As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and many other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more books.

Reading is a good thing, but we must pay GREat attention to the choice of books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books. However, bad books will do us more harm than good.

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals.Then,an old bird told us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was only a dream.

After seeing so many movies about the youth, we are starting to wonder about what do we have in our youth, the fight, the drink or the love?

My answer is no.

What we see from the movie is not true, the plots are exaggerated and misunderstood.

For students, their youth is the process of fighting. They have studied so hard to realize their dreams.

When they are in primary school, they want to do well and make their parents be proud of them.

When they are in middle school and high school, they need to take part in the exams so as to enter the better future schools.

Even they are in college, they still need to study and fight for the ideal job. There is no doubt that most people keep fighting for their future and this is the memory of youth.

Society is a cycle that everyone needs to enter into when people reach a certain age.

But before we are in it, how can we know about it? To know about something, I think the best way is to contact with it. Anybody wants to have a better understanding about the society; they need to take the chance to get along with it.

For example, a student wants to learn about the society, he had better do some part-time job to experience the social life.

He can have a little understanding on it after that without anyone tells him.

Dont eat too much meat or suger，but more vegetables and fruit.Third you need enough sleep or rest . Next keep yourself happy.As people often say smiling makes younger.Last you mustnt drink wine or smoke .They are bad for your health. That is my advice.I hope you are healthy and enjoy your life。

相信现在许多同学考试时都能轻轻松松都考到一个好成绩吧!不过，有多少成绩优良的同学能保证学习时的坐姿、用笔时的握姿是正确的呢?

大家知道脊柱侧弯、指骨变形吗?如果不知道的话，那近视总该知道吧!这些都是是由于大家的坐姿、读写姿势不当引起的。

不正确的读写姿势是十分可怕的!因为握笔时手离笔尖太近，所以书写时眼睛看不到字。因此，有的同学便侧着身子或歪着头写字。更有用手抱着笔写字的，手腕缺乏书写的灵活性，书写时直着写字或侧着写字。同学们种.种错误的书写姿势，有的虽能让笔体有所改良，但利大于弊的是，错误的读写习惯会造成同学们近视、斜视、等问题!

高年级的同学们还记得吗?刚学写字时，练字书上的第一页总是有一句话——“读写要坐到离课桌一尺，胸离课桌一拳，眼离课本一尺”。可现在，在我校基本只有在3、4年级才有可能见到这样的风景了。

在此，我建议各位老师：1、2年级的小同学比较容易纠正，只要前期稍加指导，很快就可以养成良好的读写习惯了!5、6年级的坏习惯养成的比较久了，所以主要还看自己的意志啦。但老师们的提醒也是不可或缺的!老师们在发现又有腰板倒下去时一定要提醒一下!

姿势固然重要，但再正确的姿势也免不了疲劳。所以眼保健操也是非常重要的!它可以让我们的双眼快速消除疲劳，避免过度使用对眼角膜造成的伤害。可有些同学把它当成耳旁风!只要老师不在，他们就会有的拿出漫画开始“阅览”;有的拿出了没写完的作业;更有甚者偷偷拿出手机、游戏机开始了玩耍……不知道的，还以为他们的眼是铁眼哩!

希望刚刚提到的坏习惯、与因坏习惯引发的病症不再出现;希望走进教室时看到的腰板都是直直的;希望看到同学们的眼睛都是亮亮的!只要我们改正迅速，老师经常提醒，我相信我们的双眼一定会更加明亮!字体一定会更加漂亮!让我们带着健康的读写习惯，共同迎接明天的学习!
