这是放假后三天的一个早上，天气格外炎热，我吃完早餐就来到书桌前准备做作业。外公为了我能在凉爽的环境下做好作业，就在旁边放了一台电风扇，为我缓解酷暑。可是，问题也随之而来，额头上的几根散发随风飘舞，不断地骚扰着我的额头，弄得我奇痒难忍。一开始，我总是用左手不间断地去按住头发，可是这样严重地影响了写作业的速度。就在我急度烦燥的时候，脑海中突然闪过一个念头：如果我把这几根头发剪了，它们就不能再骚扰我了。

于是，一不做二不休，我立即跑到厨房，拿起剪刀，“咔嚓”一下，无情而果断地将一撮头发剪了下来。当我看向手中的头发时，突然发现被我剪下的头发好多，难道我还剪了一些无辜的头发?想到这里，我赶紧跑到卫生间，对着镜子看被剪后的头。此时，我看到自己的发型真是不堪入目，前面留着一小撮短短的头发，都能看到头皮了。心里不禁想到：这个样子让我以后怎么出门呢?妈妈看到肯定会臭骂我一顿的。

时间过得真快，就在我焦虑不安中，妈妈下班回家了。听到妈妈开门的声音，我赶紧躲到小房间里。只听到外面妈妈的呼喊声：“杨灵，你在哪儿?今天的作业做完了吗?”听到妈妈的叫声，我鼓起勇气打开了门，左手紧紧地按住被剪过的地方，弱弱地对妈妈说：“做完了。”妈妈看到我心虚的样子，一下子扒开了我的手，看到我奇怪发型，瞪着眼问我：“这怎么回事?”我将事情的经过一五一十地告诉了妈妈，妈妈听了后哭笑不得地说：“你这个笨蛋，以后别干这么傻的事了，遇到问题要多动脑筋，用智慧解决问题，知道了吗?”……

Since I come to college, I feel so excited about the new life. Before I go

to college, I have pictured the wonderful life here, but now I find I have many

problems and the campus life is not as wonderful as I think. I need to adjust my

lifestyle.

In high school, in order to inspire students to study hard, teachers always

picture the amazing life in college, so most students treat college as the

paradise. But when they start the new life, they find the difference between

dream and reality. For me, I think I could play most of the time, joining

parties and making a lot of friends. However, study occupies most of my time. I

have so many lessons to learn. Sometimes I even have class at night. This makes

me feel unexpected.

But the time to study is not the only annoyance for me. I feel so

frustrated when I lag behind other classmates. In the college, I meet classmates

from different cities, and some of them have the talents in paining and dance,

some studied very well. So I felt small and faced pressure. Now I learn that I

should learn from them and dont treat them as competitors. Enjoying study comes

first.

在读《傅雷家书》的过程中，我注意到傅雷反复强调了一种人生精神，人生态度。它不仅指引了傅聪，也启发了我。

我认为这种随时调整自身精神的习惯不单适用于傅聪比赛前，也适用于学生考试前，适用于我。像我现在的学习生活，时常会有大考小考如果精神一直处于长时间紧绷的状态，不利于心理健康，也不会对学习有太多帮助，反而会适得其反，陷入疲劳而耽误课业。在考试前，也应做到不紧张。但是这并不是能轻易做到的。

这时回顾傅雷说这话的背景——傅聪每小时练习钢琴八小时以上。他的充分练习是他放松精神的前提。这也告诉我，并不是你什么都不做，还一昧放松，读后感.考试也能出好成果的。在你有一定的付出，一定的努力后，达到了放松的前提，再是调整的时间。而这个标准对我来说就是扎扎实实地落实好基础，彻彻底底地掌握老师讲的知识。

这时再有一颗“得失置之度外”、“胜败兵家之常”那样无挂无碍的心，只求竭尽所能，无愧于心，效果反而好，才能希望有好成绩。这就是傅雷要求傅聪做到的，也是我要求自己努力做到的。

今天是一年一度的国庆节，是个令人开心的日子。

一路走去，不时有鸟儿在我头上飞过，叽叽喳喳的，好像在欢迎我们的到来。河中鱼儿在自由自在地游着，那么惬意，我多么希望自己也能变成一条鱼儿，可以和它们一起嬉戏。今天真是个好日子，我好想放声歌唱，祖国祖国我爱您!

