今天夏日炎炎，我和爸爸一起去了购物中心。

一、指导思想

新学期将根据学校的发展和教科研的工作要点，

坚持“健康第一”的指导思想和“育人第一”的教育宗旨，深刻领会《体育与健康课程标准》精神，解放思想、转变观念、勇于探索、创造性的开展学校体育工作，使我校的体育工作有进一步的突破，为把我校建成现代化名校做出积极贡献。

二、重心工作

1、全面提高体育教学质量。

按照《体育与健康课程标准》，提前一周备好课，备课过程中要体现教学过程、教学措施、手段和方法，要体现新课程理念。上好每堂体育课，落实40分钟上课的效率，重训练，抓实效，保证学生每节课有所学、有所得、有进步、有提高，并且要注意改善，和谐师生关系，重视师生双向交流，关爱学生，重视安全工作，确保学生安全，不上放羊课，以达到提高学生身体素质的目的。严格执行《小学生体育锻炼标准》，探索“学生体育素质”的评定标准。

2、全面提高学生的身体素质。

“学校无小事，事事皆教育”，从学生的坐、立、行、走、跑到两课两操，都是学生成长的重要内容;学生自我保护能力及安全锻炼习惯的养成与我们的课堂常规有着非常密切的联系;学生对体育器材的爱惜是学生思想品德的良好教材。

(1)抓早操，抓队列，加强早操队列的评比和检查力度，使早操队列更加规范化、习惯化、丰富课外活动项目，提高学生体育锻炼兴趣。

(2)加强课余体育训练，为迎接县级中小学田径运动会和篮球赛打基础，培养体育人才，为学校体育发展做铺垫。

(3)加强体育课堂安全教育，在学生中开展安全活动教育，对学生进行安全知识的传授，增强学生锻炼中的自我保护能力和安全意识。

(4)加强对学校体育器材的管理，让学生懂得正确使用器材的方法，并养成爱护学校公共财产的良好行为。

暑假生活当中，我每天都过得多姿多彩，但最让我愉快的就算是我给小狗洗澡这件事了。

那天我一个人在家里，闲得无聊，总想发生点什么事，我看了看卫生间，又看了看小白，便想到了给小狗洗澡。

我把家里所有的毛巾和刷子都找了出来，可小白好像知道要发生什么事似的，就东躲西藏，最后我费了九牛二虎之力，终于捉到了它，我把它放在浴缸里，刚要洗，可它一跳，脚一蹬，把水都弄出来了，我气极了，把它捉来，放在了一个很高的凳子上，由于它还小，没有胆子跳，就只有任我“宰割”了。

我把混合的颜料加了一点水，再调了一调，觉得颜色还不错，便开始画了，我在小白身上乱涂乱画，先画只鸟，再画朵花，后来又画根骨头。最后，它被弄得青一块，紫一块。这时，它朝我叫了两声，好像在说：“饶了我吧，放了我吧。”当我正在欣赏我的“杰作”的时候，它突向我身上一跳，把颜料也弄到了我身上，我尽量想把颜料洗掉，但一直没洗掉。

was such funny for me. Though today many people enjoy shopping in all kinds of

festivals, the meaning of these festival should be remembered.

I got up early this morning. I cleaned my room. I opened the window and

aired the room. I picked up the paper and swept the floor. Then I made the

bed.

6.做了作业，学了技能，当然也得注意锻炼身体啦!黄昏时候，就到室外骑骑自行车，或者到游泳池游泳。晚上还留一点时间看看课外书或电视。

于是，我把以上的事情合理安排，订了一张〈〈暑假作息时间表〉〉，并认真执行。这样做，既不会感到无所事事，也不会感到过于疲劳，还可以学到新的知识，增长自己的综合素质。因此，我觉得今年的暑假十分丰富多彩。

It was October 12th yesterday. My friends held a birthday party for me. In

the morning, they came to my home early, and they brought many presents for me.

I liked them very much. I invited them to the KTV, we sang songs, danced and

played games. About 5:30 p.m., we went my home. My mother had cooked a delicious

dinner for us. After dinner, we watched TV and at about 8:30 p.m. we ate

I am terribly sorry that I failed to arrive at BLCU last Friday. I hope that this did not mess you up completely, although I know that you had already made some special arrangements for my visit with you parents and friends. I am very sorry about all that. 今年暑假的一个晚上，我去布朗英语兴趣班。干什么呢?原来，这天晚上，布朗英语召集所有七月份生日的小朋友们，到这里举办一个共同的生日聚会。

人都到齐后，我们便开始生日晚会。晚会由几个环节组成。第一个环节是“摆三个姿势”，我们摆三个不重复、不能过于简单的姿势让家长拍，但和别人的姿势可以一样;除了个别人兴高采烈外，个个都愁眉苦脸，看来这个环节对同学们来说还是有些难度哦。第二个环节是游戏环节，叫“大家来找茬”，我发言一次，被找茬五次，真是可惜。第三个环节是“表演才艺”，我问老师：我能弹乐器吗?老师幽默地回答：你是要把我当乐器弹吗?我摊开手，笑了笑;在这个环节，竟然有一位同学上台演讲篇幅较长的唐诗，比较占用时间，还好其他同学表演时间不长，不然五十分钟的聚会，非得拖延到六十分钟不可!最后一个环节就是“吃蛋糕”，只见那个蛋糕的样子就像西瓜一样，大家围绕它，许愿、吹蜡烛，再开始吃蛋糕，开心极了!

时间过得真快，晚会很快就结束了。大家都收到了礼物，高高兴兴回家了!

今天，我和妈妈一起饺子，饺子是这样包的，拿来一块饺子皮，在皮中央放一点馅，用手沾了一点水，在皮的边缘涂上，最后把皮边对边的合拢，再捏几个皱，一个饺子就出现了，一个一个的包，我们一共包了50个饺子。

妈妈说：“如果我每天吃8个饺子，能吃几天，还剩几个?”我在心里默默地想：50除以8等于6(天)余2(个)。我急忙说：“能吃5天，还剩2个，对吗?”

妈妈说：“没错。”

她又接着说：“如果每天吃10个，能吃几天呢?”我又想：50除以10等于5(天)。我又说：“能吃5天!”

妈妈高兴地说：“你真是一个计算小能手。”

一天，天气晴朗，妈妈带我去公园玩。

暑假里的一天，我和邻居家的小姐姐去游泳馆游泳。因为我不会游泳，所以我看姐姐一会儿蛙泳，一会儿仰泳，一会儿又自由泳，心里十分的羡慕。

正在我看的入迷时，姐姐一下子把我拽下了水池，我先扑腾了几下，然后像大石头一样沉到了水里。当我站起来时，只见水才没过我的大腿，真是有惊无险。姐姐对我说：“有我呢!你淹不着!”

后来，我不敢自己游了，必须让姐姐拉着我游。有一次，我咬了咬牙，自己游了一次，便奇迹般的学会了游泳，我兴奋极了。

我学会了游泳，感受到了惊险，也享受到了乐趣。

Taking exercise is good for our health. All work and no play makes Jack a
