On my visit to the Zoo their were many interesting animals that grabbed my attention. The first animal was the Black Necked Swan which is also known by its scientific name Cygnus Melan Coryphus. This bird appeared to be very comfortable in its new environment at the Zoo. Their were two of these magnificent birds for me to observe. Both of them had snow white bottoms, with dark black necks and a red orange colored bill. The male swan is known as a cob and the female a pen, the males are usually a bit larger than the females. The areas of origin are in open lakes and marsh lands in the Southern parts of South America, including Chile, Argentina, and Falkland Islands. The black necked swan feeds on Aquatic plants in the zoo, and as wild swan they typically feed on vegetation, insects, and fish spawn. The black necked swan is not in any danger of being extinct. The swans seem to some how stay close to each other and their behavior was calm. I find the black neck on the swan to be very interesting, I had never known of a black necked swan until my recent visit to the zoo. The swans neck was very long it seems at times to wrap around the bottom of its body, as it dives its head into the pond.

Today is Saturday. I had a great day today, because I visited to the zoo. In the morning, my grandmother woke me up. After breakfast, my grandparents took me to the zoo.

We went there by bus. There were many people in the zoo. We saw many kinds of animals. Some of them are lovely. But some of them are frightened. I am afraid of snakes.

I like to go the zoo, because it I can see many animals.

I still remember the first time I went to the zoo.

When I was only five years old, my mother took me there.We took the camera and went to the station together. There were so many monkeys, tigers, lions, wolves and other animals in the zoo. We took many photos in the zoo with the animals. I was pleased to see so many real animals at the same time. They seemed so lovely and active.

I spent a nice day. But on my way home, I began to feel sorry for them. They were taken away from their parents and friends and also far away from the nature. They must have felt lonely, I thought. Every day, the only thing they could do was to sit there and wait for food.

I have been to Taipei Zoo about once a year. The zoo is like a hotel for animals. The animals come from many parts of the world. The animals that came from Africa are elephants, lions, zebras, camels, ostriches, rhinoceros, hippopotamus, giraffes, hyenas, monkeys, and cheetahs, Kangaroos came from Australia. Tigers came from Malaysia. Penguins came from South America. There are a lot of native animals, anteaters, rattlesnakes, beautiful birds and fish, and so on. Yesterday ,I went to a zoo with my parents .

When we got to the zoo, we climbed up a little hill first. We can see many kangaroos on the hill, I played with some kangaroos. Then, we went to a pond. I fished in the pond, and got a big fish and 2 small fishes. I was very happy at that time. After fishing, we walked on grass. There are many parrots on the grass. Rare sun yet prove this weekend, my mother took me to go to the zoo to see animals. 接着我们来到了蛇园，我看到了一条眼镜蛇，妈妈说眼镜蛇是一种很毒的蛇，只要被它咬了肯定会中毒，弄不好会无药可救，我听了有点害怕。这条蛇长大约有三米长，颜色花斑的，爬在地上张着嘴巴看起来很恐佈，好像要吃人似的。 最后我们来到了长颈鹿园，一只只长颈鹿有的高有的矮在园里慢悠悠的走来走去。它的颜色跟猎豹差不多，有斑纹的，很漂亮，给动物园增添了一条美丽的风景线。

不知不觉到了該回家的时间了，天色已经渐渐暗了下来，我依依不舍的坐上了回家的车，我真期待下次再来动物园。