今天，是我弟弟的生日，妈妈说带我们去海洋馆去玩，我和弟弟高兴的不得了。吃完早饭我们就去等车，等了一大会儿才等到，我们上了车，车上的木牌上写着自动投币，妈妈从口袋里拿出三元钱投到箱子里，然后找了个好位子坐了下来。

不一会儿就到了绿色庄园，我们在这里下车。海洋馆就在对面。来这里的人真多呀!我们走过去先买票。走进海洋馆，里面有各种各样的海洋生物，有像蛇一样的鳗鱼，有叫声像娃娃的娃娃鱼，还有呲牙咧嘴的大鲨鱼。大个的乌龟像个外星飞船??????。

所有的鱼都看完了，妈妈说该回家了。我跟弟弟依依不舍的回家了。

上个星期二，那天下着蒙蒙细雨，我和爸爸妈妈一起开车去了汕头。虽然下着小雨，但却丝毫没有影响我们的好心情，我们一路上有说有笑、谈笑风生。我们在老家玩得都不舍得回广州了! 7月21日那天，我去大伯家玩，晚上，大伯带我和哥哥姐姐一起去海滨路旁边的“南海冰室”吃雪糕，那里有一种雪糕叫白冰，这是我第一次吃白冰，白冰凉凉的，有一股薄荷味，真好吃!

7月23日，我和哥哥一起去打篮球。这是我第一次打篮球，我又紧张又激动。一开始我只会拍一两下，练了一会，我100%的学会了“换手运球”，我高兴极了。打完篮球，大伯母带我和哥哥姐姐去吃牛扒。大伯母点的那份牛扒最迟送过来，大家都笑给大伯母上菜的是一只大蜗牛。 这次回汕头只玩了四天，这让我十分遗憾。

人长大了，记忆的东西也多了起来。今年暑假，经历了许多的事情，回想起来，历历在目[注：

还没等爸爸买完票，我和胡雨璐就飞奔了进去。开始，我们俩只是玩了荡秋千和跷跷板，后来，爸爸提议到里面去。这下我们俩小家伙就像脱了缰的野马，狂奔了起来。到处都玩了玩，弄得身上到处是灰。我还给如来、观音、神龟给了钱，像模像样[注：

形容着重或隆重的样子。]地许了愿，不知道它们会不会给我带来幸福和好运。

没想到爸爸竟然买了漂流的票，我和胡雨璐甭提多高兴了。上了船，我们就想开始划，但是，要等所有人上船才能开始划。等所有人上来了，船就出发了。周围一片寂静，我和胡雨璐都以为有下坡，可是，船还没有到源头，就掉头走了。下了船，我和她就丧气地说：“一点儿也不刺激嘛，钱都白花了。”爸爸听了，哈哈大笑。不过，我们硬是在里面呆了很长时间，感受了洞内的“天然空调”。

我们还喂了猴子，虽然被放走了几只，但我们依然很开心。“这次可惜的是没带相机，没把这如花似锦[注：

锦：有彩色花纹的丝织品。如同花朵、锦缎一般。形容风景绚丽或前程美好。]的风景拍下来!”爸爸失望地说。

那一天是我最开心的一天，虽然没有把这么美的景色和时刻拍摄下来，但是我是不会忘记这一天的!

前几天的上午，爸爸带我们全家去锦屏公园玩。我高兴的一蹦三尺高，可以旅游真是让我十分兴奋啊!准备了喝的和吃的就出发了。

可能是暑假的原因，陪着孩子来的父母可真不少呢，我直奔游乐项目区，我先去玩旋转木马，我坐在一个雪白雪白的木马上，木马一上一下，并缓缓地旋转着，妈妈给我照相，照了一张又一张。然后，我们去玩蹦蹦床，我用力地弹跳，一下子就被床弹得很高，然后又很快地下落。由于我没有站稳，摔了个底朝天，搞笑极了。爸爸妈妈看到我的这副样子，也忍俊不禁地大笑起来。接下来爸爸妈妈还带我去玩了好多项目，每个项目我都玩得不亦乐乎!

I had a very special Christmas day last year. I experienced the western

style festival. There was a new foreign teacher taught us the lesson. She was

about 50 years old and she was very kind and we all liked her. On Christmas Day,

she brought us the desserts she made early in the morning. We enjoyed the

home-made cakes. Whats more, she invited us to came to her house and spent the

day with her. Then for the first time, I ate big turkey, which was so delicious.

