时间真的是不等人的，一转眼马上就要开学了。今年的暑假，我收获了很多的知识和乐趣，学会了很多的优美词语，让我的作文突飞猛进，你们知道是为什么吗?现在就让我告诉你们吧!

这都是因为启航的谢嫦娥老师的教育。以前我的作文经常写不好，有时居然还跑题，这让我十分的灰心丧气，觉得很不好意思，而现在我却底气大增，觉得很有自信，感觉走路都神气十足。暑假里，我除了学习作文以外，我还学了英语、乒乓球、轮滑......让我的暑期生活丰富多彩，十分有趣!

这个暑假有开心的事，肯定也有遗憾的事，那就是我没有去旅游。妈妈本来说好带我去九寨沟玩的，可因为她们延迟到九月一号才能去，我要上学就不能去了，看见别人旅游回来后还写了好多日记，我有时在家闷闷不乐。妈妈为了弥补这个遗憾，带我去看了几场电影，让我开心了一点点。

更重要的是，在这个暑假，我还学会了做两道菜，是我最喜欢吃的西红柿炒蛋和煮南瓜，下次我还可以做给爸爸妈妈吃。

有一天，阳光明媚，晴空万里。我和妈妈一起去外婆家！因为要割禾大丰收了……我和妈妈一起回到外婆家了，妈妈回到家就进屋吃完早餐后，就和外婆舅爹他们去割禾，我呢，和表妹一起留在家照顾表弟……过了一阵，我和表妹觉得很无聊又觉得有点饿，我就说：“××，要不我们炒饭吧，正好电饭煲里还有许多饭来！”表妹听了，说：“好啊，好啊，我也想吃炒饭了！”说完，我们就开始行动了。

我先把锅头洗干净后，然后拿一个碗装电饭煲里的饭后，最后就开始炒饭了。我和表妹分工合作，我炒饭，表妹烧火(我外婆家是用烧柴煮饭的哦)。炒饭开始了，首先表妹先烧红火，热热锅头，然后我先放猪油，再放盐，用锅铲搅搅就开始放饭下去了。让饭在锅里热热，就开始放酱油和花生油了，然后就搅均匀，最后再炒炒，炒到直把饭炒成金黄色后就行了！(嘻嘻嘻，我可没这么厉害，第一次炒就这么熟了，这是我第4次的成功品啊，前面的12次要不就是酱油放太多，要不就炒焦了……)炒好后，我对表妹说：“饭炒好了，我们先吃点先，然后再留点给我妈妈吃，知道没。”表妹听了，说：“嗯！”我拿碗装些自己炒的炒饭，自己忍不住大口大口吃了起来，真的很好吃，不是我夸自己，表妹吃了也说好吃呢！

这时，妈妈他们回来了，妈妈见我在厨房炒饭，说：“两个大厨师在里面做饭唉！”我们听了，都笑了起来，我就说：“我们做了炒饭，你们要就自己装饭吧！”××表妹这时也回来了，问到香味就说：“你们做什么啊？”我说：“炒饭！”她听了，连忙走了进来，拿完装炒饭吃了，说：“好吃！”我听了，心里开心极了，因为这是我自己第一次炒饭的结果嘛！
