球老老鼠》告诉我们积德不是一味地急功近利的做好事,而是要出于善心和爱心；《纪昌学射》告诉我们无论做什么都要先打好基础,不能没学会走路,就开始想要跑步了；《扁鹊治病》让我们做事要防微杜渐,得听取善言,不能讳医忌医，固执己见；《触摸春天》生活就是用来创造的,生活的意义在于创造,生命的真谛在于珍惜,生存的权利在于争取.。

关于书的名言也有许多：“书山有路勤为径,学海无涯苦为舟”，“读书破万卷,下笔如有神”“读万卷书,行万里路”“阅读的最大理由是可以摆脱平庸，让阅读像呼吸一样自然.”“阅读是一种心灵的开放”……

我喜欢读的好书有很多：《再见了，拖拉》、《写作业不用靠妈妈》、《爱的教育》等等，但是《再见了，拖拉》这本书讲了有一次只剩22时就到世界末日了，爱哭又爱睡的小公主，大家就叫她，可她没醒来，大家只好把她抱起来，可没走多久有人来了，对着地板打了一针就不会地震了，最终也没地震，可她每次上学都忘带课本，都要罚扫卫生间，这个故事告诉我不能拖拉要节约时间，当天的作业当天完成，不能拖到第二天。

因为我喜欢读书，爸爸、妈妈买了很多书给我，还常常带我到图书馆看书，从书中我学到了许多知识，使我养成了读好书的习惯。
