The Importance of Breakfast

As people are so busy with their work, they go to work directly in the morning without eating breakfast. Some people think not having breakfast does no influence on their body health. 院子右边大门进去就是我们吃饭的地方，旁边的楼梯上二楼，就是我们一家人最温馨的地方了。一走进客厅的门，映入眼帘的是一台古筝，古筝课一星期上一次课，在家做好作业每天妈妈会叫我练习几遍。客厅里还有一台非常大的电视和沙发，墙壁上贴了好多我从幼儿园到三年级的奖状。

接下来带你们走进我的卧室，靠门旁边是一排衣柜，衣柜旁边是一张单人沙发，再旁边就是我又大又软的大床了，床上面挂了一幅小女孩的十字绣，是我妈妈帮我绣的。我的大床旁边是我的写字台，写字台上面整齐的放着我的课外书，只要一有空，我就会捧着一本书坐在床上津津有味的看起来，经常会被书里的故事吸引进去，仿佛我就是那个主人公，课外书边上是一盏台灯，只要我做作业了，它都会陪着我，因为它不想让我感到孤单。旁边是我自己亲手做的笔筒。

暑假里，我学会了一样新本领——游泳。

刚开始，我很怕，水那么深，我一定会连呛好几口水。

学习的第一天，我在浅水区学憋气，开始，我果然呛了好几口水，我想，鼻子是不能吸气的，我一定要强行忍住，我只有憋了3秒钟，教练说：“你先用手把鼻子捏住，试试看。”于是，我按教练的话试了试，马上有了效果，刚好15秒。教练又让我把手拿开，找回刚才的感觉，这次，我超威力大爆发，有20秒了，于是，我通过了憋气。

【读后感】

春天有时会开似红似蓝的花，河流那时就会从这些花中流过，一只翠鸟，对这样少见的花却并不表示惊奇，原因很简单：它不曾看见这些这些开遍河岸的花。看不见鲜艳夺目的东西对于一只翠鸟很重要。在一只真正的翠鸟眼中，甚至连水也不存在，它看见的只有鱼，在水中游动的鱼，那是它的目标。

但水仍是重要的，那鱼在水中潜游得深了时，任何翠鸟就都看不穿那太深的水了，鱼于是就会在翠鸟眼皮底下“失踪”。

我无法知道翠鸟如何思考这个问题——“一只翠鸟也会思考”，这个说法听起来严肃得有些滑稽，但我知道鱼游到了深水中时翠鸟怎么办：它落在一棵树或一株芦苇上，歪着脑袋在那儿耐心等待。

等待在一只翠鸟的一生中占有多大长度?我想，它至少占去翠鸟一生的三分之一还多，因为翠鸟出现在人们的视野里时，几乎都是等待的姿势，好不容易有了箭一样射入水中捕鱼的时刻，从开始到完成，名副其实地也只是一瞬间。

仅仅是为了果腹，为了能生存下去，就竟然需要如此漫长、如此耐心的等待!

这种等待当然不是休闲，而是劳动。

必须如此劳动，才能捕捉住那稍纵即逝的时机的翠鸟，怎么能够看见其它东西，尤其是看见像遍野盛开的似红似蓝的花呢。

但翠鸟却长了一身色彩缤纷极其漂亮的羽毛，它飞翔时完全就是一朵花在飞——它长得那么漂亮，那么小巧玲珑，完全只有一朵盛开的花那么大，它意识到过自己的美丽么?它为何要长得这样漂亮?它的美丽似乎是毫无意义的，只是因为它是翠鸟，而翠鸟毫无例外都是这个样子?
