今天是六天军训的最后一天。

艳阳当空，秋高气爽，澄蓝色的天空下是我们收拾整齐，整装待发的身影。

看一个个男生豪情壮志，看一个个女生英姿飒爽，哪怕是彩排，我们也挺胸抬头，精神抖擞，目的只有一个，就是给家长呈现我们最好的精神状态，给所有人献上一场最精彩、最完美的汇报表演!

无数次预演，终于等到这一时刻。骄阳下，一排排队伍，犹如大树般伫立在水泥地上，纹丝不动。伴随着“分列式开始!”的一声令下，我们开始接受检阅。那整齐划一的手臂，那昂头挺胸的气魄，那嘹亮恢弘的口号，无一不在展示着我们训练的成果，无一不灌注着我们六天以来的全部辛劳，混合着腰酸背痛，记录着每一滴自由落体的汗水触地的声音，描绘着实验人顽强拼搏的身影。

我们依次通过家长、老师、校领导和教官，踢着最标准的正步，标着最齐的排面，迈着最坚定的步伐，吼着最响亮的呼号，用行动着告诉他们我们的成长和蜕变。

Almost everyone knows that water covers three-fourths of the earths

surface. Most of it， however， is in the oceans and is too salty to drink. Also，

some of it is frozen and cannot be used. In fact， less than one percent is left

for the use of people， animals and plant life. All through history men have

tried to build their homes near the sources of fresh water. Now fresh water is

becoming scarce， but more and more is needed because of the increasing number of

people in the world. Some industries also use large amounts of fresh water in

the production of things such as steel， petroleum， paper and rubber and so on.

Scientists estimate that the need for fresh water will have doubled by the year

2003. If they are correct， we must find new ways of saving it or producing it.

Some nations have worked on the problem and are already sharing their

information with others. They are trying to keep their rivers from becoming

polluted. Deep wells are also being dug， and rain water is being collected in

huge artificial lakes. In one way or another， they hope to provide enough water

to satisfy the needs of their people.

今天我们全体三年级学生都去了黄埔军校军训，我们早上八点就在骏景“八匹马"集合等车了。过了十五分钟，我们就出发啦!

到了军校，教官首先给我们每人发了一顶帽子叫我们戴好，然后教我们怎么列队伍，又教了我们许多拓展活动，其中有一项我最喜欢，就是：“萝卜拍”，我们的教官先给我们每个班取了一个名字，每个人必须清楚地记住自己班的游戏名称。一班叫"胡萝卜”，二班叫“红萝卜"，我们三班叫“黑萝卜"，四班叫“花萝卜"，五班叫“绿萝卜"。游戏开始啦：一班先开始，说：“胡萝卜拍，胡萝卜拍”，"胡萝卜"拍三下叫“绿萝卜"拍，叫“绿萝卜"的班马上拍起来，拍三下突然叫“花萝卜"拍，四班又接着拍，拍三下又叫“黑萝卜”拍，如果没被叫到的拍了要被罚跑步，下蹲，俯卧撑等的哦，大家必须集中精神作出准确的判断……就这样一直拍，大家笑着，拍着，热闹极了!拍了很长时间，手都拍红了，有些高兴起来很用力拍，手都拍肿了。这项活动很迷惑人却很能锻炼我们的快速准确的反应能力和动作的协调能力!

今天教官又让我们做了很多很多的军事训练。真的好累好累!回来了腿也酸腰也麻……。我们班还有同学说这种训练像是地狱训练。辛苦极了。但一想起这样的活动，真的很让人开心，收获很大!经过这次的磨练，相信自己会比以前更坚强了!以后有这样的活动我还会积极参加的!

军训的第二天我只想用一个字来形容“累”，但这累中不但有“苦”，也有“甜”，也有快乐。

我素来不喜欢跑步，觉得那样大步流星地跑着，结果气喘如牛，还不如平平淡淡地走着。直到现在我才真正明白为什么他们酷爱奔跑，为什么他们喜欢在地上肆无忌惮地跑着……

教官一说“跑步”这两个字，我就浑身不舒服。我们在操场上跑着，加上那太阳光照射在我们的头顶上发光发烫，我就更加郁闷。忽然“奔跑”仿佛凉爽了。它仿佛还带走了我之前所有的郁闷，让我变得欢愉，那沉重的步伐变得轻盈，仿佛要飞起来……这是的我尽管累着，可脸上充满了笑容……

Today, I still went to my mothers office. My mother was very busy, so was

my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they

will manage the factory. So I know they are very laborious. So I should save my

今天是军训的第二天。

大家都拖着昨天的疲惫来到今天的训练课堂。经过昨天的训练，我们拣到了个大便宜，教官是所有的军官当中最温柔，最好说话的一个，当然我也很喜欢这个教官。我很期待着今天教官的发号施令跟昨天一样，可以让我们多休息一会儿。

教官今天比较严肃，眼睛里含着一种无奈。他说因为昨天对我们管的太松，而且练的也不好，总教官让教官对我们狠一点儿。没办法，我也知道，教官就在我们眼前被上司指着骂。虽然昨天只是开始，可教官就被骂了5次，他对我们说以前一个月最多只被批评过2次。我倒是觉得像练这种东西，不能图太快，关键就是我们想不想练的问题，大家一定都抱着“烦死了”的心情，谁还会练的好呢?解决这个问题，只有对我们施加压力——练好了就休息，练不好，继续练。教官很心疼我们，他也做过学生，知道我们也是很辛苦的，但是领导命令不能违啊!他也是没办法改变局面。我是个很讲情义的人。我喜欢教官。第一因为他性格好，第二因为他长的像我的哥哥。虽然第二个原因比较私人化，但不管怎样我一定会挺教官到底的，这么好的教官上哪找啊!

