Yesterday ,I went to a zoo with my parents .

When we got to the zoo, we climbed up a little hill first. We can see many kangaroos on the hill, I played with some kangaroos. Then, we went to a pond. I fished in the pond, and got a big fish and 2 small fishes. I was very happy at that time. After fishing, we walked on grass. There are many parrots on the grass. And we were surprised that one of them can speak English. I spoke to it, and it said ‘hello’ to me. That made a lot of fun for me.

In the afternoon, we went to see monkeys, pandas, snakes and big sharks. And I took many photos from them. I also rode a horse and painted a mask for fun.

When we back home, it almost got drak. But I’m very happy, because I had a good time at the zoo that day

It was a hot day during my summer holidays in 2003. My mother and I got on the bus which would take us to the village where my grandma lived. It was so hot that I felt very thirsty. Then I began to think of the sweet big watermelons and other fruits in Grandma’s house. I could hardly wait to arrive there and see my grandma.

It took us one more hour to get there. When we walked into the house, Grandma was busy preparing lunch in the kitchen. It seemed that she was very glad to see us, which I knew from the big smile on her wrinkled face. She brought out a big watermelon and cut it. It was so nice to eat the watermelon on such a hot day.

After lunch my mother fell asleep and I asked my grandma to tell me a fairy tale. We sat on the bed and she began to tell it. I listened to her quietly. It was not long before I fell asleep, too. I was dreaming when a terrible voice woke me up. I saw Grandma was lying on the ground with blood streaming down from her mouth. I couldn’t believe my eyes. How fearful a sight it was! I hurried to wake my mother up. We took her to the hospital in a hurry. But it was too late to save her. My beloved grandma’s heart stopped beating when we got to the hospital. You’ll never imagine how sad we felt then.    Grandpa was very well all the time. I had never imagined that she would leave us so soon. That evening I lay in bed alone. My eyes were full of tears. 时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

在心底盛开一朵花夜深了，月亮放出冷冷的光辉，越发使人感到寒冷。树木冷悄悄的站着，没有一点活气。蓝天里的星儿，仿佛怕黑似的，不停地眨着眼睛，风向凉水似从人的脖子往下流，身子一直冻到后脚跟，细雨无声地飘洒在天空，使整个天地处于锦锦细雨之中。

Last week, my teacher told us that we would have a practical activity. At first, we were happy to hear it, all of us thought that must be very funny. But when we heard that we needed to assist the cleaners with their work, we felt lost. It must be the dirty work. However, the cleaners were very nice to us, and they did their work with passion. We tried to help them as much as we could. We talked happily. Suddenly, I was so grateful to them, as they were the city’s decorators. What they did meant so much to the society. Now as the coming of June, which means the summer holiday is drawing near.

I am so excited about the holiday. After studying for four months, finally I can

take a break. I have made up some plans. First, I want to go back to my

hometown. I miss the food and my friends. I also like the clean water and the

blue sky. It is such a great time for me to stay in hometown. Second, I will

travel with my parents. They will take me to the different places and let me

look at the world. I gain a lot of knowledge and broaden my vision. I am so

looking forward to my holiday.

做一个勇敢的自己我是一个十四岁上初一的女学生，我认为我自己是一个很胆小的人，我说的那种胆小，不是别人说的有什么事情就害怕的那种胆小，我也不知道怎么形容我自己说的那种胆小。

初一开学的时候，因为那些学生、那些老师都是一张张陌生的面孔，我害怕给他们留下不好的印象，所以我有什么事情都不敢问：我有怎么想、怎么做都不会的问题，就在自己的座位上反复的考虑我到底要不要上去问那些陌生的同学，去问这道题怎么做，我犹豫了，对，我是害怕他们都会这道题，而就我一个人不会这道题，虽然我把这道题弄会了，但我害怕的是他们会认为我是一个笨蛋，我连这么简单的题都不会，对，我害怕的就是这件事。如果连同学都不会的问题，你们也许会认为我就不怕了，但却恰恰相反，我就更害怕了，因为如果大家都不会，他们也许会让我问问老师，到时候我问老师，老师也许会认为，别的同学都没有来问这道题，而我却来问这道题，也就是说我连最笨的同学都不如，最笨的同学都没有来问，所以我笨，那么老师就放弃我了。

there are two legends which claim to explain the tradition of eating mooncakes. one tang dynasty myth holds that the earth once had 10 suns circling it. one day all 10 suns appeared at once，scorching the planet with their heat. it was thanks to a skillful archer named hou yi that the earth was saved. he shot down all but one of the suns. as his reward，the heavenly queen mother gave hou yi the elixir of immortality，but she warned him that he must use it wisely. hou yi ignored her advice and，corrupted by fame and fortune，became a tyrannical leader. chang-er，his beautiful wife， could no longer stand by and watch him abuse his power so she stole his elixir and fled to the moon to escape his angry wrath. and thus began the legend of the beautiful woman in the moon，the moon fairy.

