今年第1号台风的名字叫“珍珠”，虽然它的名字很好听，但它带来的危害可不是那么好。

今年的1号台风属于早台风，它是近50年影响厦门最早的台风。它比1961年的3号台风还要早2天呢！这次台风在厦门感觉风力不大，可是雨下得很大。17日下午放学时，学校广播里说要我们注意看厦门电视台的通知---如果下暴雨就停课半天。“嘿嘿，没想到台风还能带来这等好事。”我心里暗笑。17日晚上，雨哗哗地下，就像很密的帘子，一片一片往下落，落到地上，雨水在地面上溅起了一圈圈的波纹。果然，从电视里看到了教育局通知：第二天上午停课半天，“停课了，停课了……”我高兴得用《大长今》的调子唱起了我的停课歌。第二天起床，雨停了，往窗外一看，呀，马路上涨大水了，我从来没有看过厦门涨这么大的水，外面好象变成“水乡泽国”了。我饶有兴趣地从窗子向外望去，看到许多行人都卷起裤管，手里拿着鞋子往前走。远处的大马路上，有几辆车想冲出积水，轮子都被水淹没了，就像一只小船一样。太好玩了！有的车熄火了，后面的车也跟着停下来，一排车都抛锚在水里。我想：如果教育局没有通知停课的话，我就要乘着小船去上学了。中午，爸爸下班回来，说：“早上我穿高统雨鞋去上班，水都快淹到膝盖上了，好不容易踮着脚尖走过了马路，可是很多公共汽车都停开了。”中午，水慢慢地退了，马路上显得有些泥泞。

这次台风虽然给我们带来了意外的“台风假期”，但是它给厦门也带来了不小的损失，有的广告牌被吹坏了，有的树被吹倒了，还有山体滑坡……到了晚上，我看到清洁工人还在忙碌地冲洗马路。希望以后台风不要来厦门了。

Since the first day of my winter vacation, I’ve decided to make it a

valuable and enjoyable one. I made a plan to finish my homework within the first

day earlier. I am pretty proud of myself for not —as usual —hang out with my

friends until the last few days of my vacation and rush through my homework.

In the rest of my winter vacation, I made up my mind to improve my reading

童年，正是我们懵懂无知的时候，也是我们心中小情绪最多的时候。

现在当我问妈妈，为什么要在别人面前让我没面子时，妈妈说：“因为我知道你是个不服输的男子汉，只有给你压力，你才有学习的动力，让本来就优秀的你变得更加优秀”。

现在回想起来，当时为了那种小事闹情绪发脾气，都是因为嫉妒，嫉妒别人比自己优秀，嫉妒妈妈更“喜欢”别人，当然，我现在不会那么想了。并且在表弟经历类似事情找我谈心时，我会开导他：“你是爸爸妈妈最爱的人，也是他们眼中最优秀的人，他们之所以这样做是想让你变得比以前的你更加优秀!”

Mid-autumn is a traditional festival in China. It’s also called Autumn festive, August festival, daughters festival, or Reunion festival and so on. It’s often on August 15th in lunar calendar every year, but in some places, it’s on the 16th August, such as Ningbo, Lanzhou and Zhou Shan.

Mid-autumn day is thought to be the best festival with human touch or interest and poetic sentiment and mood of a painting. It’s a reunion festival, on the day, people always miss close relatives and friends. Wherever they are, they always go home to see their parents and brothers and sisters, or their wife or husband and their children. The people who are in far away also give a call to the persons they are concerning with.

On this day, people often eat moon cake, nuts and some special food. And in some places, the days before Mid-autumn day, they do the rabbits with wheat, which stand of peace and reunion. On the evening, family members or friends always stay together to watch the moon as eating moon cake and nuts, or as talking each other happily.

友谊是棵树，说砍就砍；友谊是一片叶，说枯就枯。可是在我心中，友谊却是一条结实的绳。可不知什么时候，这一条绳不知不觉就断了啊！

那一条绳断了。因为我和我的朋友吵了一架。陈忻睿火冒三丈地说：“你你你干什么拿我的东西啊？”“我哪里有拿你的东西呀？你哪只眼睛看到了，胡说八道！”我也不甘示弱地大声大骂。陈忻睿红着脸，使着粗眉呵斥道：“好啊，我们今后永不相见。”“好”我也扯着嗓子粗声回应。就这样这一次友谊的绳子被一把骂似剪刀给剪断了。

一天一天过去了，可我心中想：那一个忘友的家伙去哪里了？怎么还不向我开口道歉呢？每天晚上我翻天倒海都睡不下觉，那颗心老是玄在空中，我越来越提心吊胆，他越来越不理不睬我。我和我的朋友原来是很快乐的呀。但最后就特别疏远了，我受不了这个没有朋友的寂寞日子。我真想有一天，我会终于忍不住了，我会不顾面子问题，我会奔向陈忻睿，我发自内心的说：“我们合好吧……”

忽然，有一天我们不小心碰到一起了，我慌惚站起来，正要和他说话，可是心又软了。我还没来得及开口。陈忻睿吞吞吐吐地说“对…。对不起…那个东西原来在我的……座位上……”我也语无伦次地说：“我也应该向你道歉……我们重新做好朋友好吗？请你原谅那个字字如雷的气话。”“我们重做吧！”“好”我开心地答应道。从此我们约定再也不生气对方，要永远再好朋友。

那一条被剪断的绳子不知不觉被陈忻睿的“线”和我的“针”再一次结结实实的缝补在一起了。友谊是棵树，友谊是片叶……可在我的心中友谊是一条结结实实联络感情的绳子。
