他是我们班的“小书虫”也是我最好的朋友。他的头发短短的，个子跟我差不多高，眼睛圆溜溜的，好像一对蓝宝石炯炯有神。

他很喜欢看书，他那对圆溜溜的大眼睛，看书的时候眨呀眨的，每眨一下，都仿佛暗示着对知识的渴望。

可他有时有点斤斤计较。记得有一次，老师让同学们到包干区捡树叶，他把树叶堆在一起，结果被人抢走了，他就去告诉老师，还独自生气。老师说：“不要这么斤斤计较，做人要大大方方，特别是男子汉绝对不能小心眼。”他也很快接受了老师的建议，又去包干区捡树叶，树叶很快就被捡完了，甚至连一片落叶都没有，他看着包干区干干净净的心里又美滋滋的了。

虽然他有斤斤计较的毛病，但是学习却非常认真。上次做语文独立作业的时候，他很快就把考卷做完了并悄悄地交给了老师。不一会儿老师就说：“已经有人交上来了，不仅做得快，而且考了98分。”正在专心做考卷的同学们微微抬起头小声嘀咕道：“是谁呀，是谁呀，怎么这么快?”考卷发下来以后98分正好是他，班级第二名，他高兴得似乎要飞起来啦。他不仅语文成绩非常好，其他科目的成绩也非常好。

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And it’s important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children can’t go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we can’t help them to fight against floods, we should help them to rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.

I had a summer holiday from Jule to August.I was very happy ,because I could da many kinds of things.

比如说做数学吧。有一次我碰到了这样一道题：从家到学校，需要多长时间。我就分成了坐公交车，骑电动车，走路等方式分别计算出相应的时间。这样，这道题就答得比较完整了。我又把这一道理用在了其它学科上。“看事情要从多方面去考虑”这个道理真是让我收获很大。而实事求是更教会了我做人做事的道理，不管好事坏事，我都老老实实地去说、去做。有一次上美术课时，老师叫我们数一下美术本共有几颗星，我一共得了十四颗，就如实向老师汇报了。虽然我得到的星星不多，但我心理觉得踏实，下次我会更加努力。

其它事情上我也实事求是，时间久了，老师信任我，同学们也喜欢和我交往。我相信“实事求是”这一道理会让我一辈子都收益无穷。《画杨桃》是我读过的书当中的一篇小小的文章，却给我带来了很多的启示。以后我还要读更多的书。名师点评：小作者在文中介绍了《画杨桃》这篇课文，小作者以第一人称来介绍故事的主要内容，让读者感觉像是小作者在讲述自己的故事，读起来也更亲切。小作者在文中告诉了“实事求是”这个道理，以课文的情节为例子，将这个观点进行了论证。
