今天，是军训的第三天。军训从每天上午第二节课后开始到下午放学。虽然经过前两天的训练，我浑身疼痛，但我依然带着愉快的心情，迈着轻盈的步伐，来到了操场。教官给我们复习了之前学过的所有内容之后，就开饭了。

我真的很饿了，但是这一次吃午饭有点不一样哦。整个六年级的同学在食堂门口摆起了军姿，然后排着整齐的队伍走进了食堂。进去之后，刚要吃午饭，就被教官制止了。全体同学站了起来，以最洪亮的声音唱起了军歌。唱完之后才坐下吃午饭。只见同学们个个都狼吞虎咽的。连我们班个子最小，平时只吃一丢丢饭的，今天也吃了满满的两大碗。

午休过后，我们又再次来到了操场。这一次教官教了我们一个新动作——正步走。看完教官的演示，我们也模仿着。先练习手的动作，然后再练习脚怎么走，最后手脚并用地走正步。我全神贯注地走着，连续被教官三次请到前面演示，心中还有点小骄傲呢。我走的铿锵有力，“嗒”“嗒”“嗒”的脚步声响得很。汗水还不由自主地从我脸上淌落下来。教官奖励了我十分钟的喝水休息时间，同学们都对我看来羡慕的眼光。

在分成四组练习走正步的时候，我还做了一次小教官，由我带领第二组同学学习怎样走好正步，当同学们齐刷刷地走着正步时，我心中的自豪与骄傲油然而生。

这一天，可真是充实的一天啊!明天就是展现训练成果的时候了，我一定会把最优秀的自己给展现出来!

没经历过军训的会觉得军训是神秘的有趣的.，经历过的人大概就没有这种想法了。我对军训的第一印象是无聊的、又累又热的，而且教官一点好脸色都没有。

五天的军训结束了。一开始我觉得军训就是一个字，累。每天不是站军姿，就是稍息立正，或者就是原地踏步走，每一项内容都是十分的考验人，要动作标准，还要耐得住酷热的和时间的考验，每天练得人都要不行了。幸亏这个时候已经不是很热了，要不然真是不知道能不能熬过第一天。

之后我开始觉得教官很严厉，但是做事很认真，很有耐心，无论我们有多少次的不合格，他都能一个个仔细的指导。在休息的时候，教官看起来和普通人也没什么区别，一样会笑，一样会幽默，这个时候往往我们和教官就会非常的合得来。五天的时间，我们经历以前从来没有经历过的苦和累，也经历了许多放声大笑的时刻。

这短短五天的军训，颠覆了我对军训的初印象，它不是无聊的，它是有趣生动的;它的累和热使我们锻炼的工具;军训的教官也并不是不喜欢我们，严肃认真是他们对我们最大的尊敬。这次军训将会永远保存在我的记忆里。

judging your behavior.Unfortunately, integrity is in short supply today--and

getting scarcer. But it is the real bottom line in every area of society.And it

is something we must demand of ourselves.

A good test for this value is to look at what I call the Integrity Trial,

which consists of three key principles: Stand firmly for your convictions in the

face of personal pressure.

When you know youre right, you cant back down. Always give others credit

that is rightfully theirs. Dont be afraid of those who might have a better idea

or who might even be smarter than you are. Be honest and open about who you

really are. People who lack genuine core values rely on external factors--their

looks or status---in order to feel good about themselves. Inevitably they will

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

develop their inner value and personal growth.

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

Date:Mon. April 24 Weather:Nice. We took a quiz in English class today.The

teacher gave us five questions.They were difficult.I could answer four of

them.Ill study harder and answer all the questions next time.

I have nine little goldfish. Eight goldfish are all orange and one is

black. I like the black one best. We call it Xiao Hei. Its body is black. It has

two big and round eyes, a small mouth, and a big tail. Though its very small,

it swims fast.

I often feed them and change water for them. We are good friends.

