My eating habits are pretty good. I eat a lot of vegetables. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. I drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and fruit. Of course, I love junk food, too, and I eat it once a week. And I sleep nine hours every day.

The better we get into good eating habits, the happier our life becomes

自从皇帝看了那位神弓手的“壮举”之后，他也想变成神弓手。所以他每天一有空就向那位神弓手请教射箭的诀窍，他虚心浅学。过了5年，皇帝开始自以为是了，叫那位神弓手不要教他了，认为自己已经身出于蓝而胜于蓝，很了不起了。

当然也认为自己已经可以看穿鸟儿的心了。

终有一日，皇帝兴致好，到郊外来逛一逛，顺便带上弓和箭，练练弓法。也想展示展示自己“看穿鸟儿”的本领。

他来到一块野地。这快野地，野草翠绿、古木参天、鸟语花香，依山旁水，是一个山清水秀的好地方。不知是环境还是花香，引来了许多的大雁、蝴蝶、小鸟。

皇帝是特地来射大雁和小鸟的，这儿这么多的小鸟和大雁，他一定不会错过这个好机会的，毕竟他是一位酷爱射箭的人。

皇帝看见一只大雁在天空中飞而且一边鸣一边飞，皇帝认为它是失去同伙儿，又被箭射到过的鸟。

于是拿出弓，随便朝了一个方向弹了一下弓，那只鸟不掉下来，他又弹了一下，鸟还不掉下来。

皇帝生气了，认为5年前那件事神弓手是在骗人，一气之下把神弓手杀死了。后来皇帝渐渐的知道了，是自己没有学好本领，反而怪别人在骗他。他正是后悔莫急啊!

Environmental protection needs the maintenance of all of us. Only if we are active to maintain. Our environment will become better.

Went to the amusement park, at first glance I saw a white stone chair plastic bags, they like a terrible enemy attack us. I run to get rid of them one by one all. I found on the lake and some white plastic bags, Ill give it all up, but, I catch a have a plastic bag, dad said: "let me help you." So, my father took my hand, I go to pick another hand holding a branch, finally got the scoop up plastic bags. I like the battles of soldiers happy.

Though today just me and my parents clean up the garbage, but I believe that people will take good care of the environment, there will be more people to do the green small guard.

环保需要我们所有人的维护。只有大家都主动去维护。我们的环境才会变得更好。

有一次，我和爸爸、妈妈去公园散步，刚走进公园就看见了一些白色的塑料袋落在地上，非常明显。“这些乱扔垃圾的人真是不文明”，我心里在埋怨他们。我眼睛一亮，对了，我是绿色小卫士，应该爱护环境。我就弯下腰捡起垃圾往垃圾桶扔。妈妈说：“用手捡多不卫生呀，用树枝夹”。于是，我用两根树枝，双手一夹，垃圾便乖乖地跟着我走。我们走到公园的一座桥，看见草丛、石缝到处是垃圾。我一边走一边捡。来到了游乐园，我一眼就看见石椅子上有白色塑料袋，它们像可怕的敌人一样攻击者我们。我跑过去把它们一个个都消灭掉。我又发现湖面上还有一些白色塑料袋，我就把它们都捞上来，可是，有一个塑料袋我捞不着，爸爸说：“我来帮你。”于是，爸爸拉着我的手，我另一只手拿着树枝去挑，终于把这个塑料袋捞了上来。我像打了胜仗的士兵一样高兴。

虽然今天只有我和爸妈在清理垃圾，但我相信，人们一定会爱护环境，会有更多人来做绿色小卫士的。

It is a celebrating day. I got in touch with Michael whom I have been losing contact for one year.

It is really magic. I was searching online aimlessly yesterday when an idea struck me suddenly: since Ben can find out my secret by keying in my name in the search engines, why can’t I do so, either?

I intended to find out something about Ben in revenge in the first place, but soon extend my name list to a wider category. It was then that I recalled Michael suddenly.

We have lost contact since our last correspondence in my senior 3. He mentioned to me in his last letter that he was preparing for going to UK to further his education. I, shamefully, was too busy to reply his mail then. When I was recommended to ZJU and won the final freedom, I thought he had already been in UK so I had no idea where to write him.

I used to think that we would never meet again. However, when I browsed the entries about him, I found out excitedly that he is still in P.R.C.!!

Without a moment hesitation, I ran upstairs to my dorm and found out my old address book. Thank goodness, his home no was still there.

After 3 times calling with no answer replies, I eventually got him on the phone. He was more surprised than I could imagine that when I asked for his hp no he was too nervous to remember it. :P Hehe.

Life is enjoyable in moments such like this. Old friends meet again surprisingly, on a road of their own ways to their dreams. they look at the face of each other, and recognize the old pal. It is such moment that makes me feel grateful to life: whenever I set off for a new destination, I see I have friends in the same direction, with whom I won’t feel alone any more.

Every Tuesday and Friday evening sees Miss Li，my neighbor and a secretary in a company rush home after a hard day’s work，gulp down her meals and then hurry out to catch the bus for her English class. Miss Li’s case is not unique，and now more and more city adults spend their leisure time trying to improve themselves at school or college.

There are a number of reasons for people to go back for their education. Some people，like Miss Li，are doing it to acquire another degree or diploma to impress the society. To them more knowledge，or rather，more credentials means more opportunities for better jobs and quicker promotion.

Other people，especially those who are laid off or out of employment go to vocational school to prepare to return to the job market. They are eager for new skills so that they can be qualified for the jobs in retail trade，administration，education and other service categories to which they are strange because most of them were blue-collar workers in the factory.

There are also people who come to take such courses as Chinese traditional medicine，painting，calligraphy and photography. As their working weeks decline people begin to have time to fulfill their old dream of their heart’s desire.

Out of necessity or out of interest，people go back to school for the common goal——to improve themselves，and this boom in adult education，in turn，helps to raise the intellectual standard of the whole country.

Nowadays, an increasing number of people are willing to serve as volunteers especially the university students in that they consider that volunteering is not only a great contribution to our society and those who are in need, but also improves themselves in many aspects.

如今，越来越多的人愿意成为志愿者尤其是大学生，因为他们觉得志愿服务不仅是对社会有重大贡献还对那些有需要的人，而且还在多方面提升了自己。

For one thing, there is no doubt that volunteering makes contribution to our society and people in need. The volunteers provide their assistance without requiring any financial rewards. Their contributions have a great impact on harmony society contribution.

一方面，毫无疑问的是志愿服务对我们的社会做贡献和有需要的人。志愿者不要求回报的提供帮助。他们的贡献对和谐社会有很大的影响。

For another, serving as a volunteer is also beneficial to the volunteers themselves. They can improve their communication skills when providing help for others. One of the examples is that the university students who serve in Canton Fair will get a great chance to practical their English and get in touch with different kinds of people as well as broad their horizon. In addition, by serving as different kinds of volunteers, they are easier to understand themselves and know in which fields they are interested.

另一方面，作为一个志愿者，对于志愿者自己也是有利的。在提供帮助的同时他们可以提高自己的沟通技巧。其中一个例子是，广交会服务的大学生可以得到锻炼英语的机会，还可以接触到各种各样的人来开阔视野。此外，成为不同类型的志愿者，他们更容易了解自己，知道兴趣之所在。

In a word, volunteering has brought many benefits to our society, those who are in need as well as the volunteers themselves. Therefore, let us enjoy the time when serving as a volunteer.

总之，志愿服务为我们社会带来了许多好处，也给那些有需要的人以及自己志愿者带来了好处。因此，让我们好好享受作为一个志愿者的时间吧。