我的初中生活不是从校园开始的，而是从军营展开。那短短五天的时间，让我受益匪浅。

因为小学没有参加过军训，所以我还是比较期待的。出发那天，我高高兴兴地与家人告别。拖着沉重的背包离开了温暖的家。在我看来，军训很简单，不就是站站军姿、跑跑步、叠叠被子的事儿嘛，所以我很自信。可是理想很丰满，现实却很骨感。

在这陌生的营地，没有父母唠叨式的关爱，没有家里美味可口的饭菜，没有卧室舒服的大床。吃饭时，在食堂随处可见各种污垢;睡觉时，在床上翻来覆去体会硬式板床。我开始想家，有些懊悔自己之前的胸有成竹，我有点后悔参加这次军训了，心生退却。

可快节奏的军训生活容不得我们抱怨。教官让我们站军姿的时候，不断地的训斥着我们：“背挺直!手别动!别说话”我明白教官也是希望我们像松树一样，无论面对多大的风雨，仍然可以屹立不倒，所以我们每一个都站得笔直。虽然站到后来，腿都僵硬了，甚至连站起来都很费劲，更别说正常走路了，但是我们的精气神因为教官的鼓励，不可同日而语。

那一次要跑3000米，剩最后两圈时，我们已经精疲力尽，我感觉自己随时都有可能晕倒在跑道上。大家的速度越来越慢，有的人走了起来，有的人甚至已经坐在了跑道上。不过，教官并没有像往常一样训斥我们，而是陪着我们一起跑，还用嘶哑的声音给我们加油鼓劲。我的潜能完全被这份鼓励激发出来，一下子有了跑下去的动力，像一只无形的手将我的脚轻轻地托起，我感觉自己浑身充满了力量。我带着这份力量跑完了这最后的两圈，我很开心，因为我成功突破了自己!所有同学都欢呼了起来，因为我们完成了这个看似不可能成功的任务!

军训结束后，我们对教官道别，回到了温暖的家。这五天的训练教会我坚持，教会我协作，教会我不达目的誓不罢休的道理。我感觉我真真正正长大了!

My Family

My name is Li Hua. I am from a workers family. There are six people in my

family. They are my grandfather, my grandmother, my father, my mother, my sister

and I.

Every member in my family works for his or her own trade①. My grandfather

and grandmother are peasants. They do farm work every day in my hometown. My

father is a senior engineer. He is now working in Africa, helping to build a

power station. My mother is a teacher. She teaches English in a middle school.

My sister, five years older than I, is a doctor in the Peoples Hospital of our

county. She loves her work and does it well. I am a middle school student. And I

am going to take this years college entrance examination. I wish that I could

be enrolled② by a famous university.

That is my family. All the members in my family live in harmony③. We love

each other devotedly.

This morning， the sky is cloudless， spring。 My friends and I went to the

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father

was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in

much. It came and I didnt have to do my homework. We went to the living room

very slowly.

After 5 minutes, we all sat in the sofa. It was a lucky, fortunate day. I

candles and lighted up. We were singing, laughing and talking. We had a really

Today， the biology class is very different. We don’t need to sit in the

classroom， because the teacher takes us to do activities. We go to a field that

is near our school， and the task for us is to observe flowers. We feel so

excited and finish the task very carefully. It is a good way for us to learn

knowledge. I am so happy.

often receive help from our parents, friends, colleagues and strangers. Perhaps

听老师说昨晚下了一场无声的小雨，但拂晓时分太阳仍旧凭借坚强的性格抵挡住了乌云的“袭击”，军训第二天，恐怕又将是难熬的一天。

两分钟、三分钟、十五分钟……站军姿的时间逐渐拉长了，军训的强度也越来越大。虽说已经军训三年了，不管把帽檐拉得多低，还是避不开太阳暴晒，感觉到脸上火辣辣的。

谁都知道受苦受累的感觉不好。中国打了八年的抗日战争，四年的解放战争后又迎来了抗美援朝。我们都说军训累，但想想那些战士，一天需要行军无数公里，还要经历枪林弹雨，随时都有可能战死沙场，我们的苦就不是苦。我们都觉得训练时口渴，但我们可以补充水源，那些战士却只能望梅止渴。我们都说三小时的训练时间太长，但起码我们还有睡眠时间，战士们却要日以继夜地与敌人进行顽强作战。其实，在温室里长大的花朵终究是抵挡不住烈日狂风的袭击的。曾有人说过：“不经历地狱般的磨炼的手指怎能弹出世间绝唱。”我们终究是要学会独自长大的，不磨炼又何来坚强?小草既然能在石缝间破石而出，没有人能轻言放弃。

关键的时候，团队精神也是很重要的。蚂蚁能搬起沉重的食物，靠的就是团队的力量。每一天的军训，《团结就是力量》的军歌都会像山河迸发般响起。可能有些声音是微弱的，可能有些声音只在场地上回旋几秒，但是只要是大家团结在一起，就是力量。

虽说今天我们训练的进度慢了些，但我们已经可以在几近整齐的步子中齐步前进，我们可以毫不怯弱地喊出洪亮的口号，我们可以教官或老师经过时大声地问好，我们相信着，明天的我们可以比今天做得更好，继续着，继续着，坚持继续着!绝不怯弱!

今天是军训的第三天，在一班一班的步伐中结束，虽然没有十一班的正步新奇，没有十四班的整齐伐一，没有十二班的号声洪亮，但我们依旧为自己骄傲，因为我们努力地做好每一个动作，努力地学习，努力地前行，我们在一次次训练中成长，是这军训，让我们的心聚集到了一起，让我们嘶吼出最昂扬的声音，让我们挺直脊背面向更好的明天。
