比如：计划好自己每天学习的时间，这个时间最少保持在4-6小时(上课时间包括在内)，而且最好固定在：上午8:30-11:00，下午2:30-5:00，晚上7:30-9:00。既不要睡懒觉，也不要开夜车;制定自己的学习计划，但主要是以保证每科的学习时间为主。例如：你数学定的是2个小时，但2小时过后任务还没有完成，建议你赶快根据计划更换到其他的复习科目。晚上学习的最后一个小时建议把安排设置为机动，目的是把白天没有解决的问题或没有完成的任务再找补一下。每天至少进行三科的复习，文理分开，擅长/喜欢和厌恶的科目交叉进行。不要前赶或后补作业。记住，完成作业不是目的，根据作业查漏补缺，或翻书再复习一下薄弱环节才是根本。有自己解决不了的问题，千万不要钻“牛角尖”，或置之不理，可以打电话请教一下老师或同学!

寒假中，要认真，客观地对期末考试进行分析。看看哪些题失了分，弄清失分原因。比如，是基本知识没掌握好，还是学习态度不端正，或者是学习方法，学习习惯不好。要进行全方位的剖析。因为寒假时间有限，要坚持“把时间用在刀刃上”，所以，寒假学习中要多补习“瘸腿科目”，对薄弱环节进行加强分析看看哪科没考好，冷静分析丢分原因，判断该科是不是弱科。如果是，则要抓紧寒假时间，多补弱科基础知识，避免高考时“瘸腿科目”拉分。

(二)要有计划地梳理学科要点，形成知识体系与纲要结构。

成绩落后的同学要静下心来，加强概念，单词和公式的记忆，将高一，高二教材上的概念，规律，公式等知识梳理一遍。首先可初步整理出各章节中的重点，难点，考点，找到基本概念之间的联系，使每块知识形成体系。其次要将易混淆的概念，规律加强对比，区分，配以适当的练习进行巩固。再次，把重点难点以及课本中的知识点融汇在一起，理出线索，留在高考后期复习用。

(三)要收集和整理做过的错题，选择高考真题及时训练。

寒假期间，要有针对性地进行知识复习，尽量多做历年高考真题。在做完一套真题试卷后，要及时核对答案，看看哪些题目丢分，弄清丢分原因。通过做真题可了解高考命题范围，题目深浅以及相关题型。同时，还要把做错的题记录在错题集里，或用红笔做上记号，便于下一次复习。比如，英语若是客观题丢分，要认真研究该题失分的原因，数学或其它科目也可以用此方法进行复习，在复习的过程中，遇到无法解决的问题，可以汇总在一起，记在事先准备的小册子上，开学后请教老师。通过有选择性的做高考真题，可以体会和熟悉悉高考题型，同时对所学知识的“融会贯通”，使训练更有效。

(四)要有选择地进行“家教”或奥赛学科辅导。

寒假作业已经快写完了，然后就进入新课预习。当然不能走马观花，不然就是浪费时间了。所以要借助资料和学习机以及老师群里发的文件，扎扎实实，认认真真学习。

这个寒假我需要好好补充下阅读。首先会先阅读老师推荐的书目，虽然有些以前读过，可以再重复阅读，好书每读一遍就会有不一样的理解。毛主席他老人家一本300万字的《资治通鉴》竟然看过17遍，我也要学习这样的毅力。

还有一个好的阅读之地就是作文网了，登陆看一下精品投稿，也是获益匪浅的。

我想我还可以看看英文版的动画片，提高英语阅读能力。像《小马王》之类的英文动画片真的很好看，是很励志的动画片。

别的科目也是要预习的，一定要做到稳和扎实。

我还需要做的是去户外走走，多做运动，没有健康的身体就没有精力学习。

我想我还要多做些助人的好事。比如楼下玩的时候，随手捡起地上的碎玻璃和垃圾什么的投到垃圾箱里;路上遇到残疾人乞讨，给他买一个白吉馍，或者给他点钱，无论他是不是被别人操纵着乞讨。如果他是自己乞讨，讨不到就会挨饿，如果他是被操纵着乞讨，讨不到会挨揍，所以一定要帮他。我想一般操纵残疾人乞讨的都是坏人，总会被抓到的。只希望大家都不要做那样的坏人，给残疾人和弱小多一些关爱。

