这次，我选择的家务劳动是——拖地板。一开始，我也不想选择拖地板的。可是，由于我们家的卫生间里马桶坏了，水泼了一地;没办法，我只得拿起拖把，小心翼翼地拖起地板。我先拿来一个小桶，在里面灌满水，把拖把放在里面浸湿;接着，我把拖把绞干，直到水不流出来为止。然后，我就两手握住拖把，细细地扫起地板。我拖地板是按顺序拖的。我先从左往右，依次拖了一次。然后再从上到下又拖了一次。由于拖把太沉了，我的手开始麻木，觉得特别酸，头发里开始夹杂着汗水。之后，我把拖把浸在手里，呵，还真脏，灰尘都沉入水底，面上浮现出淡淡的灰色。我把拖把放在水里搅了一下，再拿起来把拖把绞干。最后，我又再次按着顺序拖了一下地板，确定干净后，再把小桶和拖把洗干净放回原处。等地板干后，相信还会跟以前一样，一尘不染，焕然一新的!

在这一次家务劳动中，我再次体会到了父母做家务劳动的辛苦、艰难。我握紧拳头，下定决心，一定要多帮父母分担家务劳动，让父母过得轻松、快乐一些!大家也一定要记住啊，“家务劳动，人人有份!”让我们一起来“do housework”(做家务劳动),让我们滥以生存的地球不再做一个“垃圾桶”，让我们的生活环境变得清洁一些，整洁一些!

放假伊始，我们便接到二零壹五年寒假社会实践活动的安排，实践活动内容颇多，但最引人注目的我想必然是第七项：“进行一次家庭体验，主题为孝心回馈父母，责任回报家庭，帮父母做一项家务。”起初看到，我竟然有一种滑稽之感油然而生，因为我感觉这样一项活动好像是为小学生量身打造的假期实践，而并非适用于我们大学生的假期作业。在我们二十多年的岁月长河之中，怎么会没有为父母做家务的涟漪所泛起？这不是对我们大学生内心深处直白的讽刺和嘲笑吗？然而内心一番涌动之后心情渐渐平息，不禁一怔，恍然大悟，二十多年里我们为父母做 了什么？父母却为我们做了什么？

我记得在十一月份，山西省晋学研究中心主任、山西省历史学会副会长、山西省师范大学历史与旅游文化学院张有智教授在我院为中文系大学生的专题报告。其中开篇便是“入则孝，出则悌，谨而信，泛爱众而亲仁。”我记得在孟子评价舜结婚的事情时说，“不孝有三，无后为大，舜不告而娶，为天后也，君子以为犹告也，”从这段话看出，这里“天后”并不是指没有后代而是没有尽到后辈的责任，是啊！责任，好沉重的一个词，我之所以觉得沉重，因为我觉得我没有做好，愧对于这个词。

帮父母做家务了，天经地义的事情，我觉得不会因为帮父母打扫家务而感到多么骄傲和荣耀，一件极为普通的事情，做了只会心里多一份安心罢了。岁月的无情在父母的身上有了深深的痕迹，手糙了背也弯了，而年关又近，家里总归还是要好好打扫一番。妈妈再也不像过去那样拿个梯子一个人就能擦天花板的女汉

子，妈妈让我去擦，而我也不像原来那样不情愿、不乐意了，我只会默默的从妈妈如砂纸的手里接过鸡毛掸子。做完家务了，我释怀了，内心一丝丝轻松掠过，也许内心少了愧疚，多了份心安才会如此舒坦。天格外的蓝，阳光也如此明媚，照在我身上暖暖的。家务完成后我会问妈妈：“喝水吗？”妈妈那句温柔的“好”久久回响在耳畔，很开心。

亲情是什么？亲情是“马上相逢无纸笔，凭君传语报平安”的嘱咐，是“临行密密缝，意恐迟迟归”的牵挂，是“来日倚窗前，寒梅著花来”的思念，是“雨中黄叶树，灯下白头人”的守候。

“常回家看看”是一首歌曲，也是一则哲理。它作为孝亲敬老的代言人，时刻提醒着漂泊在外的青年人，有空就回家看看；作为老人们的心声，无时不在你诉说着老人对孩子的牵挂与思念；作为铁血的法令，也随时随地突出了祖国对孤寂老人们的同情与怜悯。

过去常常看电视时，我被一条公益广告的触动。一阵阵鞭炮声响起，一位拄着拐杖的白发老人带着笑脸，兴奋的去开大门，

门口走过一群人，老人的笑凝固了，掩饰不住满脸的失望。靠在门上，羡慕不已的看着邻居家的孩子进了门，他的眼角闪着泪光。这时，邻居走过来，扶着老人，让老人去他家过年，老人局促的白手。连说“不用”。邻居热情的说：“没事，不就是多双筷子嘛！”老人被拉进邻居家，看着一大桌团圆饭，眼睛眨了眨，哭了……

说实话挺触动的，内心也荡起了涟漪，若有所思，我也想了很多，仅仅是一双筷子，让寂寞孤独的老人感觉到家的温暖。家，其实很简单，家里的人，更简单，有人，有热饭菜就够了，老人不图儿女为家做多大贡献，常绕膝下已是最大的希望，不要让希望变成奢望，常回家看看吧！

二十多岁，一个一无所有却自命清高的年龄，当我们吃父母、喝父母、花父母血汗钱时，是理所应当还是于心不忍？二十多岁，你有什么？青春，终究会成为回忆；知识，肤浅拥有的真实吗？除了父母给的，还有什么值得我们去骄傲、炫耀？父母才是我们唯一可以去依靠和避风的港湾。二十多岁，一个美好又短暂的年龄，这个时期你精力最充沛，心灵最美好的季节，不要把他浪费在赚人眼泪的偶像

Every family has lots of housework. Everyone should learn to do some of it. I often help my parents do housework such as washing clothes, cleaning the room and watering flowers.

I think I‘ve learned how to take good care of myself and my family by doing housework. Sometimes cleaning all the windows is an enjoyable experience. I really felt proud of myself. And doing housework is also a kind of exercise.

The summer holiday is coming. Im going to learn how to cook some dishes. My parents will be happy to enjoy them.
