学游泳的时候到了，我带上了我的游泳装备，去学校的游泳馆报到。进了大大的游泳馆，里面的人可真多啊，和我站在一排的大概就有15个人，教练点了下名就让我们进去了。走过更衣室便是游泳池。教练先问了下我们每个人的游泳技术怎么样，然后帮我们分班，因为我之前有学过蛙泳，所以我被分到自游泳，然后跟着教练做起了热身运动。

接着教练教我们打腿，先给我们示范，然后我们就在岸上练习起来。过了一会，教练看我们熟了，就让我们在水里面练。练了两三天，教练又示范划手动作，还有转肩动作，教我们转肩时怎么把手给翻过来，接着就是让我们在水里面自由练习，各个动作熟练后，就让我们手脚并用了，一边划水一边打腿，虽然我偶尔还会呛两口水，但我还是坚持练习，终于学会了换气，最后一天考试，我终于以优秀的成绩拿到了毕业证书。

无论什么事，只要我不放弃，努力争取，认真学，就一定会成功的!

今天非常炎热，一大早起床就感觉闷热的难受。吃完早饭妈妈让我陪同她去买菜我也没去。因为实在是太热了，感觉动一下手指头身上都在向外冒汗。

于是，我们就走路回家，走着走着我们看到有一位老爷爷正在卖孔雀鱼。妈妈说："看有孔雀鱼，我们家正好缺了几条"，然后我认真的看着它们，哇!这么多漂亮的鱼，他们的尾巴五颜六色真美呀! 妈妈说：“你先选几只条吧，我回去拿钱。”于是我就仔细挑选着，我挑了五条母的和九条公的孔雀鱼。母孔雀鱼的尾巴是白色和黄色的，公孔雀鱼的尾巴是红色的和紫色的。

我买完孔雀鱼，我们一起回家，把它们放进小鱼缸里，它们快活的游着。我们家以前还留下一条公的孔雀鱼，它现在又有了新的朋友，新的伙伴。它们聚到一块说说话，一起交流交流。它不会在孤孤单单的自己了。

看到这么多小鱼儿在一起快乐的游着。让我想到如果我有这么多好伙伴好朋友，每天都聚到一起玩儿，那就太好了。

在今年暑假里的一天，我和爸爸去平镇钓鱼。

那天早晨，我早早地起来，怀着高兴而激动的情绪，和爸爸拿上鱼具出发了。一路上，我还哼着小曲儿呢。

我们到鱼库那儿后，我望见水清澈见底，能够映出游人的倒影。人们的倒影随着水面一齐一伏，很有意思。水这么清澈，肯定有鱼。爸爸先摆好鱼具和吃的东西……然后，把鱼饵穿在鱼钩上，再把鱼竿甩在水里，耐心地等待鱼儿上钩。我心想：鱼儿，鱼儿快来上钩吧，我还等着吃你鲜美的鱼肉呢!过了一会儿，一条足足有二斤重的大鲢鱼上钩了。爸爸猛的一拉竿，阿，钓上来了!我笑了起来，一蹦三尺高。我也学着爸爸的样貌，把鱼饵穿在鱼钩上，然后把鱼竿甩到水里，等待着。我刚刚等了10分钟，就抓耳挠腮，不耐烦了，于是，我拉了一下钩，一看，没有鱼，很扫兴。爸爸微笑着对我说：“钓鱼要有耐心。鱼如果上钩了，竿就会下沉，看到这种状况再拉竿，否则白费力气的。”我听了，把鱼竿又甩了出去，目不转睛地盯着鱼竿，过了20分钟，我果然发现鱼竿有变化——下沉了。我赶紧拉，结果鱼竿被拉得很弯，像钩子。一条肥胖的大草鱼被我钓上来了，我顿时眉飞色舞，仿佛就

在这个炎热的暑假中，我做了许多的文明事。

在小时侯，妈妈总是教育我：做人要懂文明，要懂得热心帮助他人。而我就成为了一位乐于助人的好孩子。

在一次坐公交车时，我做了一件文明事。我坐在公交车上，正望着那窗外那迷人的景色——田园风光。忽然公交车司机来了个急刹车，把我吓的从绿色、迷人的景色中“拉”了出来。这时，从车下走上来一位老奶奶，她一头雪白的发丝，柱着弯弯的拐杖，很显然，她已经上把年纪了。我望着她，又扫视着车上的情况。出来了：车上的位子已经满了，不可以再坐了，只可以站着了。可老奶奶都一把老骨头了，不能站。我边想边看，我的位子在前面，对老奶奶的上下行动很方便，于是，我毫不犹豫得把我的位子让给了老奶奶。我手拉着上面的拉头，双脚站着，虽然很累，可是我很开心!