The turkey was filled with many stuffs and the flavor was so good. After dinner,

Thanks to my foreign teacher, I experienced the American style festival. It

was such funny for me. Though today many people enjoy shopping in all kinds of

festivals, the meaning of these festival should be remembered.

今年的暑假里，我做了一件令人难忘的事--为爸爸妈妈做饭。

虽然我们放假了，但是爸爸妈妈并没放假，整天都有很多工作要忙。有一次，爸爸妈妈工作到9：00才回家，我看到爸爸妈妈那疲倦的样子，心想：“爸爸妈妈工作那么忙，已经很累了。回家后还要照顾我们几个孩子……要不，今天我来做饭。”就这么定了。我先舀了三杯米放在淘箩里，再用水冲洗，把垃圾冲掉，“刷刷刷，刷刷刷”，能够了。我把淘好的米到进电饭锅。然后盖上盖子，按下按钮。对了，我把菜热一下吧!于是，我包冷菜放进微波炉里，“咚”ok了。

我把菜放在餐盘里，再帮爸爸妈妈盛好饭，也放在餐盘上。我叫在一旁的妹妹和我把饭菜端上去。爸爸妈妈一看，一下子来了精神，说：“我们怎么忘了给女儿们做饭了。”“这顿饭真的很好吃!”其实，我们知道我做的饭一点都不好吃，是爸爸妈妈要逗我们开心才这样说的，我可真为有这样的爸爸妈妈而感到高兴啊!

以前，我一直很懒惰。现在，我终于明白了一份耕耘，一份收获的意思。因为我经历了一次劳动的磨练，真正体会到了勤劳的可贵。

终于可以放下书包，做自己的事。放暑假了，可以轻松下来了。今天，我要独自一人在家。

早上，我刚醒来，想起家里只有我一人，再睡一会，真舒服!8点了，我伸了一个懒腰，懒洋洋地起床，走下楼去，竟没一个人?我才想起来今天，我独自一人在家。

起床后，我先昨天的衣服洗掉，我把衣服放在脸盆里，倒上水，手伸进盆里，有点热。便用双手把衣服浸湿，揉一揉，搓一搓，像玩橡皮泥一样有趣。我用手把衣服拿起来，放在平的地方，展开。打上一层厚厚的肥皂，有好多泡泡;一个，两个，三个，四个，五个，六个……真好玩，玩好泡泡，就把衣服洗干净。透明的水马上变成白色，有一点红色，我把衣服揉一揉。换上水，再揉一揉，做上几次，衣服洗好了，看看身上那件衣服也变得像洗过的那件衣服这样湿湿的。

洗好衣服，开始吃早餐了，我拿出吃的，吃一口饼，喝一口牛奶，津津有味地吃起来。突然，我想起昨天《哈利·波特与凤凰社》还没看完。我便下早餐，迫不及待地看起来，吃饭的事早已忘在九宵云外。一看就放不下来，不知不觉，时间过得飞快，时间像流水一样过去，我感到很饿，看看时间12点了，我早饭只吃了几口，就要吃中饭了。我拿起10元钱，带上钥匙，就到快餐店吃饭了，我走进店，一股冷气扑身而来，我开始点菜，左看看，右看看，看中大排，哇!10元，太贵了，别的菜不能买了。没办法，只好买番茄炒蛋了，我指着菜，轻声说：“这个，这个。”服务员马上给我盛好。一个菜，一个汤，一个，一个饭吧!我想这样点吧!我要了一个黄豆汤。我付了钱，坐下。

第一次独自一人在快餐店里吃饭，有点害怕，但还是吃得津津有味，享受着美味。

我回到家，又继续看起《哈利·与凤凰社》看得如痴如醉。

时间慢慢过去，这快乐的一天要依依不舍地告别了。

我的暑假生活多彩斑斓，更有乐趣。以往的暑假在家里总是无理;但是这次我经历了非凡的暑假。

在来到沈阳后，我觉得自己像“小大人”了，独自一人来到沈阳，以前都还不敢一人去温州呢。我总是万分的期待，去了沈阳的南湖公园，享受了“碰碰车”的刺激，“火箭飞人”像鸟儿一样飞到高空，冲向云际!但也有让阿姨担心的事，表妹滑冰鞋摔倒膝盖了，流了好多血，也不能走路。我还要陪我妹妹，谁叫我是她哥。

