首先拿一张饺子皮，用筷子夹起一小块馅放在饺子皮上，然后从饺子皮的上面捏到边上。当我要捏到边上时，却怎么也捏不到边上。我捏的青筋都快爆出来了，可还是捏不到边上。我又拿来一张饺子皮把掐放在皮上从上往下捏。到了边怎么也捏不下，结果一用力“将军肚”破了，我急忙用另一张饺子皮封住，一个貌似完整的饺子包好了，我敢保证蒸好后只有皮的味道。

妈妈见我包不好便叫我不要包了，可我坚持要包好，那一张饺子皮，放入掐，然后捏，我一边捏一边思索，接着进入冥思苦想，正当我冥思苦想时，忽然看见旁边妈妈包好的饺子，对了！妈妈包到边角是沾了水呀！我也沾了水在捏，果然饺子的边忙忙地听话了，终于第一个饺子包好了。

这件事告诉我们：凡事一定要认真学习，如果不认真学习做什么事都会做不好的。
