私家车已成为我国许多地区人民生活的一个重要方面，特别是在北京、上海和中国等大城市。虽然他们给人们带来很多方便，但他们也被广泛批评。有一些理由拥有私家车。首先，汽车可以让人们自由走动，这大大提高了我们的生活水平。周末我们可以很容易地开车观光。其次，汽车是一种舒适的旅行方式，尤其是在恶劣的天气里。最后但并非最不重要的是，汽车工业可以通过创造钢铁、橡胶、玻璃等的就业机会来提振经济。然而，也有许多好论据反对汽车。首先，他们通过排放有害气体和发出大声的噪音来污染环境。此外，汽车造成了大量的交通事故，给遇难者家属带来了极大的痛苦。就我而言，我们应该通过提供更好的大众运输和更好的服务来限制私家车的数量。为了社会的共同利益，每个人都应该牺牲自己的利益。

今天，我从何老师的作文课上了解到英国父母从餐桌上开始教育孩子的故事，给我很大的启发，餐桌的文明礼仪是一项必不可少的社会技能。

我细细阅读，发现了英国父母非常注意鼓励孩子自己用餐。这倒没什么，可是英国的孩子居然从一周岁就开始自己尝试进餐了。要知道，我小时候，要吃一顿饭，可是“千呼万唤始出来”，老爸老妈千哄万哄的，我才可能吃上那么一两口，直到上小学，偶尔还是父母亲喂我呢。我还知道英国的父母在孩子五岁左右就让孩子帮忙在厨房里做一些力所能及的杂事，他们认为，这样不仅可以减轻家长的负担，而且也能锻炼孩子自己劳动的能力。再回头看看我自己，到了七岁，都还没有帮父母在厨房中做过什么事儿，有时候一时兴起，想起来了，去厨房里晃悠几圈。原本想摆放餐具吧，爸妈又怕我摔了，到了吃饭时，又是一个三请四请请不动，老爸老妈叫了好几遍，应了好几声，才心不甘情不愿地走出来。自然，餐前工作是一项都未做。吃完饭，“拍拍屁股”走人喽!

我真是越看越惊讶，人家孩子那么小就可以帮父母做一些事儿，可我呢，这么大了还没帮父母做过什么事。而且，英国的孩子，从小就学习用餐的礼仪，比如，有客人到家中吃饭，英国的孩子就让客人先用餐，而后才是自己，而我呢，平时，有客人到家里吃饭，我不管“三七二十一”，上来就一顿狼吞虎咽。平时都没这么能吃，客人一来好像要跟客人一比高低似的。想起来，真是有些愧疚啊

原来，何老师也是让我们接受一些教育啊。我如梦初醒，忽然意识到，我一定要帮助爸爸妈妈做一些自己力所能及的事儿，无论是餐桌上的，还是生活中的。我总不能被比我还小的孩子该比下去吧!

古人云：谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。古时候的人们就知道要节约粮食了，我们身为现代人，更要讲究餐桌上的礼仪。

学会餐桌上的礼仪先要节约用餐，学校食堂用餐时，我无意发现我身后坐的那位同学每次吃饭都是一点不剩，我便把他当作了我学习的目标。倒饭的时候，我每次都能看见同学们的剩饭装满了一桶又一桶。可见我们中学生也要带头做好节约用餐。我们的食堂里面的白墙上贴着七个红色的大字“让我们学会吃饭”，这不是说我们不会吃饭，而是要让我们节约粮食，文明用餐。

现在，社会上流行一种餐饮方法，叫“自助餐”就是付一定的钱然后在餐馆里想吃什么拿什么，直到吃饱为止。然而我去吃饭时发现很多人明知道自己吃不了那么多还拼命地拿，结果剩了许多，白白浪费了粮食。现在有很多的自助餐馆里贴着许多的牌子，上面写着如果有剩菜剩饭，按剩的多少交一定的金额。自从牌子一贴，剩饭的人越来越少，成功的节约了很多白白浪费的粮食。

明朝的朱柏庐在《治家格言》里说过：一粥一饭，当思来之不易；半丝半缕，恒念物力维艰。意思是：吃每一碗粥、每一碗饭时，应该想想这粥饭里有多少人的付出，多少能源的消耗，真的是来之不易；我们生活所需的每半根丝、每半缕线，都要常常想想其中包含几多物质能源和几多人的心血，应好好珍惜。随着社会经济的发展，人们生活水平的提高，越来越多的人开始浪费粮食，我们要像朱柏庐所说的那样想想农民伯伯辛苦种的庄稼，一起来节约粮食。

很多饭店里的餐巾纸都是免费的，这样一来就引起了人们对餐巾纸随意使用的想法。纸是中国四大发明之一，发明出来是给需要的人使用的，而不是用来浪费的。每用一包纸，世界上就会减少一棵树。所以，我们节约用餐同时也要节约用纸和节约用水。

