In my opinion, before we decide to change the world, we had better change ourselves first. As ordinary individuals, we do not have the power to change the world. But we can change our habit of littering, spitting, cussing, we can respect the environment around us, we must act as good models for our kids.

If each of us does all of these little things, all of us, millions and millions of individuals together, together we will be strong …strong enough to change our world!

So please, the next time you do something, think how your actions influence not only you, but those around you too, especially our children …and perhaps more importantly…our planet!

他说的很有道理，我们每个人都心怀伟大时志向，时刻准备去干一番能造福全人类的大事业。比如，我们痛恨环境污染，所以我们下定决心去开发新的更高效更干净的能源来保护我们的环境，但是同时我们却随手乱扔垃圾;我们抱怨大城市的交通堵塞，计划造更多的高速路来解决交通问题，但是我们从来没有想过，如果我们能遵守交通规则话，那么这一问题是不是可以得到很大得缓解呢?我们担心电视电影里面得暴力会对我们得孩子产生不良的影响，于是我们敦促政府通过立法来保护未成年人，但是我们这些大人又做得怎么样呢?我们为我们的下一代做好了表率吗?我们说粗话，甚至在孩子面前抽烟。不客气地说，我们对孩子的不良影响更多!

在我看来，在我们打算改变这个世界之前，我们最好先改变一下自己。作为一个普通人，我们其实没有改变这个世界的能力，但是我可以改变我们随地扔垃圾，随地吐痰的坏习惯， 我们应该学会去保护环境，我们应该为我们的孩子起好的表率作用。

如果我们每个人都能从小事起，那么千千万万个人力量汇聚在一起，那力量是强大的，足以改变这个世界。

朋友，当您在做某一件事情的时候，请您想一想，您的行为会对您周围的人产生怎样的影响， 因为，您的行为不单单影响到您自己，还有您周围的人，更重要的是我们的孩子…甚至我们的世界。

I had finished trainning in army for 8 days.Though this trainning I can learn a lot of things without schooling.I made many new good friends as well.

I never finished a whole work myself before this trainning. Because of this, I failed the most important exam. The drillmaster taught us that we must often say "never give up"in our life.Only in this way, we can succeed. I felt bloody lonely after I graduated from school.By mean of this trainning,I have new friendiness.We often talked about our favourite things as football,basketball and so on.... I still remember the day when I first came to the college. Being a boy of 17, I was longing for a new life as a college student; but, at the same time, I had no idea what college life would be like.

That morning when the bus carried me to the gate of the college. I was so excited that my heart was beating very fast as if it would leap out of my mouth. From now on, I would be a student of this college. After registration, we were led by an instructor to the dormitory, where, for the first time, we were going to live without parents but roommates. I was so clumsy that I did not know how to make the bed and fix the mosquito net.

In the afternoon, I took a walk around the campus together with my roommates. To think of studying in such a beautiful place made me feel quite proud of myself. As we were walking along, talking and laughing, a voice came into our ears, "Oh, look at these freshmen!" It was our middle-school-students looking that gave us away. We continued our tour of the college, inspecting every building and every garden until the sun began to set.

In the evening, we sat together, talking about the past and the future. We were so excited that no one wanted to go to bed.

As you slowly open your eyes, look around , notice where the light comes into your room; listen carefully, see if there are new sounds you can recognize; feel with your body and spirit, and see if you can sense the freshness in the air. Yes, yes, yes, it’s a new day, it’s a different day, and it’s a bright day! And most importantly, it is a new beginning for your life, a beginning where you are going to make new desicisions, take new actions, make new friends, and take your life to a totally unprecedented level! 谈到成功时，对于实现成功的原因不同的人有不同的看法。有些人认为勤奋是成功必备的素质，而另一些人则相信聪明人会实现成功。从我的角度来看，我认为毅力和勤奋对于那些想要成功的人是必不可少的。

Firstly, perseverance let people step closely towards success. Most people want to make a big difference to prove their value. People who set their goal and keep moving would make their dream come true. However, there are some people who set their goal but they stop at the difficulty would fail in the end. I think the difference between success and failure is perseverance. If we have perseverance, even if we are not clever, we will make a great difference, but if we not, we are doomed to lose. As we all know, Edison is a great inventor in the world. However, before he invented the bulb, he kept trying for tens of thousands of times to find a suitable wire. 春节，一个我期待很久的日子，原本应该处处是一派快乐、热闹，到处充满欢声笑语的景象。但今年的春节，由于新型冠状病毒的肆虐，所以我只能待在家中，不可以出门，有事出门也要戴着口罩，而且爸爸妈妈每天都会提醒我要注意保暖，注意个人卫生。而在前线奋战的医生们，不知奋斗了多少个日夜，可是，新型冠状病毒好像丝毫没有退却的念头。在这几天中，不知有多少人被病毒夺去生命，不知有多少医生为了战“疫”不可以回家，还在与病毒抗争。

Spring Festival, a day Im looking forward to for a long time, should be

full of happiness, bustle and laughter. But this years novel coronavirus is so

rampant that I can only stay at home and wear masks when I go out, and my

parents remind me to keep warm and pay attention to personal hygiene every day.
