时间如流水般淌过，转眼间期中考试也已经结束了，成绩也已经公布了。望着试卷上的分数，我惊讶了。因为这并不是我真正想要的分数。六年级下册的第一次英语期中考试开始了这次考试已成为我学习生涯中最低分的一次考试。在这次英语考试，我竟然考了73分，从三年级开始，到六年级，我从未考过如此低的分数，于是，我开始自我检查。

我次，一到考试的时候总因紧张而很着急，为此，我总结了我没考好的原因：

1.平时没有养成细致认真的习惯，总是不把题目读完就答题，考试的时候答题粗心大意、马马虎虎，导致很多题目会做却被扣分甚至没有做对。

2.在做阅读理解的时候，我根本看都看不懂，这个脑袋都是晕乎乎的，就随便乱蒙了一下，这都是因为单词没有记熟，看到认识的单词，更本想不出意思来，所以，我的阅读理解扣了8分。

3.在考试的前一个晚上没有复习，以前每次英语考试我都会在前天晚上复习好，而在这次考试，我因放了两天假就忘得一干二净了，到了学校才想起来要考试，但我以为这次考试也会像以前考试一样很容易，在考试前10多分钟也不复习，从而导致了考得很不理想。

4.平时回到家的时候，不复习一下英语，但到了星期六、星期天也不把英语书拿出来复习一下，只顾看电视、玩电脑。

5.在平时听单词的时候，总是死记硬背，就在听的时候默得出来，蒙混过关，到了第二天，就全不记得了，导致了在做选出不同类的单词这一题的时候，扣了6分。

自己有很多兴趣，作为一个人，一个完整的人，一个明白的人，当然不应该同机器一样，让自己的兴趣被平白无故抹煞，那样不仅悲惨而且无知，但是，如果因为自己的兴趣严重耽搁了学习就不好了，不仅不好，有时候真的是得不偿失。第一，这次失败的原因是什么?要认真思考，挖掘根本的原因;第二，你接下来要干什么?确定自己的目标，不要因为失败不甘心接着走，而是要正确地衡量自己。看看想要什么，自己的优势在什么地方，弱势是什么;第三，确定目标。明确自己想要的，制定计划，按部就班的走。

时间仿佛过的很快，一眨眼的功夫，却已学期过半。我仔细的倾听钟表的声音，仿佛感到了时光的流淌，生命的流逝。时间仿佛是一片大海，我仿佛是在大海中行舟的那个人。我在着大海中慢慢的成长，进步。刚上海时，由于不适应海上的生活，很长时间里，没有找到行舟的诀窍，因此，并没有比别人划得更好。等到花了六分之一时，才发觉原来划船在海中遨游是如此愉快，虽然需要费力，虽然需要慢慢的学习划船的技巧和精确度。但，我却依然感到快乐无比。因为在这个探究的过程中，我发现了一种超越自我的快乐。

A Lovely Cat

Several days ago, Mother brought home a little cat. I gave her a nice name "Mimi".

She is black all over except her: four feet and a small nose. There is also a white bib on her chest. Can you imagine what she looks like? Every morning she gets up the earliest. To me, I think an examination is a good thing for both teachers and students. Teachers can find out how much the students have grasped and then improve their teaching; students, on the other hand, will learn what their weak points are and then study even harder.

All in all, we should not waste time arguing whether examinations are good or not. What we should do is to try to improve the exam system and try to adjust it to our different requirements.

Nowadays, a large number of students do not have breakfast everyday since they would like to spend more time making up their sleep.In addition, some girls hope to keep slim by not having breakfast.

However, at the same time, they also get some unpleasant results. For example, they feel sleepy in classes and cannot concentrate attention on their study completely. What’s worse, over a long time, their bad conditions will result in the deterioration in quality of their study and the decrease in grade.

Therefore, having breakfast is significant for us. For one thing, the breakfast provides 30 percent of energy we need for the whole day. If we do not have breakfast, we would not have enough energy to deal with the matters in the whole day and the result of things we done can not run up to what we have expected. 近年来，青少年的体质不断下降，随便你进入一所学校，你都能看到一些"胖墩“可爱的身影，而一副副眼镜也不容乐观的搭了许多同学的鼻梁……针对这些问题，国家也启动了"全国亿万学生阳关体育运动“要求学生参加体育锻炼，上一学期，我校也开展了一次体育锻炼，是集体在操场上跑几圈，尽管我们只跑几圈，但对于我们意义非凡，而对于我更加是意义非凡，因为迎着阳光跑步，结着队儿锻炼为我换来的是健康的体魄和压不垮的坚强意志！

体育为人类做了许多贡献，体育使人类拥有了强健的体魄，可以说，没有体育也就没有健康的人类，因为有句老话说得好，“生命在于运动，有了体育运动”。人的生活才充满酸甜苦辣的感觉，体育，让刘翔创造了世界新纪录，体育，让许多中国人走到了世界的前列。体育是无穷无尽的，我为体育而感到骄傲。

“如果整天我们只知道学习或者工作，即使聪明也会变成傻瓜的”，是的学好知识是固然重要的，但是身体素质也同样重要，因为只有好的身体，学习才能够更好，因此我向同学们提议，让我们一起手拉着手，走出教育，走出班级，走向操场，走向自然，亲近阳关，进行各种体育活动，只有这样，才能让我们的身体和精神世界更强健更加活力。

青春是充满活力的，充满欢声笑语的，因此我们有大量”阳光”的时间去玩，没有任何思想包袱哪怕是慢跑之类的活动，还是玩其他的游戏因此”阳光"和快乐，其实离我们很近，只要我们推开那扇门，那么”阳光“的生活也会朝你走来，因此，健康体魄也会向你招手，想要拥有它，就从现在锻炼吧！

少年智则中国智，少年强则中国强，少年进步则中国进步。所以身为未来的接班人的我们更应该锻炼身体，拥有强健的体魄，以此去努力学习，报效祖国。

对于新世纪的我们，应该必须拥有强健的体魄，这是我们的义务也是我们的责任，只有了健康的体魄，去好好学习，才能为祖国做贡献，这样我们生命才会有意义，有价值。

青春应该这样度过；

我已经准备好了，向着阳光，我舞出生命的精彩，为了能更好的面对明天，今天的我需要这阳光体育的锻炼，快乐的奔跑。