当然我也希望我有一点时间游戏下，比如跟同学聊聊天，跟伙伴放放鞭炮，可以玩下益智的小游戏。

还有一点，我想我要每天看看新闻，既了解了国内外大事，又补充了政治知识，两全其美。

我还想随手画些我自己喜欢的小画，看一会搞笑的漫画等等。下载任何我喜欢的音乐，有时候不是喜欢歌词，是喜欢那样的旋律，所以要跟爸爸妈妈沟通下，不要阻止我。

最后一点就是帮爸爸妈妈做些力所能及的事情。每天把自己和书桌床铺打理整齐干净，洗洗自己的衣服，爸爸妈妈的袜子，还有碗筷。当然如果妈妈要教我做饭我也不反对，虽然我并不喜欢做饭。

再补充下，跟着爸爸妈妈去走访亲朋好友，体味亲人朋友的友好相处。每天跟爸爸妈妈互动，让我的笑声消释他们的疲惫，而他们愉快的笑声也是我快乐的源泉。

OK，我的寒假计划大体就这样了。

2015年的寒假，是我们高三学子的最后一个高中寒假，很多学生都想利用好这个寒假，应届毕业生网给大家一些建议以供参考：

一、回归课本、夯实基础

课本是专家、学者的研究成果，是学生复习的蓝本，是任何一种复习资料都无法代替的。阅读课本时，要全面看课本内容，如：课本上物质的性质、转化关系、方程式的书写、例题、有关习题、课本演示实验和有关的分组实验及有关实验现象等。在看书过程中要划出重点和难点，了解哪些知识属于记忆性内容，哪些属于理解性内容，哪些属于综合运用内容，同时还要作到知识间的相互联系，通过看课本，逐步在脑中建立起知识网络，做到心中有数。复习的过程中要在吃透课本的基础上，把每一个概念及理论透析清楚。我们要充分利用这个寒假来巩固基础知识，要“步步为营，稳扎稳打”。同时要注意构建网络，重点复习，归纳迁移，发展能力。注重知识的完整性、系统性和综合性。高度重视解题思路的分析，应变能力、综合分析和解决问题的能力的提高，为下学期的第二轮复习奠定坚实的基础。

二、做好期末考试总结、查缺补漏

期末考试多是对前一阶段所学知识的考察，重在基础知识的考察，在考察知识的同时侧重对能力的考察。基础知识是解决问题的工具和依据，因此考试结束后，每个学生都应该做一个总结，看一看自己这一段时间以来的复习效果如何，基础知识掌握的是否扎实，关键是要分析一下自己哪些环节做得不够，并确定改进的方法和措施，复习中注意抓基础，抓复习的针对性。对考试中以及平时出现的错题，应做好修正并记录下来。记录时应详细分析出错的原因及正确的解题思路，不要简单写上一个答案了事。同时，要经常翻阅复习，这样就可以避免以后出现类似的错误。

三、提高效率、抓落实

动笔才是思维真正的开始，为了使你假期的复习任务落实到每天的学习之中，我建议同学们首先要制定出切实可行的计划，一是要有假期整体计划：学习的计划，休息的计划。二是要有每天具体复习的计划。长计划，短安排，为了避免随意性，真正把学习任务落到实处，应把每天的学习任务、学习时间具体化。最好细化出每个时间段做什么，去做行动的巨人，真正把复习计划落到实处。同时可以按照考试时间有要求限时做一些成套试卷，在答题过程中作到：“慢做会的求全对，稳做中档题一分不浪费，舍弃全不会。”提高复习和答题效率。

四、端正心态，坚定信心，激发斗志

对于每一位考生而言，健康向上、勇于进取、自信自强的积极心态是搞好复习的重要保证，是高考取得成功的关键。因此在寒假中要合理安排学习和娱乐的时间。复习不是一朝一夕的事情，只有劳逸结合，生活有规律，才能轻松自如地渡过难关。
