现在我想说一些关于我的梦。我的梦想是什么?我经常问自己。在我的脑海里，每个人都有自己的梦想。我认为有一个梦想意味着我们有一个想法，然后我们会做所有的事情来实现目标。只要我们有一个目标要实现，我们就不会盲目。

我的梦想是成为一名成功的医生，帮助那些生病的人，挽救他们的生命。当然，做一个好医生是非常困难的，但我会尽我所能做的，以保持每个人的健康。这是我的梦想。我想尽力帮助我们国家的穷人。我想让他们有机会接受良好的治疗，为他们的疾病，而不必付出太多，或只是享受他们的自由。我国是一个发展中国家，需要良好的医药和医生，特别是在农村和偏远的村庄。

现在我是__年级的学生，我所有的同学和我都在努力工作。我们都知道，2009年来的高中入学考试对我们来说是一个巨大的挑战，所以我们必须努力学习，努力去上一个好的高中。因此，在我们完成我们的高中，我们可以去一个好的大学。最后，我们可以找到一份好的社会工作。

我的梦想是，虽然目前我很擅长学习，我还是会尽我最大的努力成为学习者。现在我所做的一切都接近我的梦想。我觉得生活充满希望，是丰富多彩的，我有足够的信心实现我的梦想。

我知道幻想是一件很难实现的事情，但是梦想可以。我会为我的梦想努力工作，我永远不会放弃。

期末考试结束后，面对四个班的成绩，我喜忧参半：喜的是个班成绩比较均衡，优秀率都在百分之八十以上，及格率百分之九十九。忧的是我所教的四个班中的学困生比其他班多几个。感觉自己在平时的转化学困生工作中下了不少功夫，为什么没有进展呢?我静下心来好好反思自己的工作，总结经验与不足，为下学期的工作做一下铺垫：

一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

今后我会在原有成绩的基础上继续努力，潜心学习，积极探索更加有效地教学策略，关注每一个学生，为他们的终生学习奠定坚实的基础!

Here are some suggestions to keep healthy. Firstly, we should keep a good mood. Keeping a good mood can make us healthy and wealthy. Secondly, we should have enough sleep every day. Dont stay up late at night and get up early in the morning. Thirdly, we should develop a good eating habit, namely eating more fresh fruits and green vegetables, less meat and no junk food. Besides, make sure that eat at regular intervals. In addition, we should change our clothes as the season goes. Whats more, when we are at home, we should open the windows to keep the air clean. Last but not least, do the exercise every day to strengthen our health. Do please pay attention to these points, keeping a healthy body.

这是一些保持健康的建议。首先，我们应该保持一个好心情。保持良好的心态可以使我们健康和富裕。其次，我们每天应该有足够的睡眠。晚上不要熬夜，早上要早起。第三，我们应养成良好的饮食习惯，即多吃新鲜水果和绿色蔬菜，少吃肉，不吃垃圾食品。确保定时吃饭。此外，我们应该随着季节的推移改变我们的衣服。更重要的是，我们在家的时候，我们应该打开窗户以保持空气清洁。最后但并非最不重要的是通过每天锻炼来加强我们的健康。请注意这几点，保持一个健康的身体。

Since I was very small, my parents sent me to learn painting. They thought

I could understand art and mastered one skill. This experience brings me the

sense of art. I have my own understanding of it.

On the one hand, art is an important way to express peoples opinion. When

we see the pictures, the difference between classical and ordinary paintings

lies in the thoughts. The famous artists implant their ideas in the pictures,

which are admitted by the public, so the value of arts can be seen. Some famous

artists expressed their unique opinion and gives arts great meaning.

On the other hand, art is not only from works, but also from life. For

example, my mother cooks the delicious food. Everybody speaks highly of her. So

her food brings people great happiness, which makes the food an art for me.

Whats more, my friends is good at communicating. The way she talks can convince

other easily, so I call the way she communicates as an art.

In all, for me, art is around. It brings people a way to see the world or

makes our life wonderful.