在家里用餐时也要讲究家庭用餐的礼仪。古人曾说过：长辈不上桌，晚辈不动筷。不要总把好的给自己吃，要想想父母，还有他们做饭的来知不易。

小小的餐桌，大大的道理。餐桌上的礼仪，人人都得知道。

神州大地，繁荣昌盛的土地。沧海桑田，却永远掩盖不了历史的烙印，那段辛酸与愤怒交织在一起的苦难岁月…

卢沟桥，静静屹立在河床上，饱经风霜的他，如今俨然一位老者，诉说着在他身上发生的事，中国成长的苦难，苦难中成长的中国…

卢沟桥事件，这是中国苦难的开始，也是中国迈出成长的第一步。在这之前，帝国主义长期的掠夺与蹂躏，抑郁在国民内心的悲愤，也在这时彻底爆发了!黑暗阴霾中，中华儿女浴血奋战，用热血沸腾的身躯，筑成民族的屏障，誓死保卫着命悬一线的祖国!然而，血肉之躯怎能抵挡的了敌人恶魔般的扑食?

想必所有人都还记得六十年前那场震惊中外的南京大屠杀，烧杀强辱，无恶不作，敌人的疯狂与血腥令人发指。国民的反抗，仅仅只能暂缓敌军侵略的脚步，结果也是收效甚微，还反而换来更加暴力的虐杀。三十万中华儿女，被活埋，被刀刺，被火烧，更有甚者将活生生的人当作活靶子比赛杀人!他们的遗体有的草草掩埋，有的丢弃不管，还有的竟然丢到我们的母亲河——长江旁边。母亲，看到她的儿女被无情虐杀，死后也得不到安宁!该是何等悲愤，她吼叫着，哭泣着，翻波涌浪，似乎想洗刷掉敌军带来的污秽，摆脱背上外国兵舰的重压!

中华大地震颤着，如沉睡的雄狮复苏，吼起时代强音!

党和国家领导人，调兵遣将，点指江山。战士们顽强奋战，前赴后继，打的敌人没有片刻喘息之时。人民化悲痛为力量，齐心协力，反抗敌军，成为抗日战争中一支最强有力的队伍!终于，在1945年，日本无条件投降，神舟大地，虽已是千疮百孔，但暴风雨总算过去。胜利的歌声响遍大江南北，长城内外!在国际上也影起了巨大轰动，在兵力与装备都相差甚远的情况下，是中国人的智慧与英勇打赢了这场长达八年的持久战!中国的第一步走的稳稳当当，强健有力!

然而天有不测风云，国共两党内部矛盾并没有因为战争的胜利而化解，国民党在美国的怂恿下再次与共产党交战。正义的共产党怎会屈服，尽管同是中国人，但要反叛中国的，统统是我们的敌人!来不及欢乐，来不及休息，重握枪炮。尽管仍是兵力悬殊，三年拼搏，换得新生红太阳，战火硝烟，终于在中华人民共和国的成立中尘埃落定!

1949年10月1日，一个普天同庆的日子在这一天，毛主席在天安门广场庄严宣布：中华人民共和国成立了!八千里山川河岳，象征着一个泱泱大国如巨人般屹立在世界民族之林!接着，中国的农业、工业、商业等各项恢复工作紧锣密鼓展开。根据中国现阶段特点，土地改革、五年计划等一系列方案的实施，各行各业喜获丰收。中国的第二步走地正确且扎实!

然而成长的道路并平坦，曲折蜿蜒，铺满荆棘。1969年，中国跌倒了，毛泽东错误发动文化大革命，使江青等一帮反革命集团有了可乘之机，工人罢工，学校停课，一大批正义人士被诬陷建国元老刘少奇更是被诬赖致死，成为历史上最大的冤案!正义与邪恶交战着，随着时间的推移，反叛着的丑恶嘴脸在人民面前暴露无遗!1979年，叶剑英、华国锋一举粉碎江青反革命集团!十年内战，使中国刚刚起步的经济停滞不前，遭受重创。眼看其他各国在国际竞争中越战越勇，中国觉悟了，起身追赶，巨人前进的脚步是巨大的。

在第二代领导人江泽民正确指导下，改革开放的重任如火如荼进行着。对外开放对内改革的政策，使中国发生了翻天覆地的变化：一座座高楼大厦如雨后春笋般拔地而起;外国投资者纷至沓来;内地粮食、棉、油成倍增长，国民热情空前高涨!对外开放的窗口——深圳更是被称为“一夜崛起的城市”。几度春秋，中国日新月异的变化不禁叫人拍案叫绝!中国的第三步，称得上是历史上最大的飞跃!

当奥运圣火燃遍神州大地，中国人民终于扬眉吐气!一次次起跳、一次次飞跃、一次次呐喊，51枚金牌见证了我们的实力。“东亚病夫”的称号永远被抛之脑后!让世界为我们震惊!

中国，在它繁荣昌盛的今天，永远不要忘记那段苦难岁月，她成长的路，是用血泪扑成的。昨日的苦难，换来的是今天的辉煌!
