【构思点拨】首先简要介绍环保问题之重要，号召同学们行动起来，共同参与环保活动;其次就环保发出倡议，并征召志愿者。这样既把考生限定在一定范围之内，又给予了考生相当的发挥的自由，有助于考生的作文脱颖而出。

Dear brothers and sisters,

On behalf of the University Students Union, I, the Chairman of the Union , am earnestly calling for your active participation in our environmental protection campaign. It is the duty of every global villager; man just can not sustain his glorious civilization without a rewarding environment, which will be possible only if man makes considerable efforts to protect the environment.

Do you cherish precio us opportunities to volunteer in our joint efforts in environmental protection? Here is a great one not to be missed by any enthusiastic youth; Right next Saturday, our university is to run a publicity campaign to advocate environmental protection across the city. First of all, let me tell you a true event. That is my grandpa with me by boat from yichang to three gorges occurs when one thing.

We all got up that morning, the people on board, is preparing to play water to wash shu. But the faucet for half a day on the boat were down only a few drops of water, one asked, originally is the boat ran out of water! So, we only have stood in long lines, slowly, etc. Although I looked at the ship, the ship under a stream of water, but no one would like to use it. Although in the high-speed development of science and technology nowadays, but the impact on our environment. Reduced river pollution, air pollution, the trees, the increasing of the desert... Although countries in so to speak, but whats the use of words and not of deeds? Did just a few, too! Dont grab from main reason! You see, the Yellow River water is not still contaminated? Animals are extinct, flash floods in explosion, dust storms still exist... It fully shows the environmental pollution! Countries will only go to disaster relief, instead of simply grabbed, will only go to disaster relief, whats the use? Dont all kinds of disaster is still in? We should like lu xun. He had become a is in order to save the Chinese, and he found that it will not solve the fundamental, so he became a writer, to save the people of the spirit. Because this is the fundamental! So, we as the master of the 21st century, you should understand, what is the root of the damage to the environment, from the point to solve it. Work hard -- the 21st century we!

首先，我先给大家讲一个真实的事件。那是我随我的外公从宜昌坐船前往三峡时发生的一件事。

那天早晨，船上的人都起来了，正准备打水洗淑。可是船上的水龙头半天也只下来几滴水，一询问，原来是船上的水用完了!所以，大家只有排着长长的队伍，慢慢的等。我望着船下，船下虽然有着流不尽的江水，但却没有一个人愿意来使用它。因为江水太脏了，是那么的浑黄，又有谁敢去使用呢?只有慢慢的排队，慢慢的等!

如今科技虽然在高速发展，但这影响到了我们的环境。河流污染，大气污染，树木的减少，沙漠的增多……这一切的一切都是拜人类所赐!国家虽然在重视，世界虽然在重视，什么环境保护日，这些事又有多少人影起了注意呢?在我看来，是极少的。国家虽然在这么说，可是光说不做又有什么用呢?做了也只是少数罢了!根本没有从主要原因抓起!你看，黄河的水不是还在被污染吗?工厂不照样还在污染大气吗?抓，就应该从小抓起，从人们的素质，品质抓起，可是国家乃至世界这么做了吗?没有!即使做了也只是做样子罢了。环境不是照样还在被污染吗?

动物还在灭绝，山洪还在爆发，沙尘暴照样存在……这都充分说明了环境还在污染!国家只会去赈灾，而不去根本抓起，只会去赈灾，这又有什么用呢?各种灾难不还是照样在发生吗?我们应该像鲁迅一样。他当初从医是为了拯救中国人，而他发现，这解决不了根本，所以，他当了作家，去拯救人们的精神。因为这就是根本!所以，我们作为21世纪的小主人，就应该明白，什么是破坏环境的根本，从要点去解决它。努力吧――21世纪的我们!

How to protect the environment

Good environment can make people feel happy and fit . To improve the environment means to improve our life.

We should plant more trees and flowers around us . We shouldn’t cut them down . We should stop factories from pouring waste water into the river and waste gas into the air.

Whenever we see litter on the ground , we should pick it up and throw it into dusbins. Never spit in public. Don’t draw on public walls. It’s our duty to protect the environment.
