有句话说得很好：“一两的身教，大于一吨的说教”。法国作家卢梭曾经说过:“没有榜样，你永远不能成功地教给学生以任何东西。”法国作家罗曼.罗兰也说过：“要撒播阳光到别人心中，总得自己心中有阳光。”为了这一两的身教，为了这榜样的塑造，为了使自己心里总有阳光可以撒播。我们就要规范自己的一言一行，课堂内外淳淳的教诲，一点一滴，潜移默化，日积月累，耳濡目染，久而久之，教师的崇高的思想品德，良好的职业道德，文明的言谈举止，便在学生心中生根发芽，开花结果。正如古诗所讲：“随风潜入夜，润物细无声。”

是的，做好一个老师，会累;因为要有永远的爱心和耐心。

“没有爱，就没有教育”。爱学生才能赢得他们的尊重。以宽容的心态去对待学生的每次过失，用期待的心态去等待学生的每一点进步，用欣赏的目光去关注学生的每一个闪光点，用喜悦的心情去赞许学生的每一份成功。站在学生的视角去上每一节课，站在学生的立场上去和他们沟通，调整频率，和他们共振。正是这样的情感使我对学生们少了一份埋怨，多了一份宽容;少了一份苛求，多了一份理解;少了一份指责，多了一份尊重。

是的，做好一个老师，会累;但同时，也会很幸福。

当节假日，收到难以计数的祝福的时候，我们是幸福的!

当我在第一次上课结束时收到短信“老师，不要紧张，您讲得非常棒。”的时候，是幸福的!

当我听到“老师，我在北邮读书了，这是我的新号码，以后要常联系哦。”的时候，是幸福的!

当我听到：“老师，我在深圳海关工作了，军训了两个月，今天第一天上班，跟您汇报一下。”的时候，是幸福的!

当我听到：“老师，我在广州工作了，这边咱们几个班有四个人都在呢，我们都商量好了，您什么时候来，我们集体请您吃饭。”的时候，是幸福的!

当我听到：“老师我在中科院软件所了，这边牛人好多，今天去北大清华看了看，真的好漂亮，我先踩踩点，回头您来了，我带您去玩”的时候，是幸福的!

当我听到：“老师，我在中国银行工作了，回头我给您办张VIP卡吧，这样您就不用排队了”的时候，是幸福的!

是的，做一个好老师，做好一个老师，会累，但这又算得了什么呢，因为一直有幸福相伴!

There are many important people have been in my life, and one of them I will never forget. I met him last summer. He was short and tanned, and was about twelve years old. He was selling the balloons on the sideway when I met him, I was curious and asked him:” why do you do business at such young age?” he said:” I’m not doing business, I have been saving money. I want to donate it to the disaster area, the children there need help.” I was surprise, and ashamed. I bought many balloons from him and asked him to keep the change. I should learn from him to be a kind-hearted person.

在我的生命中出现过很多重要的人，其中有一个非常难忘。我是在去年夏天的时候遇见他的。他个子很矮，皮肤黝黑，比我年纪还小。我遇见他时他正在路边卖气球，我非常好奇就问他：“你为什么年纪那么小就做生意了?”他回答说：“我不是在做生意，我正在存钱。我想把钱捐到灾区，那里的孩子们需要帮助。”我感到很惊讶，也很惭愧。我向他买了许多气球，不用找零。我应该像他学习，做个有爱心的人。
