Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. 今天下午，弟弟央求我和他下象棋，我爽快地答应了。在这个酷暑难耐的夏天，躲在空调房里喝喝茶下下棋是多么惬意的一件事!

我们很快就摆好了阵局。“红棋先走!”

弟弟得意洋洋地炫耀他红棋优先的资格。唉!又是老招“当门炮”。我不假思索地使出对招“马来跳”。他立刻把炮往右走了一步，我一下子就识破了他的诡计，哪能轻易放过他!我把炮往上移了两格，又走到兵的左边。弟弟没有看出破绽，我心里一阵窃喜——我在兵后面埋伏的炮终于可以派上阵了。我用炮一下子打掉了他的小兵，弟弟意识到大事不妙，刚刚还在乐呵呵地说“马上我就赢了”的他，现在眉头紧皱得可以夹死一只苍蝇!他立刻调动士，给将让出一条路来，我已把双炮就位，就等弟弟掉进我的埋伏圈，此时的我表面上不动声色，其实心里摩拳擦掌，兴奋得不行，我很快就要胜利了!

弟弟获得了短暂的安全，长长地出了一口气。我的车出动了，一路过关斩将，把他阵营里的兵、炮、象吃个精光，可是，一不小心，我的一个大炮掉进了他的马口。他好像一下子有了信心，重整旗鼓发动攻击。唉!都怪我被一时的胜利冲昏了头脑。

我沉下心来，一步一步下棋，丝毫不敢放松，眼观六路，计划周全，把车、马、炮布到他的将前。这一回，面对我的围追堵截，弟弟无计可施。乱了阵脚的他开始胡乱走棋，一遇险境，将就跑，后来他实在是跑不掉了，让士挡住车，可是一不小心掉进了炮的圈套。随着“啪”的一声脆响亮，我吃掉了他的将!眼看着自己输了，弟弟立刻大哭起来，“坏姐姐!坏姐姐!我要再来一盘!”

一路拼杀，我走得多么不容易啊，这才赢得了最后的胜利。再来一盘?那就再来一盘呗!

星期天，我到奶奶家，对奶奶说：“奶奶，我们老师让种一种会开花的花，而且还能在一至三月内开花。”奶奶说：“没问题，我这里宝贝多的很。”说着随手就拿了一个小瓶子，瓶子里躺着一个小小圆圆的东西，就好像是一个超级小的巧克力豆。我好奇极了，难道这是种子吗?奶奶笑着说：“这是指甲草的种子，我们就种它吧!”

开始种花了，奶奶教我用几个小石子把花盆底部的小洞堵住，防止泥土漏出来，然后把土壤用铲子翻得松软一些，用小杯子接两杯水倒在花盆里，等土完全湿透了才开始种种子。不过，可不能浇成了泥浆。等土弄好了，我拿出种子，用食指在泥土里戳几个小洞，而且小洞不能太深，我把种子放进小洞里，用土轻轻埋起来，再浇上水，完了放在有阳光的地方，奶奶说以后要隔两天浇一次水。就这样在奶奶的帮助下，一个看上去很简单的种花方法，让我学到了很多新的知识。

我真希望我的种子快一点儿长出嫩绿的小苗苗。

在我的脑海中，有许许多多令我快乐的事。其中，有一件事最让我难以忘怀，最让我快乐的事，它像天上的星星一样，一闪一闪的，深深的印在我的脑海里。

在一个寂静的傍晚，我从外面进来，心里饿极了，于是就缠着妈妈要她给钱，让我去买东西吃，但妈妈没有给钱，只是换了一种口气说：“不要出去，不如我们自己动手来做呗。”

我没有讨到钱，只好无奈地说：“好吧，怎样做呢?”

我把菜洗净，接着拿出面团，擀面杖，准备好一切要用的工具，我们就正式开始包饺子。我用擀面杖把饺子皮打好，把菜和肉打碎，所有的各就各位了，然后才是包饺子了，包一下，捏一下，结果包成了包子，我接着试，第二次果然成功了，一直包下去，一下子就包了好多的饺子了，此时妈妈早就将热水烧好了，我听她的指挥将包好的饺子倒进锅，等待着……