在沈阳待了一个月后，阿姨带我去了云南。在云南大理我们游览了大理古镇，城门外，古老城墙阻止敌人进攻，仿佛是真的，上了北城门，一眼眺望，全是矮房，房顶是瓦片，密密麻麻的人各聚一堂。古镇的特色也是美味至极。在这里，我们了解了白族和彝族的民族风俗，更是有趣。云南的虎跳峡，居传有只老虎跳黄河，本来黄河动静我们感觉不到，但我是亲身接触，走到黄河旁边，黄河的水花溅到我脸上。滚滚的河水响得隆隆，我的耳朵差点被震聋了。

在云南先格里拉，我们来到了普达措公园，是中国第一公园。我们都穿上了毛衣，披上围巾，是因为专家确认进入公园，公园里面的温度会一点一点的降低，有备无患。进入公园，正前面引来了一只黑猪和一只乳白猪，我很好奇冲上前，缓缓的搭上了乳白猪的背上，头一次摸过野生猪，猪毛真刺啊。在雨中，蒙蒙胧胧的雾一点一下的，雨中的节奏一点一滴的，雨中的环境更是清新啊。

回家之后，剩下的几十天怎么过呢?还是写作文，还是。我还是只能期待下次毕业的暑假无忧无虑，满心期待中。

暑假快要接近尾声了，在这个假期中，妈妈给我报了舞蹈和电子琴培训班，还带我去长岛游玩。

让我记忆最深刻的是去长岛，坐客车到蓬莱后，我们就坐船到长岛，我们坐的是映华7号大货船。这艘船非常得大，它有两层船舱，底下载货，上层载客。船舱我是呆不住的，我兴奋地跑到甲板上，看大海。这是我第一次看大海，展现在眼前的是大海无边无际，海水清澈，天空瓦蓝，海鸥在海面上自由飞翔。我的心胸开阔了许多，眼界也开了。我从船头走到船尾，看船激起的浪花，点点浪花像无数颗小珍珠，晶莹透亮；还像无数粒小碎冰，洁白剔透。我真想抓一粒，但我又抓不到。大海真美啊！我总也看不够。

到长岛了，我们去的第一个地方是九丈崖，它的高是六十多米，岩石陡峭；去的第二个地方是月牙湾，我们在海边捡鹅卵石，玩水，游泳；第三个地方是望夫礁，我们在海边捉小鱼，小螃蟹，摘海草。海边充满了我们的欢声笑语。

学电子琴让我学会了五线谱，还让我认识了新的老师和同学；练舞蹈让我明白了“贵在坚持，难在坚持，成在坚持”的道理。

这个暑假虽然天很热，我很累，但我充实又快乐。

跟小朋友在楼下打闹嬉戏，是我觉得最快乐的事。有一次，我刚刚吃好晚饭，就跑到楼下去玩，还带了几块“私房钱”钱，下去买吃的，我买了一包辣条，和一根棒棒糖，把辣条分给了小朋友们，真好吃。平时在家有那么多好吃的我都没觉得香，但是和小朋友一齐分享的东西却香甜无比。吃完东西我们开始玩游戏了，我们玩抬轿子，五个人石头剪子布，谁输了谁就会被抬起来，任柯慧输了，我和周萱茹手搭手不费一点儿力气就把她抬了起来，我们又开始石头剪子布……小朋友们最喜欢抬我，因为我长得瘦，他们抬起来不费力气，他们最怕于东，他很胖很壮!

玩累了，我们就坐在小店门前的椅子上休息，那把大沙发一样的椅子也是我们的乐园，我们一会把它横着坐，一会又竖着坐，一会又把它当跷跷板，那么一把小沙发椅竟然能坐下六七个小朋友，我们喊着叫着，那些大人们莫名其妙地看着我们……过了一会我们又玩捉迷藏，我们又开始石头剪子布，张少坤来找我们，他要从1数到100，我躲在一辆车子后面，他怎样也找不到我，最后是还是被找到了，虽然被抓到了可我还是捧腹大笑。

阿，那短暂的愉快的暑假，充满了我们的欢笑，纯真的孩子的笑声给整个小区增添了活力。
