Today was sunny and i was in a good mood.Tired of studying and a bustle of

city life,I came to ecology park to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and get relaxed

“同学们，我们今天来学习中学生日常行为规范……”我有条不紊的进行着班会，这可都要靠我平时积累的生活和六年在校的经验，而且还有我良好的语言表达能力。我按老师说的，提问同学，举例说明等等。要知道，现在我能站在台上大胆发言，是因为小学时担任过许多活动的主持人，充分锻炼了自己，所以我有信心开好班会。在老师的总结和同学们的掌声中我走下了讲台，顺利结束了班会。这就是我，自信勇敢的我。

每个星期天，我都不会错过科技频道《自然传奇》这个节目。有时看得入迷，妈妈叫我两三次我都没有听见。我喜欢它是因为它能告诉我自然界的许多知识，比如蚂蚁筑巢，各种蜘蛛如何捕食，植物的很多特点等等。而我最大的梦想，注意不是理想，就是去全球动植物最丰富的亚马逊丛林历险。这就是我，热爱自然的我。

Its very important to keep healthy.

I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

保持健康是非常重要的。

我认为我们每天都应该有健康的饮食,吃适当的食物。我们不应该吃垃圾食品,因为它对我们的健康有害。尽可能多的喝水和牛奶。牛奶是一种伟大的饮料,可以给我们更多的钙,使我们的骨骼更强。

不要吃太多,因为它会让你不舒服和脂肪。别花太多时间看电视、dvd和视频或者使用电脑。很好多加锻炼,如篮球、骑自行车、游泳等等。遵循这些,你可以很健康。

In recent years, the global warming gets increasingly attention. More and more people make contribution to stop the global warming. Therefore, a new lifestyle occurs--low carbon life. What can we do to live in low carbon?

近几年，全球气候变暖越来越得到关注。越来越多的人为阻止全球变暖做出贡献。因此，一种新的生活方式诞生了——低碳生活。在低碳生活中我们可以做些什么呢?

First, remember to turn off lights and turn off the faucet when you do not need to use. Use the energy-saving lamps. There are many small things we can do to save resources. Second, when we go out, take public transport as much as possible, to reduce gas emissions and to ease the transporting pressures.

首先，但你不需要用电和水的时候，记得把灯和水龙头关掉。使用节能灯。我们可以做很多小事来节省资源。其次，当我们外出的时候，尽可能乘坐公共交通以减少气体排放和缓解交通压力。

All in all, there are many other things we can do to live in the low carbon life. It needs us to do something practically. If everyone can keep this lifestyle from now on, it will greatly change the situation and our home would become more beautiful.

总之，为了低碳生活，我们可以做很多事。它需要我们做出一些实际行动。如果每个人能够从现在起保持这种生活方式，情况将得到很大改善，我们的家园会变得更美丽。

Today, I still went to my mothers office. My mother was very busy, so was my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they will manage the factory. So I know they are very laborious. So I should save my money. Also I should help them. Although I cant do something useful, but I think I should share the work with them. I want to have a pen friend， hopefully a girl in her early twenties， and with interests similar to mine。 In my mind， she is someone who is interested in traveling， swimming， and playing table tennis。 Besides， it would be better for her to have a pet dog as I have kept one at home for some time。 With such a pen friend， I think I can share with her our traveling experiences， taking care of pets， or whatever we have in mon。 And I believe I will improve my English by doing so and learn more about her country。
