症状：因各种突发事件导致失败，半途而废。

要度过不稳定期，就要增强身体养成习惯的稳定性，建立能够持续的机制。

对策一：让行为模式化

就是把想要培养的习惯尽可能弄成固定的模式，固定时间，固定地点，固定行为。

比如读书习惯，固定在每天晚上8点。

对策二：设置例外规则

先假设可能发生的例外状况，也就能提前考虑好应对措施，让计划保持弹性。

Rochester keeps Bertha hidden on the third story of Thornfield and pays Grace Poole to keep his wife under control. Bertha was the real cause of the mysterious fire earlier in the story.