饺子终于煮好了，浮起来了，调好味，顿时一股浓香飘来，害得我口水都快流下来了，我尝了一个，太好吃了。

我盛了一些给妈妈，自己也吃得津津有味，一下子就吃饱了，看来自己动手，丰衣足食!我们快乐地吃着香喷喷的饺子，感觉这才是我吃过的最好美餐，至今还令人难忘。

那一天阳光明媚，我和爸爸都在家休息，为了锻炼身体，也让我消除一下学习的疲劳，老爸提议带我出去踢足球。

我们来到小区花园旁边的一块空草地，虽然感觉场地很适合踢足球，但我们惊讶地发现，那里并没有足球门，怎么办呢?我灵机一动：如果能找到四块石头，不是可以组成一个球门吗?后来我告诉爸爸：“我们去找石头吧，每边放两块石头就是一个球门了。谁能把足球从对方的两块石头中间踢过去，主要足球滚过球门时不高于地面半米，就算得一分。”爸爸脸带微笑地点了点头，然后我们开始找石头去了。过了一会，我们就找到了四块石头，然后把石头摆在规定的地方。这次的足球赛就算正式开始了。

比赛刚开始，爸爸的球来得又快又猛，我还没反应过来，球已经从我的“球门”中间飞了进来。爸爸就这样得了一分。轮到我发球了，我心想：这次一定要趁爸爸不注意时踢过去，这样我就赢定了!说干就干，趁爸爸一不留神，我就把球踢了出去。谁知道，爸爸的反应还挺快的，球不但没有射进爸爸的“球门”，反而给爸爸控住了。我的第一次“计划”就宣告失败了。球被控住后，爸爸又把球猛踢过来。有了上次的经验教训，我的反应变快了，球就被我接住了。又轮到我发球了，我瞄准了爸爸的“球门”，猛踢过去，中了!我现在的心情比吃了蜜还要甜!

我喜欢踢足球，是因为它提高了我的反应能力，同时也锻炼了我的身体素质。

The generation gap is unavoidable in almost every family, which brings

about a number of conflicts in a family. In my opinion, to limit the bad effects

of the generation gap, each family should use the following three methods:

First of all, it is important that family members discuss openly about

their pleasures or sadness in childhood in family gatherings. This activity does

not only create a close relationship but also help build up understanding among

all members. For instance, once children are aware that their grandparents and

even their parents did not have a good upbringing during their hard childhood,

they will stop complaining about the previous generations’ obsoleteness. In the

meantime, once old people realize young people are nurtured in a new modern way,

it is easy for them to be tolerant of young people’s new habits or hobbies.

Secondly, people of each generation should not develop a very high feeling

about themselves. In order to do that, they should not think that they are the

only right people in their family because each person has his or her own

limitations. Teenagers would realize that their parents have to struggle with

pain to support them financially, and they would stop rebelling their

strictness. Parents would realize that their children’s new style does no harm

to their studies and stop imposing their own unsuitable standards on their

children.

Finally, the generation gap and its bad effects can be limited if all

members cooperate to build up a close-knit family relationship and a harmonious

atmosphere in which they are open and tolerant of each other. I strongly believe

that each family, by doing that, can enjoy a cozy atmosphere with minimum

interference by the generation gap.

昔日，我的家乡不过是一个小县城，路大多都是柏油路，坑坑洼洼的，非常不方便，到了夏天走在上面脚下软哄哄的，有时还会把鞋子粘掉。残留在我脑海里的房屋，都是土房子，高高矮矮，有钱的人盖楼房，没钱的人始终守着他们的老房子。那时候，不说买轿车了，买得起摩托车或电动车就算是不错得了，人们都很少买新衣服只有到过年的时候才会慰劳一下自己，用一句不是太贴切的话，叫：“新三年，旧三年，缝缝补补又三年。”

还未开始，我们便互相放了狠话，谁也不让谁。开始打了，小伙伴们个个身怀绝技，犹如武林高手一般。只见球“嗖，嗖”在我眼前飞过。终于轮到我打了，我已经等得不耐烦了，早想上前大显生手一番。我用计谋打的小伙伴团团转，一下子打进了两个球。这次我握紧手柄扔起球，然后悄悄把拍子拿到球下，想接一个在打，可是球马上掉了下来，安静的躺在我的前面。小伙伴想用猛虎下山勾住我，然后一打，球像箭似的飞过来，我不知不觉快速往后退了几步，球飞快的落在了地上。我睁开眼睛一看，球安然无恙的躺在我的面前。我马上捡起球来，心里想：“我打轻一点看你怎么办。”嘿嘿，我轻轻一打，球飞了出去，过了界限后，马上落地，可小伙伴健步如飞猛冲过来，竟然接住了球，但却没打过界线，真是虚惊一场。

“我赢了!”我高兴的欢呼起来。

今天，我真是打的畅快，打羽毛球的好处可多了，既可以锻炼身体，又丰富了我的课余生活。

Girardeau was known of his droll sense of humor. Explaining his ground rules to

one freshman class, he said, "Now I know my lectures can often be dry and

boring, so I don‘t mind if you look at your watches during class. I do, however,

object to your pounding them on the desk to make sure they‘re still

running."