If you want to ask me why we should study English, my answer will be simple

and clear. Now let me enumerate the reasons one by one in the following.In the

first place, English has become an international language. If you know English,

you can make a trip round the world without being misunderstood.In the second

place, most valuable books, newspapers and magazines are written in English. If

军训这五天过得飞快，在无意间时光便匆匆而去，渐渐消融，我们总是无比怀念着某一段时光，而军训，却已经结束，军训的过程总是无味交错的，教官们的音容笑貌，“冷苦无情”皆因在脑海中。同时，另一新的征程也就因此开始，不会落幕。

这次汇操表演的成绩多少有些不尽人意，不仅没有获得第一名，就连特等奖也与我们失之交臂。与第一次军训相比，所有班级都有着很大的进步，而我们则在齐步与跑步方面马失前蹄，因此与第一名亦有了些差距。汇操表演结束，然而，这才刚刚开始。

奖状仅是副产品，台上是整齐划一，动作规范，而台下亦要如此。有很多学校只为初一安排了军训，而我们能有如此的待遇，这是极其荣幸的。军训的意义何在？不仅仅是为了增强体质，加强团队意识，更在于重铸我们，让我们以全新的精神面貌，来面对接下来的重要学习生活。

台下是铁骨豪情，千锤百炼，自然要表里如一，诚心诚意，自强自律。回到班后，谢老师并没有批评我们，而是鼓励我们，告诉了我们台下处处是考验，唯有表里如一的人，才是真正的胜者。是啊，有些官员在台上侃侃而谈，在台下则做着一些见不得人的交易。自律，自然会让我们更强大。

五天已过，教官已成匆匆过客，我们总是不舍那歌吟不绝的离别之情。在这五天中的最后时刻，我们聚在一起合影留念，所有人都不舍分离，但春花秋月，往事永远无法逆流。

我们挥手而别，不知何时方能相见，但愿长江滚滚，接天而流。结束，亦开始。

经过四天的训练，使我学到了一些部队正规动作要领，同时对部队的纪律也有一定了解。

在军训时，偶尔一个动作，一个人没有做好，教官就接二连三的强化训练，直到我们动作协调一致，并符合标准。这需要我们树立一种团队精神，如果你一人做得不好，就是整个班没有做好。在上午一节静立课时，我确实有支持不住的感觉，我咬咬牙还是坚持到最后。同学们腰酸脚痛，豆大的汗珠不断地从脸上滑落。然而，只要教官的命令，就没有人会擅自休息，即使脚下磨出了水泡。这一站，就是半个小时。教官不发话，整个班级就是一支整齐的队伍，没有一丝一毫的动摇。

通过军训，我们学会了服从命令，体会到军训不光是对体能的训练，更是对人意志的锻炼。一个人只要有坚韧不拔的毅力、坚强的意志，在学习和生活中，遇到挫折时，你才会勇敢地站起来，去迎接更大的挑战。

This is the first diary I’m writing in the youth summer camp.

Everything is new to me, new class, new teachers and new classmates. My

classmates are all good students and they can speak English well. I think I can

learn a lot from them, and I can make friends with them.

The teacher from china is full of emotion when giving a class. And her

class is very interesting. To my surprise our foreign teacher can speak chinese

very well, but in my opinion, her class is a little boring. She should have made

the class more active.

Compared to my school, Zhejiang University seems so big that it takes us a

few minutes to commute between the classroom and cafeteria.

这位来自中国的老师讲课时感慨万千。她的课很有趣。令我惊讶的是，我们的外教汉语讲得很好，但在我看来，她的课有点无聊。她本该让全班更活跃。

与我的学校相比，浙江大学似乎太大了，我们从教室到食堂之间要花上几分钟的时间。

The weather of today is very comfortable, though the weather forecast said

it is cloudy, but just a little bit rain, very cool.The weather forecast said it

My Family

My name is Li Hua. I am from a workers family. There are six people in my

family. They are my grandfather, my grandmother, my father, my mother, my sister

and I.

Every member in my family works for his or her own trade①. My grandfather

and grandmother are peasants. They do farm work every day in my hometown. My

father is a senior engineer. He is now working in Africa, helping to build a

power station. My mother is a teacher. She teaches English in a middle school.