在7月29日的那天，我走在马路上，遇见了一位拉车的老爷爷，破旧的三轮车上装着一捆捆的毛衫，一桶桶的菜油和一个帅气的小男孩。我猜想这个小孩应该是老爷爷的孙子吧!我看他满头大汗，衣服也湿透了，车上还载着堆积如山的东西，坐着一个60斤的孩子，推着车上桥，更是“累”上加“累”了。我想了想，伸出我热情的双手，抓住车架，使出我喝奶的劲，一小步，一小步，终于上了桥。他们感谢我后，我高兴得像只兔子，蹦回了家。

还在一个凉爽的早晨，我又做了一件好事情。那时，我在买早餐回来的路上，看见绿草茂盛的花坛旁，堆着臭气熏天的垃圾，我忍不住去告戒那些不文明的人，但我没有，我只是回家做了一个公告板插在上面，上面画着“爱心地球”，中间夹着两排字：做文明人，做文明事。后来，我清理了垃圾后，兴高采烈的回家了。

这是一个万里无云的早晨，我和妈妈、妹妹、表妹一起坐上外公家的车，去看望太太和太爷。

8月19日星期六晴

自从家门口的南湖电影院开门营业后，妈妈就喜欢在它家订票看电影了，因为离家近，走过去不到5分钟的路，这不，今天又拉着我去看什么BBC制作的大型纪录片《地球，神奇的一天》。本来我是不想去的，因为我听了妈妈的简单介绍，感觉它与《动物世界》差不多。可我妈妈喜欢看，并说在电影院看与在电视上看的感觉不一样，她一人去看没意思。正好蔓琪妹妹在我家玩，妈妈干脆就带我们两个一起去看了。

坐在电影院的座位上，环顾四周，都是家长带小朋友来看。看来妈妈带我来看，是不好意思一个人看啊。不然在一群看电影的人中就她一个人不带小孩，自己来看真是很怪啊。我一边吃爆米花一边等影片开始。

周围的灯光暗了下去，影片开始了，它是以地球的一天做为主线开始讲述世界上一些动物或植物的活动和生长。我看着看着就被影片给吸引了。里面的每个画面我都觉得拍的好美啊。大熊猫憨态可掬，天上的云彩变幻万千，竹子生机勃勃的生长，非洲大草原上成千上万的斑马在迁徙，冰川在融化崩坍，万物在太阳的移动中，发生着各种各样的神奇变化。

“地球上的每一天，值得我们用心去感受。”耳边传来成龙的配音。是啊，地球真是太美了。看完这部电影我感觉世界是那么大，自己是那么渺小。我很幸运我来看了这部电影，它值得一看。

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

The Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional festival of the han. It is a very important festival in our hometown, so every year the Dragon Boat Festival is very busy.

端午节最不可少的，自然是粽子，每年端午节外婆和大家都会包上几百个大粽子呢!包粽子虽然有很多种，比如芦苇叶、竹笋叶、菰叶、藕叶等。但我们的家乡是芦苇比较多，所以大多都用芦苇叶包了。首先，外婆“率兵”去采芦苇叶。采芦苇叶时，一大家子听着外婆的劳动号子：“加油!一个粽子三片叶子!上百个粽子几千片，嘿哟，加油!”听了“将军”的鼓劲，“小兵”们更加卖力了!采完芦苇叶，现在只要将它们暴晒就行了。但准备材料可没有这么简单哟，还得去集市上买来上好的红豆、猪肉、花生、板粟、蜜枣与糯米，还要买红线呢!

当然，最好玩的时候还是包粽子的时候。包粽子时，男人负责把肉切成不大不小的块儿;女人负责洗红豆、糯米之类的;小孩负责把大盆洗干净，再把大人加工好的东西装在大盆里;而老人们则负责指挥。一切准备好之后，就开始包粽子了。大人们干得格外卖力，而小孩们呢?却在一旁玩着，总是在大人们不注意时，偷一两颗蜜枣往嘴里塞，表面上似乎一点儿事都没做，可心里却暗暗自喜——因为蜜枣太好吃了!

最后一步就是煮粽子，烧火的外公总是把火候把握的很好，味道很香、很浓，如果在第一时间内吃粽子，你看到的肉粽子总是嫩地流油，看到的蜜枣粽子总是金黄柔嫩;看到的八宝粽子总是很可口，我们可爱吃了。

去年，要不是为了去盐城替舅舅、舅妈照顾表哥，外公外婆可能在包粽子哩。我突然有些“厌恶”舅舅、舅妈，他们家的经济条件不错，为什么不找个保姆?把我的欢乐端午节和粽子都“夺走了”，我好生气呀!也好怀念那味香色美的粽子呀!

