HI,看到那个小姑娘了吗?她就是我------葛馨远。我今年8岁了，在山东省临沭县教师进修附小上小学三年级。爸爸妈妈希望我们的家庭永远充满温馨，所以给我起了这个名字。

我有一头乌黑发亮的头发，喜欢在后面扎一个马尾辫。爸爸说我的特点就是一个圆，脸蛋圆圆，像个大苹果;长着一双圆溜溜、亮晶晶的眼睛，像两个黑葡萄;圆圆的鼻头，一笑就打皱;红红的嘴唇，一笑两个嘴角就向上翘，脸颊上两个圆圆的酒窝，大家都说真好看!我是家里的独生女，也是家里的“掌上明珠”，爸爸、妈妈平时都很爱我。

我的性格是活泼开朗，脾气急躁，所以不论在学习、生活中，经常出现犯错的毛病。有一次做数学基础训练，976除以6等于几。正确答案应该是162，可我一粗心，竟变成了62。基础训练发下来，我一看，呀!一个鲜红的“×”，就这道题错了，其它都对。我后悔地想：要是细心点就好了。我妈妈常对我说：“要认真细心，千万不能毛糙，这样会影响很多事情的!”我下定决心，一定要改掉脾气急躁的坏毛病。

我的爱好很多，喜欢画画、手工、玩游戏、读书……我最喜欢看书了。我很小的时候，爸爸就給我买了许多的书籍，如《婴儿画报》《幼儿画报》每期都不漏掉，然后妈妈就给我讲上面的儿歌、故事，可以说，我的童年就是在书海中度过的。随着我年龄的增长，爸爸给我买的书也越来越多，我一学期至少要买10~25本书(学校里的杂志不算)。现在，我家里已经有几百本书了，都快放不下了，所以，我就经常到书店里去看书，一看就是大半天。高尔基曾经说过：“书是人类进步的阶梯”。而我也坚信：好书能伴我一生。

以前，我只会在水中嬉戏。三岁开始我便用泳圈游泳。那时候，手脚乱划几下，后来我渐渐大了，看看那些已经学会游泳的小朋友们像鱼儿一样游来游去时，心里很是羡慕。虽然有一百个不愿意，但我一咬牙便狠下心来——一定要学游泳。

暑假第一天的下午，爸爸把我送到了游泳馆。教练了解了我以前的一些情况后，便开始手把手地教我了。我学的是蛙泳。蛙泳的动作就像青蛙在水中的动作一样，教练先教我呼吸。我想如此简单的东西还需要练一天吗?看来游泳都肯定是一些简单动作吗，哼，还需要我学吗?

果然，后面的练习证明了我的想法是错的。

在试游十五米时，游到十米后，突然感觉力不从心，手脚有些麻木，呼吸也调整不过来虽然带着厚厚的浮漂，但是好像快要沉下去一样我刚想偷懒爬上去，但是教练已经在那里了，他伸出粗大的手，一招“如来神掌”，我便倒下去，我一歪一倒的游回了岸边，瘫倒在地上——我已经喝了不少水了。

教练把我拖回去，对我说了一声：“你紧张什么?”我恍然大悟——原来我要放松一点，那么紧张，怪不得手脚麻木呢。

第二次，我沉住了气，下水后，把每一个动作都做得很到位，我抑制住了心里的恐惧，心平气和的吸气，呼气，再吸气，再呼气……

不知不觉，我已经游完一圈了，感觉还意犹未尽。功夫不负有心人，经过几天的奋斗，我终于学会了游泳。现在我不再羡慕别人了因为游泳，我也会。以后面对困难，不要太恐惧，也不要太轻敌。