My sister, five years older than I, is a doctor in the Peoples Hospital of our

county. She loves her work and does it well. I am a middle school student. And I

am going to take this years college entrance examination. I wish that I could

军训场上……

一声“稍息”口令，展现了我们崭新的精神风貌;十分钟的军姿，磨练了我们坚强的意志品质;一首《团结就是力量》，将我们带入了寓教于乐的军训活动的高潮。

从没有机会一睹如此优秀的军兵们的风采，更没有机会身先士卒，体验军人生活的艰辛。学校组织的军训给了我们这样的一个机会，不祈求军训过的人将来能为国防事业做出贡献，但至少给自己的人生添加绚烂的一笔!

军训虽过了五天，但我们还有很多个训练日，我们要继续保持优良作风，改掉不良风气，争做全新的自我。

今天算是军训第四天也是的最后一天了，我们班也要开始选几个优秀学员了，我把名单拿在手里认认真真地看了一遍，咦，怎么没有我的名字?我想：我这几天表现一直不错，学习时很认真，练习就不用说了，尤其是今天：

下午上课时，郑教官没有来，我就站在那里。等郑教官来了，我站得更加认真。下课的时候，大家都在休息、玩，我却还在那里练习正步。这时我想：我一定要评上优秀学员。傍晚时分，叶老师来了，我又想：叶老师来了，我要做得更好一些。于是我做得更认真了。

但是我又想：我今天是做得挺好的，可是前几天呢?也做得这么好吗?不!前几天，我做动作时经常做得不到位，甚至有时还和旁边的同学说话影响了同学。

我想这就是我为什么不能评上优秀学员，叶老师您说对吗?

Yesterday we played happily, but there were only ten people. I remembered

last year there were twenty-two people at all. I heard some my friends had gone

五月四号我们和x一起坐上大巴车，开始了一周的军训生活。这种训练对于我们这些学生来说是个痛苦的日子。

Many people believe that having a lot of money is the greatest happiness in

life. But I dont agree with them, because money is not everything. Money cant

make us a true man.

The way I see it, good health is much better than a lot of wealth. No

matter how much money we have, we’ll not feel happy at all if we are in poor

health. In order to be healthy, we must keep a positive attitude and have a good

living habit.

Apart from good health, we must be diligent at work. As long as we work

hard, we cannot just make a good living, but enrich our minds.

Additionally, we ought to give our helpful hands to others when they are in

need. While helping others, we can own a good fame as well as get more social

experience. Its really a good way to kill two birds with one stone. Only by

doing so can we enjoy the happiest life.

今天是我们军训的第5天，也算的上是这些天来最累的一天了，不光是天气的原因，还因为我们继续学习——正步。

正步走关键就在于身体的平衡能力，首先腿要踢高，要不然就和齐步走没什么区别了，而且还是“一步一动”。现在是初秋酷热难挡，烈日射在脸上非常的刺眼，不一会儿，我们便汗流浃背，随即而来的又是因为平衡不好而引发的支撑脚的酸痛难忍。教官说出“1”我们便伸出左脚，教官说“2”，我们便换成另外一只脚，我们就这样的重复着。刚开始的时候大家都如同醉酒一般，摇摇晃晃，站立不稳。我用余光看了旁边的同学，大家的表情也都很痛苦，大家都在努力的坚持着。我暗暗地对自己说：“坚持住，不能给自己，不能给六班丢脸。”于是，我又咬紧牙关，坚持下去。三十秒过去了……1分钟过去了，教官发出了“2”的指令，大家得以换刚才的支撑脚休息。大约重复了十几遍，大家逐渐掌握住了规律，基本上都不是东倒西歪了。

下午太阳当空照，大家开玩笑的说：“现在都可以在地上煎熟鸡蛋了。”虽说稍微有些夸张，但毕竟现在地面摸上去都很烫手。大家以为今天可以不军训或者是晚点军训呢，没想到教官在3点整吹响了集合哨，传来了一片啊的声音。在这种天气里水是必不可缺的，但是教官却在每次休息的时候只给我们10秒钟的喝水时间，搞的大家忙的东倒西歪，大家搞得和水荒似的，一下令休息就如猛虎般扑向水瓶。椅子被碰得东倒西歪，水瓶也急急呼呼的盖上，有得同学不小心没把水瓶彻底盖好，水流了一地……

军训的这五天，大家所经历的是以前从未尝试过的，也许是以后没有的，大家也都非常珍惜，珍惜军训短暂的时光，珍惜初中三年这转瞬即逝的时光。