Everybody knows that our life is very short, so the great educators always

advocate us to do what we like and pursue for our goals bravely. Most people

have many ideas in their minds and they dare not to take action, because

thinking of the effort they make but what if they accomplish nothing, so they

decide to give up and just live the boring life. It reminds me of the famous

words, some people just die at age of 20 but only to be buried at the age of 70.

As we are young and full of energy, it is a good time for us to fight for our

future, never be afraid of failure, because it is the mother of success. We can

achieve our goals if we have patience, just to cherish time and keep

fighting.

I believe everybody has their own hobby. Different people have different

hobbies. For me, my hobby is music. I like music very much. It is magical for

me. It gives me the sense of happiness. It can make me happy when I am sad. I

will listen to music every day. I listen to it on my way home and school, before

fall asleep in bed and eat. Sometimes I will try to sing songs.

晚上到广场玩耍，回来之后，妈妈读一个故事，我复述故事主要内容。

其他时间自由安排，可以画画，弹电子琴，做科学小实验，玩电脑，看电视，和小朋友玩耍等等。

我将自觉执行计划，如不按计划，暑假的一切自由活动时间将自愿被妈妈剥夺。

我的暑假生活多姿多彩，这是上学的最后的一天，老师刚刚宣布：从明天开始就放暑假了，同学们就大声的欢呼了起来!老师刚刚宣布完。暑假生活的计划便映入了我的脑海。慢慢地打开，进入了我的暑假计划之旅……

第一面：翻开暑假生活计划本20_年版的第一页，动笔刚要写，却左思右想不知写什么好，当我花费了n多个脑细胞以后，终于写满了暑假生活的第一面……暑假拥有着炎热，有很多人都在家里玩电脑、看电视、还扇着风扇，悠闲自在，我却觉得那样的人很无聊，而且还浪费电，为了节约资源，我决定：“我要在8月份的每天都执行着一个计划(特殊时间除外)”。每天早晨用来学习。中午吃过饭，帮妈妈洗一下碗，然后午睡1个小时，再起来写暑假作业10业。写完后就休息半个小时，在听读英语、数学、语文各一单元。剩余的时间是我玩的时间!我的暑假就是这么简单，这么轻松!

每一年考完期末测试，就会进入一个长达两个月的暑假。这时，就会有人问我，你今年暑假想去哪玩?我说，去哪玩，去干什么并不重要，重要的是过得开心，过得快乐。

暑假过完我就该上六年级了，即将要面临升入中学，暑假自然而然也就忙了起来。今年暑假，我没有时间去玩，除了老师留的作业外，还需要每天上一个课外班——小升初数奥和新概念英语。尽管暑假从7月份初旬到8月份初旬每天都需要上课，但我仍然过得很快乐很开心，你们想知道为什么吗?接下来我就给你们讲讲吧!

7月13日早晨9：30我到鑫鹏学校来上英语班，从里到外都洋溢着欢乐的气氛，是因为这一天是一个特别的日子，老师将履行他的诺言给我们开party!我们都十分的开心。活动开始了，老师先将一个特别大的西瓜切成一块一块分给我们，然后回到讲台上咳咳嗓子，清晰地说了一声;“现在我宣布活动正式开始!”我们异口同声地说了一声：“哇!”首先是两位主持人做开场白，然后我们开始玩两人三足的游戏(共有四组选手，每组两个人。比赛规则是：每组选手用绳子将自已和同伴分别的一条腿绑在一起。从A点跑到B点，哪一组跑得快，哪一组赢。)。比赛开始了，第一组跑得很快，一直处于状态。再一看，第三组紧随其后。咦，第二组合第四组呢?原来，他们刚一开始跑就摔了个跟头，现在正在后面努力的追赶呢!比赛结束了，上课的时间也到了。我们依依不舍回家了。

今天真开心啊!与其说是去上课，不如说是去玩。这个暑假真是既繁忙又开心!

暑假里，我学会了滑活力板。星期日，爸爸带我去紫薇公园学活力板。公园里可宽敞啦，是学滑板的好地方。

开始，爸爸还扶着我慢慢地往前滑，我感觉还不错，嗯，挺容易的嘛!滑了一段后，他慢慢地松开了手，我有点慌乱，可没摔倒。坚持了一会，就倒了。爸爸给我讲了要领，要掌握平衡。然后我又练上了，第一次摔到了，第二次又摔了一跤，第三次---都摔了。身上摔得很痛，当我想要放弃是，爸爸说：加油，加油，只有坚持才能胜利。

于是，我又开始练起来了。经过不懈的努力，终于成功了!

With the development of society, the competition of the entire society is

more and more intense, causing increasing pressure to people. Stress of study,

work and life are ubiquitous, but how can we deal with it? Here are some tips

that I hope can be useful.

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure.

It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to

accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that

they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once

we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy.

Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain

about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.