the second legend has it that during the yuan dynasty，an underground group led by zhu yuan zang was determined to rid the country of mongolian dominance. the moon cake was created to carry a secret message. when the cake was opened and the message read，an uprising was unleashed which successfully routed the mongolians. it happened at the time of the full moon，which，some say，explains why mooncakes are eaten at this time. mooncakes are usually stamped with chinese characters indicating the name of the **ry and the type of filling used. some **ries will even stamp them with your family name so that you can give personalised ones to friends and family. they are usually presented in boxes of four which indicate the four phases of the moon. traditional mooncakes are made with melted lard，but today vegetable oil is more often used in the interests of health. mooncakes are not for the diet-conscious as they are loaded with calories. the best way to wash down one of these sticky cakes is with a cup of chinese tea，especially jasmine or chrysanthemum tea，which aids the digestion.

Every one has a different personality. I have an optimistic personality and

I always do everything happily. But not every one finds this easy. When I meet

people like this, I usually advise them to see the school councilor. There are

reasons why everyones personality is so different. If your parents love you and

care about you, then your personality will be healthy and happy. If your parents

dont, then your personality could sad and withdrawn. A persons personality

determines his or her future. So if you come across someone who is often

worried, you can try and help them or tell them to seek help from a

councilor.

Not long before, my sister called me, she said she would be married during Spring Festival, I was so happy for her. In the wedding, I took the video, I recorded down the beautiful moment.

The Spring Festival, the most jubilant and important festival in China, is

observed by most Chinese people at home and abroad. Our hometown is not an

exception.

Similar with other places in china, we prepare for the festival about half

a month before. With the lunar New Year approaching, the red lanterns are hung

up along the main streets, making the ancient town filled with the festival

atmosphere. While people clean up their houses, decorate it with traditional

decorations such as Chinese knots and paper cutting. Each family pastes up

它不但爱睡觉，还很贪吃。记得有一次，我们吃着香喷喷的排骨，球球看见了，馋得直流口水，看到它的样子，我真的不忍心，只好向地上抛了一块骨头，小狗跳了起来，迅速地叼住了骨头，爬到了床底下，狼吞虎咽地吃了起来，吃得津津有味。

这就是我们家贪吃好睡的球球，你们喜欢它吗?

窗外，是滴滴答答的雨声，瑶独自在宽阔的教室里，白色的校裙在风的带动下扬起干净的裙摆，洁白的衬衫浮动着，额前的留海快遮住了她的眼睛。想着政治课上，老师说青春期有强烈的性意识，与异性交往久了就会有强烈的依赖性，而那种依赖性就是中学生口中说的“爱”她质疑，质疑自己是真的对他-----辉，只是依赖性而已吗？她怪辉，怪辉是校草，她也怪自己，怪自己不是校花。青春，多么美好的花季啊！刚遇到辉的时候，她只是厌恶，甚至不想见到他，可是，他们偏偏成了同班同学，而且是同桌！零距离的接触也触动了瑶心中深埋已久的幸福，而这种幻想的幸福却引起了甜蜜的恐慌~~

就在那个中午，瑶鼓起了勇气，向辉表白！天啊！学校里议论纷纷，大家想不到，像瑶这样的好学生竟也会........辉是个叛逆少年，对于学习一向置之不理，上课就趴在桌上睡觉。瑶向他表白时，辉也大吃一惊，像他这种花花公子，好学生应该是讨厌，恨不得永远不要见到他，这次却截然相反！虽然很新颖，但他还是拒绝了。瑶的心酸了，只留下大段疼痛的空白。放学了，教室只剩下瑶一个。除了抽泣声，还是抽泣声，绝望的眼泪在凌乱的风里逐渐风干成伤痕，她哭了，为了辉，她一直认为自己是最坚强的，可是，这次......“你真的喜欢我？”瑶抬起头：整齐的留海，微翘的黑发，漂亮的五官，清瘦修长的身材-------是辉！瑶点了点头，辉转过头“我从你的眼神中看不到喜欢！”瑶不理解“why？”“那只是你对我的依赖，不是吗？难道，我们以后真的可以在一起吗？”瑶低下头，沉思着。对啊！以后真的会在一起吗？瑶似乎理解了一些“原来，你还是知道一些道理的，为什么不好好读书呢？”“管你什么事？多管闲事的家伙！”辉转身走出门口，瑶立即追上去，两人又和好了......

In the bus，I had a good seat.At 7：30，the bus came to a village.A woman got on with a baby in her arms.At that time，there was no seat.But she must look after her baby carefully.She had to stand next to me.I wanted to stand up and let her sit down，but I was afraid of hearing the other people sayThat girl want to be praised.I looked around.Most people were looking out of the windows and some were sleeping.Suddenly，a little boy behind me，stood up and made room for the woman.She said Thank you very much with a big smile.The boy smiled，too.When I told my cousin about it after that，he said The child is the father of a man. Im very ashamed.Why couldt I do the same thing as the little boy did?
